    Very high quality I have lived in Riviera Isles at Sans Souci for 11 years I had my share of security gate problem I still call as today 5/15/20 when I called gave my guest name to your office and security calls me and says i don’t know but I had phone from Ms Marsh Waker last Monday I complained she listened to me for first time she took care of it I give written complain to her and she followed it up and send me email that will take care of it wasn’t that hard but you have a person who is professional and caring who dose her job nobody for all those before complain even called me so I am retired now I was the VP of operations for top company I would hire her in the heart beats because she care her professionalism is greatly appreciate and I hope who ever reads this give her big pads on the shoulder because she is the one Who keeps your company, s name on the top not anybody else thanks for having such valuable and professional person in you staff

    Prop. Mgmt. At Its Finest! 5/14/20
    We just finished the sealcoating of our lots and sidewalks in CB II. All County did an outstanding job and a large part of that success goes to our terrific Manager, Marie Josephs, and our conscientious Administrative Assistant, Jessica Turnquest. From start to finish, they kept all residents informed by e-mail, of the dates, times, and parking conditions, etc. Their invaluable coordination made everything run smoothly for All County and our residents. They are to be commended for a job well done. They represent EPM and CB II in 5 star fashion and have my utmost respect !

    Invoice Mara is very good with tracking , coding and making sure invoices are properly paid. She does a good job keeping an eye and following up with accounting if there ever happens to be an issue. She has been a property manager for years, and there have been very few incidents for payment of invoices, and if there are any, it’s generally in the accounting department. She is a true asset to your team.

    Nice people but the change in due date and fees for sending a letter seem to be overwrought. Also, website asks for the first five letters of the property - but didnt accept Maya Marca

I do believe that your Board has set up their own website that is managed by your Board. You may contact your front desk at your association for that website. Any letters that have been mailed out regarding due dates for assessments is in accordance with what your association's docs state the due date is. The assessment fee was approved in your association's budget meeting by your Board and was mailed out with your 2020 coupons. If you have not received a copy of your budget or you have any additional questions, you may contact the office at (954) 969-1330.

    Marie Josephs of Exclusive Property Management provides excellent service! Since Exclusive Property Management took over here in our Cypress Bend community, the service has never been better. The reps are helpful are always professional. Dealing with condo owners is obviously not an easy task, but this company obviously trains its employees well so that they handle what are typically complaints with professionalism. Any community looking to hire a management company would do well to select EPM.

    Chelsea Vinson and others at EPM provided excellent Customer service and support! My wife and I have executed several seasonal leases in Pompano Beach, FL through EPM and their Realtor Partner Wieder R.E. EPM has provided excellent administrative support with all related documents, approval processes and communications with the condo Owners and their respective Community Boards/Associations. Wherein these transactions involve significant amounts of money for deposits, fees and payments, EPM provided the framework within which all could be executed in a stress free, informed manner. Their professionalism, courtesy and promptness were/are greatly appreciated. A special shout-out to Chelsea Vinson is in order for her efforts. Thanks, Chelsea!
