I called Paige at the Broward location and she not only helped me every step of the way but she was so kind and professional. She made sure to get me in right away. RecommendedI had a big crack on the windshield of my 2020 Chevy Silverado 2500HD truck. I called my insurance company and they sent out USA Auto Glass. I spoke to Jennifer and Jose to set up the appointments. Both were very friendly and responsive. They happily worked around MY schedule to accommodate me! The tech that came out was named Alex. He was outstanding! He detected a slight imperfection on the new windshield and took the initiative to take it back to the dealer for a new one! Honestly, I probably wouldn't have noticed it for several weeks because it wasn't obvious. By then I wouldn't have been able to do anything about it. He could have easily not mentioned it and saved himself more trouble in having to exchange it and come out again. However he decided to do what was in my best interest. He clearly takes pride in his work and has his customer's back! I hope I never have another cracked windshield, but if I ever do, I am calling Alex and USA Auto Glass!

Not only was Jennifer courteous and professional she arranged to have the installers (who were also very professional) at my office a few hours later! I highly recommend this company and its employees.

RecommendedWhen our windshield broke I called USA Auto Glass . I spoke with Jennifer who was so fast and quick into getting my claim done and a technician out to me within hours . I couldn't believe how fast their service was. She was so sweet and professional and addressed all my needs . The technician, Darius showed up within 3 hours . Came completely prepared. Did the job efficiently and took his time till everything was done to perfection . He was so nice and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy . His attitude was so friendly and nice . We are so happy with the services provided by USA AUTO GLASS and I would rate them a 10/10 for customer satisfaction. From the phone call to the service call everything went so smooth . I would recommend anyone looking for fast and efficient service to contact them . RecommendedSafelite completely missed their appointment and laughed at me when I called. USA Auto Glass, responded the same day. Tech was super professional and knowledgeable. don't even bother calling Safelite. USA Auto Glass is an insurance preferred provider too.

Recommendedmy power window driver side did not come back up. called USA auto glass, spoke to Paige very helpful, explained the problem over the phone, she set me up with Ken the tech. for monday morn. He called in the morn. let me know he was picking up the part needed and was on his way. called again when he arrived. Very efficient, showed me and explained the job to me. Finished in a timely manner, checked that everything was in working order. Very satisfied

RecommendedDown to earth super nice people, Knowledgeable, Experienced, Professional & Friendly I could tell by my phone conversation with James that this company was the ONE to resolve my problem. James was friendly, knowledgeable and organized. I didn't have to wait on the phone to be transferred to another department, Within 5-7 minutes, he confirmed the replacement glass for my vehicle and scheduled someone to come to my location for the repair. WOW, no phone recording, no waiting on the phone, no transfer to a technician about the repair, James did it all with a great friendly attitude. I did not have to leave my home; within about 3 hours a Service Technician pulled up in front of my house in an Impressive Service Van ready to start the work. The Service Technician's Name was Larry, he got out of his vehicle in a nice Company Uniform, introduced himself and answered all my questions about the work to be performed and you could tell he New his stuff and was ready to help me get my car back on the road. Larry was super organized, from vacuuming the broken glass, tools to remove the door panel, again removing the broken glass inside the door, installing the new glass, testing the the glass to assure it was positioned properly that it went up and down smoothly. Larry was very gentle, not in rush and did not mind me watching the repair and answering any questions I had. From start to finish it was a good half hour to complete the work and what a FANTASTIC JOB ! Larry and James were super great people to do business with and guess what, I told Larry, I wanted to tell his boss what a good job he did. Larry made a phone call and handed me his phone, I asked who I was speaking with and come to find out it was the owner of the Company. What are the chances of an employee able to contact the owner of the business and have a customer talk directly to the owner ? Well I did and he was just as nice as the employees that worked for him. What a Great Experience, after 41 years living in South Florida finally, I found a Business that I didn't have to wait on the phone, be transferred from department to department, arrived on time, professional company image, completed the work with expert results and BEST of All they beat their competition price by half the cost if not more. Its a Win Win decision to have U.S.A. Auto Glass install your next Auto Glass. Thanks so MUCH !!

RecommendedAmazing -at every step of the way My rear window was smashed by a coconut while on vacation. I needed special glass and very quick at home repair. Jennifer walked me expertly through the process and talked to my insurance company with me. The other company I first talked estimated I would have to wait a whole week. Jennifer got it done in 2 days! She ordered the special glass required for my leased car and called with updates to keep me informed of the status of the glass. I can't think of one thing she could have done better...she is the definition of excellence, and she saved my vacation. I needed my car to pick up people at the airport...I would have had to have rented a car or hired a driver. Jose also deserves a shout-out as he was also great- very helpful and a represented the company with excellence. Finally, Rodrigo and Larry were the two men who came to repair the window. They called me when I expected them to and did a beautiful job on a very messy smashed window. They were true professionals and could not have been more impressive. The landscaper for this property, Ernie, recommended I call USA Auto Glass and I am very grateful that he did!

RecommendedI used this company through my insurance because my windshield was damaged. They reached out to me immediately after my insurance approved the claim and had me scheduled for the next day. The technician that arrived was courteous and patient. The dispatcher (Paige) is amazing. Very accommodating and professional, and overall positive attitude. Very refreshing in comparison to dealing with local service vendors. Highly recommend them.
