    USA Auto Glass I would highly recommend this company to repair your windshield. After removing the glass and replacing it with a new windshield, you can't tell that your windshield was replaced.The truck windshield looks like the factory one. The men who came out to do the repair were very polite and professional .

    Filed a claim with Safelite for an AMG Mercedes. They order the glass and tell me I have to go to their location because they have to calibrate the cameras with the new windshield and can't do it remotely. They schedule an appointment for the following week. Next week comes and I go to the location and discover that they can't do the install because they have the wrong glass and don't know when it will be in. I didn't want to deal with them any longer so I looked for other companies and I'm so glad I did. I reached out to USA Autoglass and couldn't be happier. Paige answered the phone and I explained the situation. She was extremely helpful and as it turns out is a windshield expert. She located the right windshield (OEM), had the manufacturer text me pics to make sure it was the right one and handled the claim with me on the phone. The windshield isnt a common one so its not readily in stock, however she located it, had it sent to her shop and then installed and calibrated at my location (even though Safelite said it couldn't be done that way). Thank you USA Autoglass and most of all, thank you Paige. I hope I never have to speak to you again, but if I need a windshield, I'm definitely calling you.

    Love these guys~!!!!!!!!! Very professional. Quick response to my inquiry. Paige w/ customer service was extremely helpful & very nice on the phone. She was a pleasure to work with and immediately got me an appointment the next day for a windshield replacement. Their service guy showed up on time and he was great! I was impressed with everything about this experience. I most definitely would recommend them for anyone here in Key West or around the Keys. :)

    Highly recommend!! Had my sunroof shatter within hours of calling them they had the part ordered and scheduled technician come out the following day.     Great Service!!!! I had been highly disappointed by another popular company and decided to try changing to USA Auto Glass. The service was phenomenal. They ordered my glass and once it arrived they came to my home a did a great install. It's now recalibrated and I am good to go. Soooo glad we found USA Auto Glass.

    Just had the passenger rear window replaced on my MB. Alex the installer really went all out to make sure that the replacement was done correctly and that everything worked as it should. He was very meticulous and made sure that the job was done right. I highly recommend this company and if you want an experienced installer who does his best to make you happy ask for Alex.     These people are awesome. First of all when the store was closed on a Sunday and I needed help they answer the phone. He even gave me a quote over the phone that ended up being spot on. I decided to drive straight to the location on Monday morning and extremely professional service.Hear them talking on the phone with customers and they know what they're doing.     We are down on vacation and had an incident where I backed into a tree. They stayed after to finish the job. Everyone was fabulous and professional!! The price was more than reasonable!     Jennifer helped take my information down and set up the appointment, she even went out of her way to get the part for me, which other companies told me I would have to do it on my own! Her customer service skills were impeccable, and the price was right! Raimel the technician did a fantastic job with the installation, he was punctual, efficient, and very precise! God forbid I have anymore glass damage on my heavy equipment, but if I do, they will definitely have my business!!!

    I'm giving 5 stars because there are no more stars to give, because honestly the professionalism, customer service and fast service is unbelievable and outstanding??? Needed to replace my passenger window and requested to have an original one and Paige did all she could to get it and to have it deliver overnight, so, I will not have to be without car and get it fix ASAP... Then Alex came to the rescue, for the replacement the next day and perform his task with professionalism (he knows what he is doing?), super nice and helpful. THANKS A LOT for such a GREAT SERVICE...     This shop is awesome! Our back windshield got busted during our dive vacation. We called a local auto body shop in Key Largo and they referred us to USA glass. The customer service was excellent, and they were able to install new glass in just 24 hours. Thanks for saving our vacation!!!

    I called with a leaky windshield and Martin was GREAT! I called with a leaky windshield and Martin was knowledgeable and gave me a few tips rather than trick me into replacement, when in-fact it was not the windshield after all. Thanks for looking out for my best interest. 5 Stars for MARTIN!
