    Riviera Isles - Maintenance - > Great Job Tamica I've lived in Riviera Isles for nearly 15 years and I have to say Tamica is the best property manager to date. I've reported three issues, and all were resolved promptly. She is always available, returns emails and follows up. She managed the repairs to the tennis court in record time and it wasn't a patch job it was done properly. I was initially skeptical about issue resolution due to my experience with other PMs but Tamica gets things done and has a great attitude. I also want to say thanks to Angel in the maintenance department ...... great job.

    Jana shows great concern about the property in her care She had questions about an application submitted and was patient and politely persistent (which was good) until she received the answer. That's how much interest she has for the properties under her care.

    Highest Quality Carol Garcia is simply the best. I’ve worked with 100’s of Property Managers over the years and 90% of the time it’s been a one way relationship. I’m only called when the PM needs something. Carol builds relationships which last for a lifetime. She makes you want to help her. I can have 20 things ahead of her and I’m jumping her to 1st because I value her professionalism and friendship. I would have the best job in the world if all PM’s loved their job the way Carol does.

    Dawn was very helpful with handling my situation I have been having an issue with my maintenance since July. I was panicked thinking that an attorney was coming after to me due to the letter mailed to me by EPM. I was reassured by Dawn that everything would be taken care of. I gave her the copies of 2 canceled checks and she told me she would help get it processed immediately. I pay my bills on time and never want to have a problem. She assured me she would take care of it and even took my phone number down to follow up once it has been taken care of. Thank you

    Managerial Leadership Being a former LCAM, license 0127, and a 37 year resident of Cypress Bend, I am very happy to relay to you that our Manager, Marie Josephs, is doing an outstanding job. She stays on top of each situation and works hard to nip problems in the bud, and correct ones that have arisen. As you know, a Property Manager must possess knowledge on many subjects and professions, in order to provide effective leadership to an Association. Marie Josephs can and does provide that leadership to Cypress Bend Condo II. She has an excellent grasp of our documents and Chapter 718 F.S. She is always courteous with the residents and when they need answers she guides them to a satisfactory conclusion. When I send an email to her, concerning a maint. issue, she sets up a work order and always responds in short order. She posts Association news releases along with the meeting dates and agendas. In addition, she keeps the minutes up to date on your website. We are lucky to have Marie here, and EPM, I am very sure, is very proud to have her on board, as she represents your firm in the best possible light. She treats people with respect and enjoys her work, which is difficult and demanding, but she always does it with a smile on her face. She is a five star Manager and we are lucky to have her. Cypress Bend has never looked better or been managed more effectively. She will go a long way in her Property Management career, or in any other business endeavors. My best wishes for her.     Lots of room for improvement My expectations of the service were much higher based on conversations with Jay. I cannot say that I am satisfied with the service. Email responses take too long and follow up tasks take very long to be completed.

    Jessica is a gem! We recently bought a condo here and have quite a few questions, Jessica Turnquest has been a gem from day 1 answering everything for us and helping in any way she can. So far our experience here has been great. The property is upkept nicely. Looking forward to living in our first home!
