    I had a semi Kw broken windshield. I called USA Auto and got exceptional service. They kept me always informed about the process...always answered the phone or called me about any update. About price..... better in town.

    Great work and customer service I recently had my windshield by USA Auto Glass, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They are professional, punctual and very efficient which is hard to find these days.     Photos to come later, but all in all, much better customer service and craftsmanship than SafeLite Auto Glass. I had a pretty large crack on my windshield. USA glass worked with my insurance (USAA) to get the process started. What was a more incentive, if the auto insurance declines OEM, they outsource PWG and Pinkleton glass. So either way, you getting good glass. My vehicle they replaced was a 2019 Honda Pilot; they knew about the calibration issue f the sensors after installation and were able to complete the job w/ no issues. I ended up choosing Pinkelton glass.

    I am extremely satisfied with the USA Auto Glass repair team. My CSR was Paige and she did an excellent job scheduling the crew and making absolutely certain that the window ordered was the correct window for my Cadillac Escalade. She went above and beyond what I expected would be normal. I cannot say enough about how great she and her teammates are. Her window Glass technician was Landy. He did a very quick and professional job. He was extremely careful not to scratch the paint on my car and did a very professional job of cleanup after the window installation. Ruben was the calibration specialist and he was extremely quick and very knowledgeable about how to do the calibration on my Escalade camera monitoring system for lane assist. Both the window specialist and calibration specialist were extremely quick and very professional. I cannot say enough about how pleased my wife & I are with their work. I highly recommend them for your Glass repair 120%.

    While driving from NYC to Key West our windshield got hit by a rock and incurred a major crack. We contacted USA Auto Glass who quickly and efficiently replaced our windshield in our driveway saving us a 3.5 trip back to the nearest dealer. Between Key West being remote and our car not being very common, we were impressed with the entire teams ability to accommodate our needs. From the initial call to the installation and calibrations the team did a great job.

    The tech named Eric did a great job. He was very quick and clean. He did 2 cars for me at the same time. The work was done a few weeks ago and everything is still very good and no leaks. The staff over the phone was also great, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Also the price was better than that company that has a lot of commercials about their service.

    The folks at USA Auto Glass, were very friendly and professional. Jennifer, who arranged to get the OEM glass for my car, was very helpful to provide an quick update for the appointment. Landy, who was the technician, was very courteous, punctual and professional as well, call me when he was on his way to my home to start the work, took his time to ensure the glass was fitted correctly. Very happy with their professionalism and speedy resolution to the replacement of the glass. They made the uncomfortable situation of having broken glass in your vehicle, a very satisfying experience. Thank you, Jennifer and Landy for an excellent job!! Highly recommended!!

I had the windshield replaced a few years back with another company, recommended by my insurance and they did a lousy job. USA Auto Glass made sure there were no fingerprints or anything.     Incredible communication and service. Thank you Sarah! Woke up to my car and 17 others broken into in our parking garage ? Totally tragic. Called up USA Auto Glass and spoke to Sarah who was the most accommodating, and empathetic rep to have in that moment. We had reassurance and an appointment so fast. We had both our cars, all 3 windows fixed by 2 pm today. Price was better than safelite and my deductible. Book it. Now. Thank you Yunior!

    Great service safe light cancelled my appointment these people showed up 30 minutes after the call did great work did fast work and my cars fixed for almost 200$ less then safe light very friendly workers and i would recommend any one to use them
