    Jennifer was awesome with trying to set up my Apt over the phone . with getting my windshield replaced.... Larry W. Was my tech... super professional on time handled with care nice people i deff. will refer them to anybody who has glass issues ! Super smooth, quick , and reliable

    Had a new rear glass and windshield. Those two young men came down here to Key West … even though I had created a problem for them and apologized they said …”no problem” great work …fast … I felt bad because they had 3 more jobs that day. Great Job. I wish I could remember those names .. thank you

    Wow ! Nxt day svc & 1/2 cost of other major “Safe—“ repair place… Wow ! Nxt day svc & 1/2 cost of other major “Safe—“ repair place… They came out to my job the next day. Did a great repair in a few hours in the parking lot of my job. Mr Carlos’s had a mask, was professional& did a great repair & vacuumed up the rear area. Soo glad I shopped around !! Thank you US auto - Major J (US army vet)

Did a great repair in a few hours in the parking lot of my job. Mr Carlos's had a mask, was professional& did a great repair & vacuumed up the rear area. Soo glad I shopped around !!     Repaired my 2021 Jeep JL Windshield using OEM Mopar parts. VERY RESPONSIVE, Very communicative, fast service and respectful of my time. If I have any glass issues, I'll be going back there again!

    Timely response when needed in a compressed time frame Had a drivers side window regulator failure 2 days before an 1800 mile extended trip . Located in Key West where no local / quick repair possible. Contacted Jennifer at USA Auto Glass on South Dixie in Homestead, 120 miles away and she quickly arranged for a response by Technician Eric who handles Keys area to divert and respond the next day. Even arranged for a spare window glass to be available if needed (was not needed). Eric repaired the problem in about an hour and was able to proceed on my trip. 5 stars. Highly recommended.

    Amazing job! My rear view mirror kept coming off after 2 of my own attempts to glue it back with glue from the store. After USA auto glass glued it back with their special glue, it is on and not coming off! Fast and professional.

    Prompt, Professional, Courteous My windshield was repaired through the 30000 S Dixie Hwy location. It was an easy and convenient process from the very start. Jennifer took my initial call and I could tell from the start that I was iñ good hands. The repair order was processed very quickly and the installation Tech, Rodrigo was courteous and friendly. Most importantly, he worked quickly & professionally. I would gladly recommend this USA Auto Glass location to anyone in need of the best service.

    Friendly, prompt, and professional service from office and staff personnel. Jennifer in the office was diligent in finding parts information and pricing. The technicians, Larry Washington and Alex, were punctual and efficient. They even helped me replace and install a whole side view mirror unit, when the broken part was not the mirror itself. They did a professional job, and they politely answered my questions and explained things as they worked. I do recommend this business.

    Awesome Service Carlos came out and fixed some rust on the truck around the window seal. Replaced the windshield and did an awesome job. Was on time and took pride in his work. Jennifer took my info and scheduled the appointment which went flawlessly. I’d recommend US Auto Glass over Safelite anyway.

    Thanks to USA Auto Glass I paid a Little to nothing payment getting my window repaired & Kudos to one of their best employees Paige she went above and beyond to help assist me with getting my window fixed , from helping me take advantage of the benefits my insurance company provided that I was not aware of to getting someone out to my home ASAP to get the job done ...I saved over $600 bucks , THANKS Paige! You Rock??

    Let’s just say this company was the only one that offers same day service . Jennifer was very nice and professional , even though it was a rainy day. I called last minute to try to fix the window. They were able to get my window fix within a few hours . Service was amazing. I highly recommend this company.

    So my side window regulator broke and my window was stuck down and I needed this fixed asap. The whole experience with USA Auto Glass was not only really smooth but like 1000% exceeded my expectations. I feel like, in Miami, excellent service isn't easy to come by. Jennifer assisted me over the phone, was really friendly and helpful. Having someone come to my home to repair it was a dream come true, honestly. Rodrigo was the tech who came to fix it and he was superb. He explained every step of the process to me, worked quickly, was just a really genuine and honest person. I'm a young woman, I don't know jack about cars, so I always feel a little uneasy getting repairs, worried someone will take advantage and charge me more than they should. That was the opposite of this experience. I honest to god, felt like I was being treated like family. A+++

    excellent service, Carlos the technician did the job quickly but well done. there is no way to know it is not the original glass of the car. Small details also influence a job, for example the boy was very careful removing the sunpass from the broken glass without damaging it. I want to highlight how friendly and professional Jennifer is, the girl who answered us on the phone, she helped us with the insurance and everything was easy, they also arrived at my house on time. we are definitely happy with the work, and we will call USA Auto Glass if we need similar work in the future

    Called around and left messages Monday morning early. 8:03 got a call from this company talked to Jennifer, she got all my information and said let me call you back. About 40 minutes later Jennifer calls back and found my glass at a great price. Jennifer then informed me that the installer Eric would be at my location that morning. At 10:50 Eric shows up and did the install. They called me after eight and had it installed before noon. Both were very professional it was a pleasure dealing with them.

    After 9 weeks of waiting for service from Safelight, I looked up this company. Paige was awesome and searched the entire state to find a replacement. She found one and had my Ram 1500 windshield ready for install within 3 days! Carlos came to install and had the job done in 2 hours. This company came through and provided the assistance I required! I will be using and referring people to this company from now on. GREAT WORK!!!

    Great Service I broke the back glass in my 1995 very nice beater. Only two suppliers could locate the glass; the first was double the price of USA AUTO GLASS. USA obtained the glass, brought it to me and installed it without issue. Thanks to Jennifer and (? Carl ?). Outstanding job. Thank You.

    The guys were efficient and cleaned up after they were finished. Larry did a quick job of calibrating the windshield when the guys were through putting it in. I would definitely recommend these guys.
