  • Very, Very Mixed In some interactions, I find the personnel at EPM to be great people and very helpful, but in other I am encountering jerks. Whenever I speak or exchange messages with Chelsea, good things happen.
    But recently I received a letter, purportedly on behalf of the Homeowner's Association (which EPM services), complaining about the number of palm trees in my front yard. I had just removed a dead tree, and they wanted me to plant another. Yet when I got here and counted trees, I found that I did, indeed, have the three (3) trees they demanded. And when I asked for a set of the rules, the un-named person at the other end of an email exchange (going under the pseudonym 'VIOLATIONS') told me the only way of getting a set of rules was to appear, in person, at EPM's office in Ft. Lauderdale, with a money order to pay for them. That I would have to pay for a set of rules I am to observe is problematic: why not put them up on the web for all to see? And demanding a money order and an 80 odd mile round trip to get them is worse.

Each owner should receive a copy of the full docs , which includes the Rules and Regulations at the time of their closing . Obtaining another copy does include a cost.     Excellent Customer Service . Agent Heather gives outstanding service and is very knowledgeable to your needs . I have had the opportunity on two occasions to visit this office and is very pleased with the service from Heather . Today I had the pleased to meet with one of the accounts rep who handled my issue very proffesionslly standing to the company policy’s and fixing my problem at the same time . Great company to do business with .

    Great Management Comapny As a board member and homeowner you always worry about signing with a management company becasue you are never sure if they will get the job done. I am very pleased with the transition from self management to a mangement comapny. Our property manager is Wendy, and she is great, responds quickly and keeps on constant communication with the board. It is my belief that we selected the right comapny. for our home. It was a hard transition from being self managed to having professionals manage.

  • Veronique Skinner After one week of total frustration, trying to get the light fixture outside my condo fixed, I finally reached Veronique Skinner, who actually listened to me and then wrote up a work order to have the problem fixed. If I ever have another problem I will definitely ask for her, as she seems to be the only person I've dealt with at Exclusive that cares and has a brain. My review of Veronique is a 5 star, and I've never really been impressed with Exclusive Property Management's organization, so your rating would be below satisfactory. After talking to two other people, who supposedly left a message about my problem for the property manager and having written a message on this web site, with no response, it was a real pleasure to get a hold of Veronique.

    My experience dealing with Tamica Lloyd as Property Manager for Riviera Isles Master Assoc. is always spot on and she responds to my requests in a timely manner..Accolades and kudos also must go to Brie Baron as she was always a pleasure to deal with and always came through to answer any questions regarding payments.I am a bit disappointed that she will not be my contact anymore for Riviera,but I am sure Kristen will help when ever needed.

    High quality, efficient, excellent customer service, EPM has continued to maintain the highest level of professionalism, efficiency and customer service when managing Cypress Bend. Despite its old age, my property is consistently tended to in a thoughtful manner and is managed by EPM at the best possible standard.

    EPM has done well to employ an excellent staff of individuals. Property managers such as Marie Josephs only serve to enhance my experience with the company as a whole, as she is personable, attentive and incredibly efficient.

    Overall, I am highly satisfied with the services offered by EPM and sincerely hope they continue to manage Cypress Bend for many years to come.
