    I was in need of a window replacement on Christmas Eve after vandals broke into my vehicle. After calling around to several places that were unable to fix the window until after Christmas, I called USA auto glass. Jennifer was extremely helpful when I explained the situation and asked that I give her a few minutes to see what she could do. She called me back shortly and said she had an installer in the area and he could be at my location within the hour. 23 minutes later Alex arrived to install a new side window. He was fast and efficient with the repair. To my delightful surprise I had a new window on Christmas Eve an hour after I placed the call. Thanks to the team at USA auto glass, truly outstanding customer service and speed.

    I needed a long crack at the top of my windshield. I spoke with Jennifer, who helped me schedule the appointment. She was extremely friendly and helpful, considering I had multiple windshield options for my Mini Cooper. Once booked, Carlos performed the windshield replacement. I was unable to be present, so he called beforehand to verify access to the vehicle. After completion, he called to inform me the windshield was replaced and other gave instructions on what do to as far as cleaning. Great job! Hopefully, I won't need them in the future, but if so, I will be a repeat customer. Derek S

    Jennifer was super helpful scheduling a last minute window fix despite it being christmas eve. Carlos showed up on quickly. Worked quickly and did a great job. I was leaving town the next day and needed a quick efficient fix and they did a great job

    Being that I am in the Florida keys I had to wait to get my windshield done by a company who travels from the mainland down to us but USA auto glass was very fast and efficient. Jennifer was helpful over the phone in getting me set up and was extremely nice. Eric was the tech who came and replaced my windshield was able to save one of my parking stickers for me. Very nice guy and fast and efficient. Would highly recommend.

    Quick quick quick. Called for an odd back van glass and they were to my office the same day and with-in 3 hours. Jennifer at the office was so pleasant and friendly. Rick the installer was a pro! Hundreds of dollars cheaper than the national chains. Just call. You will be very happy you did.

    I am happy with their coordination with my insurance company, they replaced my broken windshield with a factory windshield, they did everything in a timely fashion and they worked very hard to meet all my needs. Thank you USA glass

    Customer service was excellent and the technician was great I called in the morning really upset because my car was broken into. I spoke with Paige and right from the start she had a great attitude she knew how empathize when someone is not having a good day. She definitely put a smile on my face. She called the technician right away and let him know that he's going to be sceduled another call. She came back on the phone to me and let me know that as soon as he is done with the job he is on he will be heading to me next. Carlos was my technician and he gave great communication with me. He called me to tell me he is on his way to pick up the window in miami and will call and let me know when he's on his way to me. Carlos called back and let me know he was on his way to me and that he would be here within 45 mins. Carlos got here in less then 45 mins, and he called to let me know he was outside and to bring the key so he can get started. Paige and Carlos made this easy for me and it put a huge smile on my face. Me being a First Responder we get looked down upon and since the first minute to the last minute they both were awesome. I cant thank you guys enough for the great prompt and fast service you provided for me. This hands down was the best service I have ever had in a long time. Thank you Paige and Carlos for the best service ever.

    Called and spoke with Page.Asked her to please give me a quote to replace a Passenger Right Side Hinged Door Window on a 1998 Chevy Express so i can send it to my insurance company.She was extremely nice and pleasant to talk to and with in a few minutes it was in my email.That is what you call customer service.She told me they do mobile service as well.Will be going there to replace the window.

    This place replaced my rear window FAST. After calling a different company with an outrageous price, I decided to call USA auto glass for a quote, they gave me a price fast and then they came here within 2 hours and fixed my window... I'm beyond happy and will be using this company in the future ? costumer service is great... Page on the phone, was super attentive and followed up to make sure my service was done quick. I wish I remembered the technician's name.. but he was professional and on time. Thank you ??

    Regulator for Window for Mazda. The window in the passenger side of my Mazda broke down and they came to fix it to my house. Very professional and on time! I totally recommend this company. Thank you Jim and Miguel and all the guys !!!

    They are very professional and does great work .Jennifer the receptionist is very friendly and gives great customer service. Alex the tech was very professional and did a great job and he also cleaned up all my broken glass that's so very nice of him thank you guys.

    Great service USA Auto Glass came through. My insurance company tried to send me to a company that wanted us to bring the car to them for the windshield repair. USA came a day sooner and did the repair in my driveway. Jennifer was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Super accommodating! The technicians that came out were professional and clean. Highly recommend the company!

    I just got my windshield replaced by USA Auto Glass and would highly recommend them for their customer service alone! Jose and Jennifer were both very nice and assisted me with filing the insurance claim and getting a brand new windshield from Jaguar. As soon as my windshield came in Carlos and Geli came out soon after to install and calibrate the windshield. They both provided excellent customer service and were done in just over an hour. If you ever have to get your windshield replaced I would highly recommend USA Auto Glass for their professionalism and customer service.

    I called for a quote to replace my passenger side window. I was not expecting this to be an easy task. James was amazing. Gave me three options with the best price and product in mind. I asked them to schedule me whenever possible. Its a holiday week. Window was replaced the next morning. The installer showed up a half hour early and the new window was installed in less than 15 minutes. Thanks so much for making what seemed to be a huge headache, an easy fix!
