    I consider it a great company pending of the people like me that working here   I also think that there is effective communication personalized and also via Mail are always at the orders. I keep informed on a regular basis, the company immediately answers my concerns. For example, in the case of Miss Melissa, she is very kind and gentle. She answers my mails immediately giving suggestions always with excellent attitude. I feel very grateful to Miss Melissa
    I also share my experience with Miss Nilsa in a personal way, very kind, charismatic, she has placed herself at the orders, when I request what I need for my work she has done it immediately. thank you very much Miss Nilsa

    Nilsa does an excellent job in managing the CDR property. Robert Sanchez is a terrific resource. He has a broad range of mechanical skills and works extremely hard in maintaining our property.
    The EPM backroom operations in accounting and budgting are solid.
    Nilsa does a good job in managing outside outside contractors and getting multiple quotes.
    Jamie does good work janitorial services.

    Application for purchase unit #311 building 52 We are really happy to be part of the Association. Our experience was great, all the girls at the front desk really professional and helpful. Chelsea V inson was very professional and very helpful too. The interview conducted by the president of Association excellent. We love the Association is taking a good care of the building and ensure all the rules are followed properly. Thank you!

    Tishana Satchell Accounting Specialist was Extremely helpful When my maintenance check was lost in the mail, Tishana Satchell suggested I send another check and she would keep looking for the lost check. If the lost check arrived she would contact me. I really appreciated her helpfullness.

    Melissa Ott was great at helping us. It would be helpful to make phoning you easier by offering a live person on your message. Writing concerns only when one has a quick question is very off-putting. Just a suggestion.

    Excellent service! I have dealt with multiple people at this management company and I am pleasantly surprised that they have someone like Marie over our association . Marie Joseph is knowledgeable, resourceful, and overall dedicated to ensure our neighborhood is a wonderful place to reside . I frequently see her around the neighborhood & she is always prepared for our association meetings . I applaud Exclusive for having such a wonderful employee.

    Excellent all around! EPM was wonderful! I needed to rent my clubhouse on a short notice for a memorial and they got it done for me right away. Holly was the person who I was communicating with and she was so helpful and got right back to me on everything! Thank you again!

    Very efficient, our issue was promptly addressed and was resolved ina few days. We were away from home and received correspondence alluding to the fact we were in arrears.Eventually it was escalated to a legal threat.
    Obviously being away we were limited in our responses.On our return we visited the Condo. Office, we submitted documents and in less than 72 hours with Dawn’s assistance the issue was resolved.

    I have been living here for almost a year now and have no problems with them. I was truly blown away by the professionalism that I experienced. Any serious issue with the property is addressed immediately. Jess has excellent customer service and is always ready to make a resident happy. I've rented from a lot of places before this Group is by far my favorite !!

    Property Management is very service driven, It's obvious that you treat your employees well because it is evident in the way in which they conduct themselves.     Great Job!! I do not have any complaints. Honestly, I have had a positive experience so far. The community is well maintained and in great condition.     Happy at the response time toward the end of the process. This was our first arc request. I am not sure what the process is but I feel all communication should be responded to within 24 hours and initially that was not the case. However, at the end of the process George Platica was very prompt which we appreciated.
