RecommendedI had a very good experience from the minute I called to ask for an estimate for a quarter window glass for my ford Transit van. Page was very pleasant and professional on the phone, she followed up with me all the way through and was very knowledgeable of all the details involved in getting the correct glass. Alex the installer arrived first thing in the morning and was very courteous and friendly, he worked quickly and did a through clean up of the broken glass inside. I was very pleased with page and Alex. Even though the glass itself was a bit pricey, I would not hesitate to call them again if the need arises. Once again thank you!

RecommendedFirst and foremost I would like to recognize Larry for going above and beyond replacing my windshield glass, he not only did a great job but he took initiative given the the fact that it was raining he improvised to get the job done effectively and efficiently. Not only was he great but the pricing was very affordable. I would highly recommend this placa to anyone, I hope to not have to replace another glass from my car but if I did. I would defintly call Us Auto Glass Inc for their services.

RecommendedTo end an already horrible week, we ended up with a broken driver window and we were out of town. After getting back home USA Auto glass was so help and and came right away to fix the window. Not only fix the window but the price was half of what the people in the other town were charging. THANK YOU SO MUCH

RecommendedThe back glass in my truck shattered thanks to an unsecured load on Saturday of all days. I called just before 11 and the owner's response was "don't worry, I got you!" He scheduled a mobile replacement for 1pm. The first truck showed up 20 minutes early to prep my window while he waited for a second truck to show up with the glass. They were finished and cleaned up by 1:30! I'm still in awe of the service I received and I wish I could give 6 stars! This is exactly why you should shop with privately owned businesses! Great job!!!

RecommendedThis has been one of the most helpful services I've ever received. I was suppose to have my windshield covered with insurance but they didn't work with me and wanted me to pay out of pocket. I am a homeless teenager, who just lost their job. Thanks to USA Auto glass I have a brand new windshield for free, this has to be the best graduation gift a girl could ask for. Thank you guys so much!

She was so awesome!!! bent over backwards to get this windshield replaced. She was really really great to work with. She was very understanding and very helpful. RecommendedAs soon as I spoke with the lady that took care of my appointment (Can not remember her name but she was latina with the first name starting with M) and insurance at USA Auto Glass INC. i knew i called the best place. She navigated the insurance red tape with ease and like a professional. She was able to help me change the company i originally call to do the work . The workers that came out to do the work arrived on time about 90 min after i got off the phone with them and were done quickly. The glass was installed properly and the forward camera was calibrated. I was very happy with the service they provided and they have a life time warranty against faulty workmanship, like a leaking glass. I now have there contact info. stored for future use and recommendations.

Paige was professional and very willing to help me with my problem. She set me up for an at home repair which was done by Rodrigo. Rodrigo was on time and also very professional. RecommendedWoke up to find my back window smashed out of my car!! With an 8 month old and my husband out of town I had my hands full. After I called my insurance company they told me I would have to drive almost and hour away and sit and have my window fixed with my 8 month old. Completely frustrated I contacted USA auto glass and talked with there CSR Page. Let me just say she was amazing!! Completely understood I couldn't come to them and set it up to have an installer come to my home. Not only that but it cost less then going through my insurance company. She was so helpful and patient and all it took was just one phone call with Page and she was on it. The next day she set up to have Eric the installer come out and replace my back glass. Eric too was great!! Very professional!! Eric showed up exactly when he said he was gonna be there and called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. Eric installed my new window and it looks great. He even vacuumed out all the glass out of my car and made sure not to get any on the ground. Thank you so much Page and Eric!! You took a huge weight off my shoulders and made this painless.
