    All I can say is WOW! The morning of Memorial Day it rained and I realized I had a leak in my kitchen! I just bought this house and was a little frantic. I didn't know what to expect trying to find someone to come assess the situation...and then I found Paul Bange Roofing! I spoke with Wendy who was so caring and trying to help me out. She was going to send someone out the next day but she could tell I was worried that she went above and beyond to get me assistance right away. Not even an hour later she called me to tell me that the actual owner, Paul Bange himself was coming out to assist me! I was so grateful and surprised as I have not experience service like this ANYWHERE in Florida! Paul came by and assessed the situation to get my roof fixed. He thoroughly explained what was wrong and how we can fix it. Got on the phone and immediately set up someone to come do the work today. I also had him set up for someone to come out as I'm guessing I will likely need a new roof sooner than later. I just can't thank Paul and Wendy enough for the exceptional customer service and sense of urgency to assist me. I highly recommend them to anyone for their roofing needs be it a repair or new roof. I wouldn't look anywhere else, Paul Bange and his team WILL far exceed your expectations! Thanks again!!

    I would like to recommend Bange Roofing for commercial roofs. At Ashland F in Lakes of Delray, they did a great job. They were in and out in two weeks, cleaning up at the end of each day. They did a superior job. We had two people that complained about damage to their AC units, and Bange resolved each quickly and to their satisfaction. They stand behind their work. I have no problem giving them a 5 star rating.

    We started our roofing project before COVID hit. Our project entailed 45 buildings. Shortly after the project started, it was impacted by supply chain shortages. Evan Jacobs was our project manager and he was in constant communication with us. As soon as product became available, Evan was in touch with us and assembled a crew to jump start our project. The project spanned over 3 years by our request. Evan continued on this journey with us and even after the final building was completed. When a leak was encountered Evan always investigated it to determine if it was a roofing issue or something else. He never said, it's not our problem. He ensured the issue was properly checked out. It was a pleasure working with Evan. He was very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the project. He insured we were highly satisfied and constantly checked with our team. Evan is a fantastic resource.

    I was looking for a roofing company I can trust. I was referred to Evan at Paul Bange roofing. From the time he answered the phone , up until the time we had our repair finished Evan was amazing with communication. He even checked up with us a month later to see how we were doing.     Still pending them to come back so I will update once everything is complete. So far my experience has been mixed. The work they did has been good. I appreciate that they did not rush through replacing my roof. The only concern I had was the communication could be better. It takes a few days up to a week to hear back from someone when there is a question or concern. Sometimes I have to call a couple of times before I get a response. I have not received my permits and the roof has been completed for over a week. I also have a small leak since the rain and I am waiting for someone to come back out to check on it. Once they finish that I will update my review. Edit- they came back to fix the leak and so far so good. Jordan has been great and I am pleased with the way my roof came out.

    We needed a new roof and we are so glad that a friend gave us Alex C number from Paul Bange Roofing. Alex came within a day and sat with us and gave us all the options and pros and cons of the different roof materials available. He stayed on top of our job and kept us updated with scheduling and everything that was going on. Price was competitve with other estimates we received as well Paul Bange work crews were beyond our expectations. Their crews worked fast and efficiently. They did everything possible to protect our property as they worked. We are very pleased with the new roof and the services we received. Thank you to Alex and the entire Paull Bange team. You will not regret hiring them to do you roof.

    I don't know what I would have done without Ralph. I had a scary leak coming from my ceiling and called in frantic. Ralph reached out so quickly, he drove an hour to my home to check it out and had it cleared up and explained in minutes. He was wonderful and so patient.

    Excellent Service by Scott Busch (Project Manager) who gave me all of my options, answered questions and was always available if I needed anything. He explained they didn't do the kind of coating work I needed but inspected the roof anyway, took measurements, and got me a quote from a contractor that could help me.     Hey Paul, Where did you find Ralph ? This guy is Awesome !! He came out to my house right on time. Great friendly personality and full of positive energy. He went up on the roof and thourohly inspected it. He then took the time to walk around the house and show me the important issues. We then discussed the options with absolutely no pressure. After his detailed explanations I made a decision to purchase a badly needed roof. He the put a drone in the air and took areal photos and measurements. Very impressive !! He departed and promptly contacted me with fully transparent pricing. I have since reached out to him twice and both times he immediately answered and helped me out.
