  Fast response, great job. Chelsea assisted me to get an HOA application approval in a fast and professional manner. She made sure that everything was done in a timely manner. Due to her great job, my tenant was able to move in on the day he planned to. Thank you!

  I'm a condo president and I have never seen a property management company more organized, efficient and knowledgeable. They are on top of everything. We are transitioning from another management company. The efficiency and organization is like none I have ever seen.

  Great service and guidance! We are very pleased with our experience, the guidance and the assistance that we received from Tania Gonzalez at Casa La Quinta during the process of buying a condo in this community. Tania went out of her way to make sure we understood the process and the rules at Casa La Quinta. She also provided us with a useful pdf that contains the information on the insurance company mitigation for the building where our condo is located, for the purpose of our buying insurance for our unit. We felt very welcomed and appreciated. Thank you!

  Great Service The staff at Cypress Bend 2 is exceptional. Marie and Jessica were so nice they answered all my questions, which I have a lot of. I love being able to walk in and talk to the ladies they are so patient.

  Great respect in there duties! Hi I am a resident at CB2. Its always a pleasure to see Marie and Jessica in the office. I know if I have any questions or problems with my unit they will help me solve it right away. I love their energy and respect they have for us residents cause we can be a bit much at times but they never skip a beat helping what’s needs to be done. Marie and Jessica to sum it up are absolutely great!!!
