    Jennifer was outstanding very communicative, she found the best deal for me and the best price $$$ while the competition was charging me double the price & Larry W. was very professional while he was working installing my glass I was asking him questions and he answer all of my questions very professionally, I recommend USA Auto Glass in Homestead with my eyes close 5-star place and 5-star employee.

    I spoke to James when I called regarding a huge chip in my windshield, he was very courteous and went out of his way to see if they could repair or if we had to replace our damaged windshield. It ended up we had to replace it. They came a couple days after my call, technician Eric & his partner called to verify they were arriving, they got it all done in less than 15 minutes! Very professional, they service the Keys (I'm in KW) and they showed up & did a fantastic job! Thank you!!

    Absolutely amazing customer service and the quality of the job A+. Jennifer from the office and Rodrigo my assigned tech were both wonderful, they were able to get the windshield super fast and the job was done around my schedule and at the convenience of your home.     I want to thank Paige for the speedy and high quality service she provided. by far the best customer service i have ever received.     My glass has been shattered for over two months. I have been waiting for the glass to come in from a large company and never even received an eta. I decided to call USA auto glass this morning and within the same morning had my glass installed. Ridiculously fast service. Thank you Paige and Miguel. Highly recommend.

    I had a particularly terrible experience with an auto glass company in the Lower Keys where I am located and was feeling so frustrated with the situation but Paige at USA Auto Glass went out of her way to work with me and make sure my shattered window was fixed in a jiffy! Her attitude was amazing and comforting during such a stressful time. Alex and Anthony came out bright and early the next day right on time and fixed my window. Could not be more grateful for this company and the service I received from their employees. 10 stars!

    Had a new rear glass and windshield. Those two young men came down here to Key West … even though I had created a problem for them and apologized they said …”no problem” great work …fast … I felt bad because they had 3 more jobs that day. Great Job. I wish I could remember those names .. thank you

    Timely response when needed in a compressed time frame Had a drivers side window regulator failure 2 days before an 1800 mile extended trip . Located in Key West where no local / quick repair possible. Contacted Jennifer at USA Auto Glass on South Dixie in Homestead, 120 miles away and she quickly arranged for a response by Technician Eric who handles Keys area to divert and respond the next day. Even arranged for a spare window glass to be available if needed (was not needed). Eric repaired the problem in about an hour and was able to proceed on my trip. 5 stars. Highly recommended.

    Amazing job! My rear view mirror kept coming off after 2 of my own attempts to glue it back with glue from the store. After USA auto glass glued it back with their special glue, it is on and not coming off! Fast and professional.

    Prompt, Professional, Courteous My windshield was repaired through the 30000 S Dixie Hwy location. It was an easy and convenient process from the very start. Jennifer took my initial call and I could tell from the start that I was iñ good hands. The repair order was processed very quickly and the installation Tech, Rodrigo was courteous and friendly.     Friendly, prompt, and professional service from office and staff personnel. Jennifer in the office was diligent in finding parts information and pricing. The technicians, Larry Washington and Alex, were punctual and efficient. They even helped me replace and install a whole side view mirror unit, when the broken part was not the mirror itself. They did a professional job, and they politely answered my questions and explained things as they worked. I do recommend this business.

    Awesome Service Carlos came out and fixed some rust on the truck around the window seal. Replaced the windshield and did an awesome job. Was on time and took pride in his work. Jennifer took my info and scheduled the appointment which went flawlessly. I’d recommend US Auto Glass over Safelite anyway.

    Thanks to USA Auto Glass I paid a Little to nothing payment getting my window repaired & Kudos to one of their best employees Paige she went above and beyond to help assist me with getting my window fixed , from helping me take advantage of the benefits my insurance company provided that I was not aware of to getting someone out to my home ASAP to get the job done ...I saved over $600 bucks , THANKS Paige!     Let’s just say this company was the only one that offers same day service . Jennifer was very nice and professional , even though it was a rainy day. I called last minute to try to fix the window. They were able to get my window fix within a few hours . Service was amazing. I highly recommend this company.

    So my side window regulator broke and my window was stuck down and I needed this fixed asap. The whole experience with USA Auto Glass was not only really smooth but like 1000% exceeded my expectations. I feel like, in Miami, excellent service isn't easy to come by. Jennifer assisted me over the phone, was really friendly and helpful. Having someone come to my home to repair it was a dream come true, honestly. Rodrigo was the tech who came to fix it and he was superb. He explained every step of the process to me, worked quickly, was just a really genuine and honest person. I'm a young woman, I don't know jack about cars, so I always feel a little uneasy getting repairs, worried someone will take advantage and charge me more than they should. That was the opposite of this experience. I honest to god, felt like I was being treated like family. A+++
