    Review thorough The approval for the windows took a few weeks longer than I expected but within a reasonable time frame
    I am now waiting for approval of the fence in the back yard
    I hope it will be done soon as the fence company are getting anxious and contacting me so they can get started

    I am a realtor and everyone I have dealt with has replied to me very promptly. I have always dealt with Chelsea in the past with various properties and she is really very pleasant and moves things along most times before the due date...which makes us all happy!

    High quality, efficient, excellent customer service, EPM has continued to maintain the highest level of professionalism, efficiency and customer service when managing Cypress Bend. Despite its old age, my property is consistently tended to in a thoughtful manner and is managed by EPM at the best possible standard.

    EPM has done well to employ an excellent staff of individuals. Property managers such as Marie Josephs only serve to enhance my experience with the company as a whole, as she is personable, attentive and incredibly efficient.

    Overall, I am highly satisfied with the services offered by EPM and sincerely hope they continue to manage Cypress Bend for many years to come.

  • Karen is very competent and responds. I would not recommend this Property Management company because I see no sign of anyone doing anything to improve this community and I have heard numerous complaints that no one returns calls to the homeowners. I based my star rating SOLELY on my dealings with Karen Pinnock, not on the Management Company.
    I have not dealt with anyone except Karen Pinnock and she is an excellent liaison with me and the Board of Cypress Woods Community. We communicate well together.

    Prompt Service Emailed your company regarding some rather deep potholes on my street in Charleston. It was answered promptly with information that these holes would be promptly repaired, which they were in a couple of days.
