    Initial quote visit - I requested a quote online on a Saturday and received a call back very quickly. My appointment came two days later with Hunter. Hunter was prompt, very professional and courteous. He showed my husband and me the different types of windows they offer, took measurements and answered all of my questions. We decided to add a door. It was all a very pleasant experience. We look forward to our installation. Thank you, Hunter! ~ Sally

    Steve came out to my house today and gave me an estimate on new windows and doors. He was on time and courteous and very knowledgeable of his products. There was no pressure and he left me with plenty of information to review and consider before making a decision.

    Alejandro Granado and his team were very professional. They explained all the details of how they were going to remove the old rusty door and install the new hurricane sliding door which opens and closes smoothly. I was really impressed of how detailed they installed the sliding door and how they worked. I would definitely recommend Statewide Windows & Doors. Excellent team work. Thank you.

    We found Statewide at the home show in West Palm Beach and decided to give them a try. Their quote was reasonable and they communicated with us through the process. The installation team led by Manny, did an exceptional job! They were timely, clean, quick and absolutely professional! Give that man and his team a bonus because they are the truth!     My experience with Brian was amazing today! He was extremely knowledgeable about the product and explained everything in a language I was able to understand!     Only writing this review because of the awesome help I received from Tim. I needed a window replaced under warranty. Numerous, repeated calls with an occasional returned call promising to have someone contact me. Even had a scheduled install day, but no one showed up. I had Tim's phone number (he's an installer and shouldn't have to get involved). In desperation I texted him. He some how got some fire under the scheduling and customer services person and the window is finally installed I had been working on this since May 2022 Huge shout out to to Tim. I wish this company had more employees like Tim.

    I am giving a 5 star only because Richard was absolutely the best sales person ever, he was knowledgeable and when 1 option didn't work he reassured us there were other options and he can make it happen.     State Wide is a great company to purchase your replacement windows. They definitely provide the best price for the product. The installation crew was very focused on detail. Ray was the lead and he managed his team perfectly not only on the install but also the cjean-up. I would highly recommend them. If you request an in-home estimate make sure you request Michael Elston. He knows the product and knows the competition Michael is on top of the project and is there to support you bot only to complete the transaction but makes himself available right thru completion. You won't be disapponted

    If ever you need windows and doors this is the place!!! For starters Pierson is an A-1 salesman, he made you fill as though you were his one and only concern to making things happen for you, thanks Pierson. Then next we have Shavel, when I say she walks you through everything and assures you of any questions you have, she's the one to talk to. So courteous and well knowledge about the business. Then last we have Emilio and his crew. What can I say about them. I opened up my home to them as if it was their own and that's how they treated it, with such care. Professionalism is what you get from Emilio and his crew. The best workmanship I have ever seen from a crew and their boss. Thanks to Emilio and his crew for a job well done. For the closing of it all we're back to Shavel, she made her calls to make sure everything is to your liking and it was? what more could I say " WHAT A TEAM " Thanks you guys for everything!!!!!

    I had Impact windows and doors installed and the doors were measured but somehow they were a bit short resulting in they not sitting deep on the track. I try to get the problem resolved, became frustrated because things were not going in a timely manner. Then Mr.Matthew Regan came along and then things started to happen and now the doors are going to be replaced tomorrow. I am very happy ? he was the one to resolve this problem and statewide windows and doors should see him as a valued employee, a asset to the company
