    excellent service, Carlos the technician did the job quickly but well done. there is no way to know it is not the original glass of the car. Small details also influence a job, for example the boy was very careful removing the sunpass from the broken glass without damaging it. I want to highlight how friendly and professional Jennifer is, the girl who answered us on the phone, she helped us with the insurance and everything was easy, they also arrived at my house on time. we are definitely happy with the work, and we will call USA Auto Glass if we need similar work in the future

    Called around and left messages Monday morning early. 8:03 got a call from this company talked to Jennifer, she got all my information and said let me call you back. About 40 minutes later Jennifer calls back and found my glass at a great price. Jennifer then informed me that the installer Eric would be at my location that morning. At 10:50 Eric shows up and did the install. They called me after eight and had it installed before noon. Both were very professional it was a pleasure dealing with them.

    After 9 weeks of waiting for service from Safelight, I looked up this company. Paige was awesome and searched the entire state to find a replacement. She found one and had my Ram 1500 windshield ready for install within 3 days! Carlos came to install and had the job done in 2 hours. This company came through and provided the assistance I required! I will be using and referring people to this company from now on. GREAT WORK!!!

    Great Service I broke the back glass in my 1995 very nice beater. Only two suppliers could locate the glass; the first was double the price of USA AUTO GLASS. USA obtained the glass, brought it to me and installed it without issue. Thanks to Jennifer and (? Carl ?). Outstanding job. Thank You.

    The guys were efficient and cleaned up after they were finished. Larry did a quick job of calibrating the windshield when the guys were through putting it in. I would definitely recommend these guys.

    I really appreciate the professionalism that I received from USA Auto Glass. I called in to get a quote. Jennifer answered the phone she was so polite. She answered all my questions gave me a great rate. don't get me wrong they gave me the best rate I shopped three other companies prior. I would have still used them if the price was more than the other guys because of Jennifer she is an example of great customer service she set my appointment for the next day I couldn't Belive that. The other guy were 3 to 5 day wait. The following day my Tech Miguel showed up may I add on time he replace my windshield in about 30 mins he really did a great job he took care of my truck like it was is own. USA Auto Glass has top notch customer service. Btw Miguel cleaned all my windows after his install hopefully I will never need another windshield again but if so they will be my only call.Thanks again for the GREAT SERVICE

    Awesome job!!! Dealing with insurance companies can be very difficult! I called USA Auto glass and spoke to Jennifer. She immediately assured me that she would help me resolve the problem and she did! I was ready to give up but Jennifer gave me the confidence that I needed! I got the approval for the glass that I wanted! She ordered the glass and scheduled the technician all within a few days. Rodrigo was my tech. He explained the process to me and assured me that the job would be done exactly the way that it should be done. He answered my questions as he was installing the glass, which helped me to relax and trust his work! Job well done, thank you Rodrigo! Thank you Jennifer for all of your help and thank you USA Auto Glass for hiring such professional and caring employees!!

    My car had gotten broken in to and a friend recommended USA Auto Glass to come to my home and replace my window the next day. Jennifer was very thorough with the details of what to expect with my up and coming appointment. The day of my service, the installer, Larry Washington, called to confirm his arrival time that morning and he was on time. Larry completed the replacement super fast and my power window works better than before with NO glass in my car or my seat! USA Auto Glass is magical. Price was even better than competitors and during a stressful time.. I very much recommend them. Thank you!!

    I am a very satisfy customer. From the moment Jennifer took my call and set everything up in no time. I was impressed. Eric then show up a my work and replaced my windshield in less than 20 minutes. The process was so quick and painless that I would recommend this company to anybody. Outstanding.

    Highly recommend- great customer service Let me just say that Paige saved the day. I initially called my insurance then aaa- and their rates were considerably higher nor did they have same day service. I called USA auto glass in the morning, not only were they accommodating they were also sympathetic to my crisis and handled my problem swiftly and professionally. Paige made sure i will be on the schedule for the day and that was very comforting to know. The tech Carlos was very friendly and went right to work. He removed & installed new windshield with ease and not once stopped until it was completed. The services provided was very pleasant from beginning to end. Paige went that xtra mile to make sure my needs were met. I highly recommend this company for any glass installations .- call Paige she is at your service and she will help you in every way without a doubt. Her staff is so friendly and they will get the job done right. I am above satisficed with the glass and the service- and their prices are fantastic!

    Good Job Glass Tech Larry was on time, courteous and a hard worker. I asked Larry if I could watch him work as I had never seen a car window replacement. He was fine with this. Larry took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Larry answered all my questions and was very good natured about my being there. Job well done and a Hand Salute to Larry !

USA Auto Glass was the shop I selected. It took 10 days to receive the windshield glass for my vehicle. Throughout the process USA Auto Glass was responsive and helpful. Ultimately when it came time to install, Alex contacted me and within 50 minutes replace my windshield to perfection Mercedes-Benz told me they would charge my insurance company for seven and a half hours of Labor. Is there any reason not to do business with USA Auto Glass. Thank you Jennifer, you did a wonderful job.

    Broken glass back window If your looking for a great deal on top of the best customer service you at the right place! Came here on vacation and had the back window in our truck busted out! Suck a nightmare! But we called and meet the awesome PAIGE who found us not only a great price but got us taken care of expeditiously! THANKS AGAIN ❤️❤️
