    I rate them as an excellent management company. Marie Josephs in particular does an outstanding job. we deal with emergency roofing issues and she is quick to respond, decisive, and communicates clearly. we do not get that with some mgmnt companies. as a vendor this is extremely helpful to us.

    My development, Cypress Woods, recently left EPM. I dealt with Stephanie Cathon numerous times. She was friendly and most importantly, she got things done. I will miss working with her. I could tell she was detail oriented in the HOA meetings. All she needed was the direction the board wanted her to go, and she was off and running.

    High quality! This company is very well structured. And you can tell by how organized they are as a Team. The employees are very effective in what they do. They are always willing to put the extra mile to provide the best service possible. The Property Manager Carol Garcia is all about getting things done the right way. Her relationship and interaction with her vendors is nothing but professional and kind. She is very dedicated to her communities. I have seen the way she treats the residents and it is very refreshing to see someone who is genuinely interested in assisting them with their concerns.

    Speedy ARC approval I recently moved to Cypress Cove and submitted my first ARC to obtain approval for a renovation. I want to commend Karen Pinnock, ARC Coordinator for her guidance, speed and clarity in communicating throughout the process. It was a huge help to ensure a smooth process. I am grateful.

    Excellent service. Good results. Fair price. Stephanie Cathon and Steve Caballero have done an excellent job as property managers for our 70-unit condominium in Palm Aire. Their firm provides accurate and timely financial reports, moves quickly to deal with repairs and leaks, and smoothly administers the process of meetings, elections and budgets.

    Quick response. Holy Stetz went the extra mile in helping solve my problem and was sympathetic with my problem. Had my wallet stolen and had to change my bank account number so Holy assisted me with the ACH cancellation process.
