    I called inquiring about a Roof-a-cide treatment to prevent mildew growth. I was helped by Donna who was very efficient in setting up a prompt appointment for me. She let me know who was coming and gave me a call ahead as to their arrival time. She then called to follow up and see if I had any questions after the visit. I told her we hadn't decided yet, but I will let them know. She was very professional and overall nice to deal with!?

    My partner and I have used Paul Bange Roofing for several years now. They have always provided us with fast, professional service and piece of mind knowing I can reach out to John Kenney at any time. He has always taken my call and is so fast to respond even when it was not the roof! These guys are truly professional and care about their customers.

    While looking for a reliable roofing company can be overwhelming, I hit the jackpot with Paul Bange Roofing. I called them in the afternoon and the next day had Jordan at my door and giving me an estimate. I am so grateful for his service cause I asked 1million questions and he answered each one with professionalism. I also want to acknowledge Wendy she is the one who answered the phone, she was so pleasant. Well needless to say, I got my repairs done. And the guys who came out were amazing. I plan to get a new roof in about 6-8 months and hands down I will have this company do my new roof. Thank you all that gave me a peace of mind

    I can't say enough good things about my experience with this roofing company. From the very first call, Jordan was fantastic. Professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. He made what could have been a frustrating process feel easy and seamless, especially since I was coordinating everything remotely. Jordan kept me informed every step of the way with clear updates, prompt answers to all my questions, and even progress photos throughout the job. I never once felt out of the loop, despite not being onsite. The team stuck to the schedule, showed up exactly when they said they would, and delivered top-quality workmanship. The roof looks great, and it's clear they take pride in doing the job right. Everything was completed on time, on budget, and with total professionalism. On top of all that, the value is excellent. For the level of service and quality, I am very satisfied. If you're looking for a roofing company you can trust, especially if you need to manage the project from a distance, ask for Jordan. Highly, highly recommend.

    Great interaction all around- Donna was great, and helped to make sure my appointment was set up conveniently, went smoothly, and followed up afterwards.     Carlos with Paul Bange Roofing was an extreme pleasure to work with this morning. He was very professional, clear on information provided, and courteous. Will definitely recommend him in the future. Donna is phenomenal. She was extremely helpful explaining the options we had for our extended warranty. Ask for her when contacting the company.     Wanted to thank Evan for the good communication with me during my roofing job. I got about 4 calls from him to make sure I was happy and everything was going well!! Now that the roof is done I did get a call from Evan just to check in and that was awesome that he kept in touch! Evan is 10 stars and Paul bange roofing is awesome!!

    Original roofing job done 2018-professional and awesome!! Need some updating done now. Again, DONNA is awesome, professional, friendly, and prompt. I feel like I am part of the family!! She answers all my questions and clarifies all the terms I am clueless over-lol. I barely hung up before she had Carlos call me to schedule a consult. I WON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!     Paul Bange replaced our roof years ago. When we were ready to sell our home, an inspector noticed a small area had started to rot. We were on a time crunch to get it fixed before the closing date. I called PB and spoke to Donna who was a gem. She sent someone out next day for an estimate and then squeezed us in for the repair in just a couple days. She was easy to communicate with and extremely pleasant and helpful.

    We recently had our annual roof checkup by Paul Bange Roofing. They used a drone to ensure no issues were brewing and looked for any potential concerns there could be with hurricane season upon us. We also had it cleaned and sealed- thank you to Adam and Carlos. The workmanship was outstanding. The crew was efficient, respectful of our property, and completed the job on schedule. They were meticulous about the cleanup, leaving our yard spotless. Our newly cleaned and sealed roof looks fantastic and gives us great peace of mind. It's rare to find a company that combines this level of skill with such a high degree of integrity and equally important, fantastic customer service!     I can't recommend Paul Bange Roofing enough, and it started with our first contact. Dylan was professional, answered all my questioned, and simplified the process to where I could understand everything. Everyone did what they said they were gong to do and my roof turned out wonderful. I'll definitely use them again.
