    Excellent Customer Service! Hillary Gillings in the accounting department at EPM delivers five star treatment to her clientele.
    She is efficient and gets the job done in a timely fashion.

    Excellent service. Good results. Fair price. Stephanie Cathon and Steve Caballero have done an excellent job as property managers for our 70-unit condominium in Palm Aire. Their firm provides accurate and timely financial reports, moves quickly to deal with repairs and leaks, and smoothly administers the process of meetings, elections and budgets.

    Quick response. Holy Stetz went the extra mile in helping solve my problem and was sympathetic with my problem. Had my wallet stolen and had to change my bank account number so Holy assisted me with the ACH cancellation process.

    Great company! I am a local realtor who deals with a lot of management company’s. Which are usually very slow to respond. I must say Exclusive Property management and in particular Chelsea Vinson has been extremely great to deal with. I would highly recommend them!

    Very thorough in the explanations and very prompt with the responses. Victoria was fantastic. She is extremely thorough and very professional. I did not expect such a prompt response with all the information. I sent her an email addressing a particular issue and within a very short time, she responded with all the information and details that I was seeking. Excellent Customer Service !!!!!!!!!!
