I love the windows and the doors

I called several companies, and Statewide was the best of one I was looking for. The presentation was awesome by the vendor he was really honest also they check on you regularly. The windows were custom vinyl and organ gas and didn't take long to arrived. When they came to install my windows and doors the crew of 5 were professional and nice out going. They did their work, cover the surfaces and items that were Most valuable, they clean, did vacuum and did their best! I am really happy with the all the products I got. I can't complain at all. I recommend them.

Praise for workmanship, Professional installation of hurricane proof glass wallog windows. Five men arrived at 9:00 am and from the beginning of installation worked as a team. Due to the concerns of the Coronavirus they wore face masks and used gloves. The furniture and surrounding areas were covered for protection of any dust created by taking out old windows. The crew was extremely conscientious of where they moved items so they would be protected.. Amazing that they completed the full job in one day. The crew cleaned the area by vacuuming and replacing furniture. The inspection should be soon.

The work was done by two young men who were very professional and courteous. They knew what they were doling in the installation of our windows because when they were finished the windows were perfect.They left our house clean and took away all the trash. From start to finish all the employees of State Wide went out of their way to be helpful and I would recommend State Wide to all my friends. THANK YOU.

Good experience and a job well done The salesperson and office staff at Statewide were responsive, pleasant and effective. They were fair and provided the information and guidance we needed in choosing our impact windows. The cost was fair and the company was willing to negotiate with us which we appreciated. The install experience was frustrating at times because the install crew spoke very limited English. The language barrier caused problems and delays as management personnel had to come to the site to translate for us. For us, that was unacceptable. The customer should be able to communicate effectively with at least someone on the crew and we could not. We were also not happy when the crew arrived to start the job and one of them (who spoke no English) presented us with a piece of paper with two numbers on it but could not explain what he wanted. I knew the numbers represented the payments we owed on the job but was unable to effectively explain my plan for making them because the crew spoke no English. The company should not send an install crew to a customer's home if no one on the crew can speak the same language as the customer. That is simply unacceptable and it negated some of the positives around the experience overall.

Review for the Sales Representative (Pierscon.) This 5 Star rating is for the sales presentation, pricing and financing assistance. Pierson arrived ahead of schedule which was absolutely impressive. He was very down to earth and humble from the very beginning and was very knowledgeable about the products. He took his time and made sure we knew what we were buying and that we would be 110% satisfied after he left. Pierson went the extra mile to contact the owner to get us the best price. Statewide really offered the best price. Friends and co-workers have always mentioned to me how expensive their impact windows were and cost them. Statewide was significantly lower than what my friends mentioned they paid, Pierson also assisted us with financing through YGrene which was a very easy process. We were so happy with the service Pierson provided and being so humble, we even invited him to bring his child over one day to play with our pet pig. I cant wait for my installation date. Have confidence in Statewide.
