Representative from statewide windows came to my house pitched his windows types and prices. We agreed on a price after a while. I told him I still had two other companies coming to give estimates. He asked me which companies and trying to keep an open and honest dialogue I told him which companies we're coming. He told me what each would do and say and I said I still need to listen to them and then I'll make a decision afterwards. Yeah, here's the part, that's one for the books. I went to get some money and dropped it before I got back to the representative. I couldn't find it anywhere. I asked him not to leave until I find it, now he could have left but he didn't. He called his boss told him what happened to and I asked him to help me find it. And he found it. Let's just say it was a lot of money. Statewide Windows rep. was really a exceptional person, honest, and knowledgeable. More importantly he was exactly right about the other sales people. At the end of the day I call Statewide Windows back and agreed the buy from them. Now let's see how the rest of the process goes. I feel confident it will go smoothly. Update Update, read my 1st review. Still very satisfied I suggest you read my first review. With that said it's only been a few days they've now come out and measure my windows. Explain the process, said when my Windows come in and I'll make a deposit, set- up final installation. It seems a lot of people complain when they don't have their messages or phone calls answered instantly or on time. If you do any homework at all, you'll see it's a process. First, the pitch of their product. Then someone has to come measure your windows. The measurements have to be sent to a company who manufactures your windows, installation time needs to be set up and then the installation happens. Usual time 6 to 12 weeks. If you want windows in a week, can go to Willy's one day windows you have them put in a week. Fake name. I'll continue updating as my process goes along. I'm happy so far and my expectations have been met or exceeded.Thanks My windows came . I don't think the installers realized they were going to have to cut my windows out. They had a lot of work it took three guys 10 hours my windows are in they look great. Could not be happier. It took the town of Port St Lucie Florida longer to finish the permit then for Statewide to install my windows. To be fair it's The great Corvid 19 plague of 2020's fault. Statewide Windows finished caulking right before the inspection. That was genius on Statewide's part. To be very truthful I can't say a single bad word about MY experience with Statewide Windows. Here's my advice for anybody looking to upgrade their windows or any other contractor upgrade for that matter. Be patient, be kind, ALWAYS get at least 3 estimates. (recommended by the state of Florida fraud department), Call companies back without them knowing it's you, ask them if they can fix a problem that's not theirs, if you're not willing to help, or they don't get back to you that's a big red flag. The longer it takes for them to get back to you, is the longer it's going to take for you to fix a problem when you really have one. I got prices from $5000 to $35000 so it's up to you and our reviews to make sure you're comfortable with the price you get. Remember everything is negotiable don't be pressured into making any instant purchases. If the price is good today and not tomorrow move on from that company. I will leave pictures if I can. I'm very Satisfied ? Thanks

I will give 5 stars to Anthony for explaining the process of ordering, buying and installing windows. If you are interested in impact will nodes and doors ask for Anthony at Statewide. I can not address the installation process as I just ordered my windows.

Salesman and measurements Anthony Brown is an amazing salesman. He was patient with all my questions and concerns. He also put up with my crazy overly affectionate dog. He had treats with him , which I thought was incredible! I didnt get the gentlemans name that came and measured my windows but he was also friendly and answered all my questions. Both were great experiences and I cant wait for my new windows.

Loving my new windows! My home is so quiet now, its amazing. I was told I would save on home owners insurance but, alas, it is only $50 a year so don't buy for that reason. Buy for the safety, security, peace, quiet and beauty.

The job was done quicker than we thought. We were pleased with the work. We do have an issue outside of the quality of work that they have failed to respond. The work was good. Still waiting on screen door which was ordered later, tension poeces for the screens and inside covers for the bay window. I am not going into detail but we think we had an issue and it was brought to their attention but we have not received any followup.

We are so happy with our new Impact Windows and Sliders and the great job by Statewide. From our first contact and all the way through the final inspection, we were very happy. We feel the pricing was great, installation was professional and clean. Our contact with everyone was SPOT ON!! Director of Operations Michael Grondin was always available for any of my silly questions. Service Technician Robert Smith was awesome. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

My wife and I highly recommend Statewide windows to who is interested in having impact windows installed We, my wife and I, had a great experience with Statewide windows doing the removal of the existing windows, they were removed with the last amount of dust they also covered all the furniture that was within range of the window removal project, all of the cutting of the windows around the trim was from the outside also we were pleased with the cleanup, the clean-up of the construction debris from the outside as well as the inside, the guys did an awesome job and I would recommend them to anyone.

Great estimate and very professional salesperson I already received my estimate when another cold caller was soliciting appointments. Web reviews were very mixed either very favorable or horrible. Austin, the salesperson was great. However due to the reviews, I will pick a local company even though they may be more expensive.

The Statewide windows&Doors will be the first choice of my next home improvement project. From the cost estimation to the installation, everything went smoothly and the quality of their job was unbeatable. Most of all, I'd really like to rate the quality of windows highly: they are beautifully installed and professionally taken care of, which makes my property in the next level. Positive: Quality, Responsiveness, Value Great team, from start to finish really enjoyed having this company change out my windows. The products are beautiful and the installation finished in one day. It took a bit of time for the windows to arrive but I assume because they were custom. I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely use them again and recommend them in the future.

So far a great experience. The salesman Jordan returned my call after I left a message. He was wonderful. He explained everything I needed to know in great detail. He called a short time later with a quote that I was pleased with. Tiffany called later to schedule someone to come and measure my windows the next day. Again, a good experience. I‘m looking forward to beautiful new windows in 60 to 90 days.

For most part I was happy with the overall process. Statewide did a good job. I would say they should have at least one person on their crew who is able to communicate with homeowners, that for us was hardest part of the whole install process..

We recently had new windows installed by STATEWIDE WINDOWS AND DOORS . We were very pleased with all aspects of the transaction. The crew was very polite and efficient. Eddie, one of the crew, tolerated me looking over his shoulder and addressed any concerns I had. We had a few unseen bumps in the road that were dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. We had a new mgmt that was unsure of the condo requirements. Tifany, the office mgr. was very helpful and instrumental in telling us what we needed to start the project. Michael Grondin, director of operations was very accessible. He returned our calls promptly and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. I would recommend this company and product to others.
