    I have been very happy with the excellent service I've received from Paul Bange roofing. On my most recent experience, I discovered a roof leak that required a rapid response. Donna Wood took my case and had someone out that same day to determine what needed to be done. A Bange Roofing team was here the following morning and made the necessary repairs!     Project manager was there the same day, gave an accurate assessment of the issue and the proposed repair. The contractors were there within a week. Professional, on time, and ready to work. See the before (cracked dark gray/black) and the after (light gray, repaired) pictures. I would hire them again.

    This is the second time we have chosen Paul Bange to work on our roofs. The first was 7 years ago when the flat portion developed leaks. We shopped around then, choosing Paul Bange because they impressed us with their professionalism. Not the least expensive option, but thorough in their approach, execution and follow-up. This time the shingles needed replacing. Called Paul Bange, and Matt promptly arrived to provide an estimate for the work. He walked us through what was going to happen, gave us options on roof venting, and shingles, and quickly developed a quote for us. Once we accepted the quote, Carla McAllister took over the file. She kept us updated on the permit approvals, and was extremely helpful in working with us and the Estate Trustee for the second house. She was always prompt in answering questions by phone, text or email. As we are back and forth to Canada, she was a prime point of contact during, and after, the permitting process. Once the building permits cleared, the crew arrived - twelve guys who had obviously done this before and knew what needed to be done. As the shingles and underlying paper was removed, one person nailed each decking board to the underlying joists to meet code. Vent stacks were replaced and sealed to the roof, as were the solar powered roof exhaust fans. The roofs were completely cleaned of debris before the polystick base was rolled out and secured in place. Fascia was replaced, before new metal drip edge was applied and secured to all edges of the roofs. The onsite supervisors kept us informed of progress, while Matt checked in from time to time. Cleanup was impeccable, you wouldn't know twelve guys had spent the day tearing a roof off and preparing it for inspection. The permit docs and a ladder were left onsite for the inspector. The shingles and roof nails arrived the following week and were conveyed to the roof peak, awaiting installation. Delivery was smooth an uneventful. Then there was a delay while we waited for inspections. We weren't present for the installation of the shingles; we had to be somewhere else. But Paul Bange had replaced the flat roof without us, so we weren't concerned. They know what they are doing, and our presence during their work was unnecessary. Carla had taken vacation, but referred me to Giselle Vincente, who kept us apprised of timelines and progress. Communication with Paul Bange has been excellent, which is doubly important as we were back in Canada. Carla and Giselle sent regular updates on issues, permits, schedules, and photos of the finished work; while texts arrived a day or so before the various stages of work commenced. I have no hesitation in recommending Paul Bange Roofing if you're looking for quality replacement or repair work on your roof.
