    After meeting with four different companies, we chose to move forward with Statewide Windows And Doors because not only were they the cheapest quote, but they were most professional and showed up on time and made me feel most comfortable. We just had our 12 vinyl windows installed today and the guys were amazing. They showed up on time and were very respectful and professional, and completed the entire job in just one day. Highly recommend. Call Pierson!

    Thank you! I couldn't be happier. I loved the windows they did such a good job installing and cleaning up after. but I didn't even think about writing a review until I got my electric bill after my windows got installed I couldn't believe it actually went down. I would recommend State Wide Windows to anyone.

    My initial review has been modified. Initially I was frustrated with the quality and handling of the install. After reaching out to the company they made sure to send someone over promptly and addressed all concerns and issues that I had. From the large issues to the little nit picky ones, they took care of it all. Big shout out to Steve over there who absolutely went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved. Even spending a morning in the rain to clean up bits of glass from around the house. The windows look great! My AC bill is down and the house is so much quieter. I wish I would have replaced my windows sooner. I would definitely recommend Statewide to anyone looking to update their widows.

    Statewide came and gave us an amazing quote on replacing our windows and doors form the hurricane. They came highly referred from a friend who had them install their windows and doors. The sales rep was very thorough and so helpful with everything. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to put a hold on the job but intend to follow through as soon as we can. We definitely recommend the company. They are very honest, knowledgeable and seem to really care about their customers. Hard to find these days!

    When the sales person came Dalton, he was very nice explained everything and what would happen. He was great. I got the email he said that I would get stating that they were obtaining permit. In that email it stated I would get another email when my windows came in and then we could make appointment for install. I waited over the 6 weeks they said it would take and no email. I gave it a little longer and nothing so I called to see and the girl that answered was very nice and she stated my windows were in and nothing was on back order everything was on file and in a week I would get a call to make my install appointment. I did not get a call, so again I called got the same lady who checked again and said I don't know why you didn't get a call everything is here and stated I would get a call by the end of the day which I did not. I called again and then was told I had a project coordinator who would be calling. Mind you I didn't even know I had one. She ended up calling and she did set up the appointment. The day of the appointment I was first told between 930 and 1030 and then was told they were running late and it would be later in morning. By 1130 no one was here. I called and the lady not my project coordinator apologized and stated they would be here by 1230. Now I'm getting upset because I had to pay a daycare to take my dogs for the day. 1230 comes and goes and no one is here. Now, my husband is upset. I call again and they state by 130. 130 comes and goes no one here. Now my husband calls screaming and now they finally transfer us to Shavel the coordinator who now states the team installing is going to call us. By the way she was not helpful. The team does and he states 230. 245 the team shows up. Damian was very sorry and the team started right away. Damian was great the team was great and they did a great job. Damian was great not the company. This company sucks especially with communication and Shavel was awful and rude. I'm happy with my windows and Damian, but would not recommend this company horrible. Update. We had trouble with our sliding doors. Thank goodness for Mike Dones and Israel who came out and fixed them correctly. This company needs more people like these two guys who get it done correct!!!
