    Quick Service and Great Communication. From start to finish USA Auto glass was excellent. Called on a Sunday and although out of their business ours Jose picked up and told me not to worry that they will help me with my windshield glass repair to Call back Monday morning with all of my information at hand. . As soon as I called he knew it was me and sent Sarah to call me and assist me in the process. She was very nice and patient with me and the insurance on the line and kept in contact with me on how the process was going the entire time. Called me Tuesday and told me she would put me on the schedule for the same day if not for sure the next. A few hours later, Miguel called me and he was already in my community to work on my car. Wow!! Quick and easy and in an hours time they were gone. I greatly appreciate what you guys have done for me , especially during this pandemic time and the quickness of your response.. I will recommend you guys and hope more success for you.. ??

    I had a very good experience from the minute I called to ask for an estimate for a quarter window glass for my ford Transit van. Page was very pleasant and professional on the phone, she followed up with me all the way through and was very knowledgeable of all the details involved in getting the correct glass. Alex the installer arrived first thing in the morning and was very courteous and friendly, he worked quickly and did a through clean up of the broken glass inside. I was very pleased with page and Alex. Even though the glass itself was a bit pricey, I would not hesitate to call them again if the need arises. Once again thank you!

    First and foremost I would like to recognize Larry for going above and beyond replacing my windshield glass, he not only did a great job but he took initiative given the the fact that it was raining he improvised to get the job done effectively and efficiently. Not only was he great but the pricing was very affordable. I would highly recommend this placa to anyone, I hope to not have to replace another glass from my car but if I did. I would defintly call Us Auto Glass Inc for their services.

    To end an already horrible week, we ended up with a broken driver window and we were out of town. After getting back home USA Auto glass was so help and and came right away to fix the window. Not only fix the window but the price was half of what the people in the other town were charging. THANK YOU SO MUCH

    The back glass in my truck shattered thanks to an unsecured load on Saturday of all days. I called just before 11 and the owner's response was "don't worry, I got you!" He scheduled a mobile replacement for 1pm. The first truck showed up 20 minutes early to prep my window while he waited for a second truck to show up with the glass. They were finished and cleaned up by 1:30! I'm still in awe of the service I received and I wish I could give 6 stars! This is exactly why you should shop with privately owned businesses! Great job!!!

    Excelente trabajo, rápido y alta calidad, Gracias Jose, Gracias Larry eres el mejor te felicito. Recomiendo esta compañía, son excelentes, fui atendida por José por teléfono y en menos de una hora ya tenia al especialista Larry quien hizo el cambio del parabrisa de mi carro, trabajan con gran profesionalismo, tienen calidad, el precio muy bueno.     This company is the best. I called in the morning and had an appointment by the afternoon. The pricing is amazing and the young lady who answers the phone is the sweetest. I will definitely be calling them again in the future if I need a window or windshield replaced.

    This has been one of the most helpful services I've ever received. I was suppose to have my windshield covered with insurance but they didn't work with me and wanted me to pay out of pocket. I am a homeless teenager, who just lost their job. Thanks to USA Auto glass I have a brand new windshield for free, this has to be the best graduation gift a girl could ask for. Thank you guys so much!

    Excellent Service Paige assisted us with replacing our Truck Door Window. Enough can't be said about Paige. Very knowledgeable, professional, and most of all polite. With regards to the service, the Tech called ahead of his arrival as planned. When he arrived got right to work and completed the job in under an hour. When he left the work area was left as if he had never been there. Excellent Service beginning to end.

    Professional all the way! Windshield was cracked on Friday. Progressive put me in touch with USA and they drove to Big Pine Key over100 miles on Saturday morning and replaced it in an hour. Great service and a quality repair. Thanks.

    Ive had the pleasure to be helped by Paige, she was very helpful friendly, and gave me the best prices. My windshield got replaced fast. Im am very happy with my experience. Driving with a cracked windshield can be frustrating. Thank you guys its very appreciated.

    Driving on the turnpike with all the construction going on my windshield was cracked. I called USA auto glass and was very pleased with their service. Sarah went above and beyond to help me out.     Driving on the turnpike with all the construction going on a rock came up and broke my windshield. I called USA Auto Glass in Homestead and Sarah answered the phone. She was so awesome!!! bent over backwards to get this windshield replaced. She was really really great to work with. She was very understanding and very helpful. Between her and Paige I am so happy that I called them and I highly recommend USA Auto Glass. They are top notch.

    From out of town in RV wanted to replace windshield as it was no longer seeable at night. Called was told to bring in. In 1 hr new Windshield was installed at a great price.V nice and professional staff..Thank you!!

    As soon as I spoke with the lady that took care of my appointment (Can not remember her name but she was latina with the first name starting with M) and insurance at USA Auto Glass INC. i knew i called the best place. She navigated the insurance red tape with ease and like a professional. She was able to help me change the company i originally call to do the work . The workers that came out to do the work arrived on time about 90 min after i got off the phone with them and were done quickly. The glass was installed properly and the forward camera was calibrated. I was very happy with the service they provided and they have a life time warranty against faulty workmanship, like a leaking glass. I now have there contact info. stored for future use and recommendations.

    My window got busted one night out for dinner and some broke my back passenger window to break into my truck I called USA glass and Paige Calero answered helped me so much got my window fixed the next morning they were so fast and professional also reasonably priced I can honestly I had a great experience with them.     After having my car broken into over the weekend, I needed a quick fix come monday. The service team at the dodge dealership pointed me this way and I'm so happy they did. USA auto glass had my window shipped and installed the SAME day! I was so surprised at how fast they worked and how accommodating they were. Very reasonable prices and great quality. Thank you team!

    Exceeded my expectations Arrived a day early and the technician arrived early. That is something practically unheard of in the Florida Keys. The technician was polite, and completely professional. The completed job was excellent right down to leaving the work area clean like it never happened.
