    Luis their tech came on time, and was extremely pleasant. He was professional, and did an amazing job on my windshield replacement. Highly recommend them. Also their price was much lower than Selflife.

    Above and beyond I called USA Auto Glass because they are a small local company that had a lot of good reviews. I spoke to Jennifer. She was professional, attentive and polite. She took all my information about the vehicle and gave me a very competitive quote with next day installation. The tech, Alex, came on time and began replacing the window of my 350Z. This vehicle requires the removal of 2 plastic door strips that were previously broken and on order. He showed me what to do when I received them. When the parts arrived a few days later, I didn't feel confident on properly installing them. I called Jennifer back up and she arrange for Alex to come back and assist me. These employees went above and beyond what they had to do to assist me. I highly recommend this company.

    I called USA Auto Glass because it's a small local company that was near by and they had a lot of good reviews. I spoke with Jennifer. She was polite and knowledgeable. She took my vehicle information and was able to give me a quote with a next day installation. The quote was favorably competitive. The technician, Alex, arrived on time the next morning. He replaced the windshield on my 350Z in less than an hour. My car had 2 plastic door strips that need to be removed for the window replacement. They were previously broken and on order but hadn't arrived yet. Alex showed me how to install them once they arrived. When the parts arrived a few days later, I didn't feel confident I could properly install them. Alex made it seem so easy. I called Jennifer back up over a week after they completed the job and asked her if she can ask Alex to give me a refresher. She went a step further and had Alex come over and assist me. Good thing I didn't do this myself. Alex paid attention to the details so that everything went back together properly. They went above and beyond. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

    We had just begun a road trip to visit family for Christmas, when a large hunk of metal crashed through our windshield and covered us in broken glass on Florida's Turnpike. My first (and only call) was to USA Autoglass. Jennifer was amazing as she coordinated the location of a new windshield, conferencing us with our insurance company, and getting Larry (the technician) to our location! It was just a small delay in our trip. I highly recommend them if you find yourself in a similar situation. Professional, efficient and kind! A great way to end a harrowing experience!

    Excellent service! USA auto glass responded quickly. I left message on Sunday and Monday morning they contacted me and by the afternoon my window was fixed. Alex was the technician and did a great job. Professional and friendly. I’m grateful for their service and would call again if needed!

    I must say I was very very impressed by the way these two gentlemen Larry & Anthony handled the business of replacing my windshield!! They were polite , informative , I was very confident in the job I hate when people give me rush jobs ?' and they were making sure everything panned out great. They were amazing I'd definitely refer this company any day of the week

    Jennifer and repair techs were exceptional. I have never worked with such an amazing customer service driven company. From working and billing the insurance company, appointment response, follow up and calibration of the wind shield this was not a 5 star but a 10 star service rating.     A Blessing! They were delightful & fast & even gave me a nice pen. I was amazed at how quickly they next day shipped & repaired my windshield in less than 12 hours. They allowed me front door service & patience with the guy being really cool. Most fun & efficient repair I've had & the receptionist was cute too.?

    Jennifer was outstanding very communicative, she found the best deal for me and the best price $$$ while the competition was charging me double the price & Larry W. was very professional while he was working installing my glass I was asking him questions and he answer all of my questions very professionally, I recommend USA Auto Glass in Homestead with my eyes close 5-star place and 5-star employee.

    I spoke to James when I called regarding a huge chip in my windshield, he was very courteous and went out of his way to see if they could repair or if we had to replace our damaged windshield. It ended up we had to replace it. They came a couple days after my call, technician Eric & his partner called to verify they were arriving, they got it all done in less than 15 minutes! Very professional, they service the Keys (I'm in KW) and they showed up & did a fantastic job! Thank you!!

    Absolutely amazing customer service and the quality of the job A+. Jennifer from the office and Rodrigo my assigned tech were both wonderful, they were able to get the windshield super fast and the job was done around my schedule and at the convenience of your home.     My glass has been shattered for over two months. I have been waiting for the glass to come in from a large company and never even received an eta. I decided to call USA auto glass this morning and within the same morning had my glass installed. Ridiculously fast service. Thank you Paige and Miguel. Highly recommend.

    I had a particularly terrible experience with an auto glass company in the Lower Keys where I am located and was feeling so frustrated with the situation but Paige at USA Auto Glass went out of her way to work with me and make sure my shattered window was fixed in a jiffy! Her attitude was amazing and comforting during such a stressful time. Alex and Anthony came out bright and early the next day right on time and fixed my window. Could not be more grateful for this company and the service I received from their employees. 10 stars!
