    Jimmy came out and gave me an estimate on my 4 unit building. He answered all of my questions and even dropped off samples of 2 colors I was deciding between. I went with a 3 layer roof that included the felt, an extra water barrier, and architectural shingles.For the most part, the workers busted their butts. Camacho, the supervisor on the job spoke very little English and ignored concerns I pointed out to him. Jimmy made sure those concerns were addressed though.In the end, the roof looks great and for $29.95 a month they inspect it annually and take pictures, repairing any trouble spots and giving a lifetime warranty. As Jimmy put it, when the roof does eventually need replaced from age, its covered.As a side note, I offered to pay for the wood and second installment on the contract and was told they'd collect payment at the end when I was satisfied with everything.I'd have given 5 stars except for Camacho and some of the workers not cleaning up their lunch debris and beverage bottles.I'd definitely recommend Paul Bange Roofing for the service Jimmy provided and the finished product.

    Very reputable and friendly company. I had my flat roof replaced and a carpenter came out and replaced all of the bad soffit and fascia board for minimal cost compared to ridiculous quotes I was given by other companies. They were even able to save two rows of cement tiles where the pitched roof meets the flat membraned roof. I was really pleased that they were able to remove the tiles without damaging them, since I had few tiles leftover and that particular color was discontinued by the manufacturer. I would highly recommend this company. The owner came out during and after the job was done to check on everything. How many owners of large companies do a personal follow-up to make sure the job was done right? Not very many.

    Good jod, good price, friendly people. They were patient in explaining options. I did not have to pay until they were 100% done. They accepted credit card.

    Overall i was happy with the work and haven't had a problem since they came (which is a great thing), but the job took two days longer than they told me.
