    They are very professional and does great work .Jennifer the receptionist is very friendly and gives great customer service. Alex the tech was very professional and did a great job and he also cleaned up all my broken glass that's so very nice of him thank you guys.

    Great service USA Auto Glass came through. My insurance company tried to send me to a company that wanted us to bring the car to them for the windshield repair. USA came a day sooner and did the repair in my driveway. Jennifer was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Super accommodating! The technicians that came out were professional and clean. Highly recommend the company!

    My experience with this company has been one of the best services I have received in my life, from Jennifer who received my call, very kind, diligent and 100% determined to help me, to the mechanic who replaced the broken glass in my car , I want to leave you this review as a thank you for your good work and services to the community.     I just got my windshield replaced by USA Auto Glass and would highly recommend them for their customer service alone! Jose and Jennifer were both very nice and assisted me with filing the insurance claim and getting a brand new windshield from Jaguar. As soon as my windshield came in Carlos and Geli came out soon after to install and calibrate the windshield. They both provided excellent customer service and were done in just over an hour. If you ever have to get your windshield replaced I would highly recommend USA Auto Glass for their professionalism and customer service.

    I called for a quote to replace my passenger side window. I was not expecting this to be an easy task. James was amazing. Gave me three options with the best price and product in mind. I asked them to schedule me whenever possible. Its a holiday week. Window was replaced the next morning. The installer showed up a half hour early and the new window was installed in less than 15 minutes. Thanks so much for making what seemed to be a huge headache, an easy fix!

    USA Auto Glass is amazing! Within 24 hours my cracked windshield was replaced. Jennifer guided me through the entire process with my insurance company. She is professional and very capable. Carlos did an amazing job with the installation. Very informative and professional.

    Great job!! Just had front windshield on my 2017 Duramax replaced , The technician was even able to correct incorrect install from factory!! Its not easy getting great help down in the Keys (Summerland Key. FL) but they showed up on time (Great guys) and finished the job pretty quick! thanks again for the great service . from the Office to my house!!

    Apparently after speaking with Paige (the lady that answered the phone) she reminded me of a previous time I was a customer...years earlier. I thought she sounded familiar, as well, as she thanked me for intrusting them to service my car once again. She was so kind and friendly and worked efficiently to get me an appointment before days end. Wow!! I received a follow up phone call from a young man named Larry who told me he would be arriving soon. Once he arrived (and obviously it was nearing closing time) he assured me it was ok and just needed to communicate with Paige. Very respectful and prompted. Great service, very professional. Job well done and Paige even called back to check after the job was finished. I highly recommend this company and encourage you to ask for this service team.

    I was doing a ride a drive event at Homestead-Miami Speedway and had multiple windshields that needed to be repaired/replaced. Jennifer was amazing and took great care of all of my needs. Definitely went above and beyond on getting the glass I needed. Eric the technician was great! Very professional and quick. If I'm ever back in this area and are in need of windshield repairs I am definitely going back to these guys! Thank you!

    They are phenomenal. My car was broken into last night, I called USA Auto Glass this morning and they were at my house within an hour. Larry was such a nice guy, very professional, quick and clean work. Got the old broken glass out and put in a new window within an hour. Extremely pleased. GIVE THAT MAN LARRY A RAISE!! lol.     USA Auto Glass provided service excellence. They searched and found pre-owned OEM glass at half the dealer cost then installed it on time as scheduled. The service technician was thorough, competent and expert in his work. I rarely write reviews with the exception of 5 Stars when deserved... these folks provided 5-Star service!

    Wow! I've never had a better experience with an automotive company. Lightning fast service and completely hassle-free. Within 24 hours from calling USA Auto Glass and my insurance company, my windshield was replaced. And mind you, I'm in the Naples area! Their quick, professional workmanship was equally matched by their friendly, helpful customer service which made it stress-free for me. If everyone worked as passionately and efficiently as these guys, the world would be a much better place! Thank you guys so much!

    Traveling on vacation is the worst time to have any issues with a vehicle. Unfortunately for us while in Key West some lost soul felt the need to break into our van by breaking out the passenger window. Friends of ours who live in the area recommended USA! Thank God they did. Looked them up and read the amazing reviews. Many of them mentioned "Paige" by name. We were blessed by reaching Paige. She was so calm and helpful during a crisis. Couldn't recommend her more highly. The folks at the office were all super nice and friendly. Alex did a fantastic and fast job not only replacing the window but cleaning up all the broken glass. If you are ever in the area and need auto glass work done don't hesitate to reach out to USA Auto Glass in Homestead. They get 6 Stars from us!

    From the beginning the whole process went well. After shopping around and hearing some ridiculous prices, Jennifer at USA auto glass treated us swell. She got us a super awesome price. She was patient with us and really helped us out. Felt like she was family. I wouldn't trade the experience with her and USA auto glass for nothing. The guys that she sent out did and quick, professional and spectacular job. They treated my truck like it was their own. Thank you all for all you did today.     Wow how amazing. Especially during the covid it's hard to find fast service anywhere. Once I called USA Page answered and was professional and helpful from the second my call was answered. Literally 15 mins later I had great news and driver was coming within 20 mins which Miguel did come and got right to work replace my whole windshield to my Lexus did I forget to mention they came to my residence:). Page and Miguel I thank you. You are making great business for this company. Well recommended to anyone that needs repair

    This company is Awesome!!! I highly recommend this company. I spoke to Jennifer and she was a sweetheart. Although, I had to pay out of pocket and she quoted me the best price out of all the companies I contacted. She was very attentive to my concerns and made sure I was taken care of asap!! My technician was Larry Washington he as well a professional and made sure my windshield was installed as if it never been cracked. So I highly recommend this company!!!

    USA auto glass really bailed me out. I don't have full coverage on my car because it's a bit older and I was really worried it was going to cost an arm and a leg. I have a date with my girlfriend this weekend and I didn't want her to see a crack on my windshield because it would be embarrassing. Not only did they give me a really good price but they also came out right away. Thanks USA auto glass I will refer you to everyone!

Called on a Sunday and although out of their business ours Jose picked up and told me not to worry that they will help me with my windshield glass repair to Call back Monday morning with all of my information at hand. . As soon as I called he knew it was me and sent Sarah to call me and assist me in the process. She was very nice and patient with me and the insurance on the line and kept in contact with me on how the process was going the entire time. Called me Tuesday and told me she would put me on the schedule for the same day if not for sure the next. A few hours later, Miguel called me and he was already in my community to work on my car. Wow!! Quick and easy and in an hours time they were gone. I greatly appreciate what you guys have done for me , especially during this pandemic time and the quickness of your response.. I will recommend you guys and hope more success for you.. ??
