    From the moment I called and Paige answered the phone, I was sure all my questions would be answered and that I called the right place. Paige was professional and very willing to help me with my problem. She set me up for an at home repair which was done by Rodrigo. Rodrigo was on time and also very professional. He explained everything to me in detail. I had heard great things about USA Auto Glass in Homestead, but now I know they were all true.

    Woke up to find my back window smashed out of my car!! With an 8 month old and my husband out of town I had my hands full. After I called my insurance company they told me I would have to drive almost and hour away and sit and have my window fixed with my 8 month old. Completely frustrated I contacted USA auto glass and talked with there CSR Page. Let me just say she was amazing!! Completely understood I couldn't come to them and set it up to have an installer come to my home. Not only that but it cost less then going through my insurance company. She was so helpful and patient and all it took was just one phone call with Page and she was on it. The next day she set up to have Eric the installer come out and replace my back glass. Eric too was great!! Very professional!! Eric showed up exactly when he said he was gonna be there and called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. Eric installed my new window and it looks great. He even vacuumed out all the glass out of my car and made sure not to get any on the ground. Thank you so much Page and Eric!! You took a huge weight off my shoulders and made this painless.

    Leaving 5 stars & for good reason. USA auto ordered the part but it was broken in transit. And the dealer glass was way to expensive. Paige continued to look for my part even after I about gave up. Really went above and beyond. When i took it in, I was finished in less than an hour.

    After having Geico automatically set an appointment with Safelite for a windshield replacement and for the second time having it become an epic failure, I contacted USA Auto Glass and once again they kept their appointment time, provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Why Geico continues to utilize Safelite as their preferred service is beyond me.

    Service was fantastic, everyone was friendly and very helpful, and the price was great to boot. First day took less than twenty minutes to order the new window and on the second day the install was done in less than an hour. I couldn't be happier.

    On a trip to Key West we had the unthinkable happen and busted out the back window of our Chevrolet pickup. So we stopped overnight in Homestead and began the hunt for a shop to immediately accommodate us and our problem...Boy did we find one! Within two hours a tech, Eric, showed up to my home. He was professional and finished the job quickly. I was pleased there were no hidden fees. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. I would definitely recommend them.

    Had a coconut palm fall on my kodiak and trash the windshield... called USA auto glass and Paige picked up. Talk about proactive! Paige had Eric out to my location within the hour for $40 less than safelite... and the work was flawless! Highly recommend Paige and the crew and will be using her for all my trucks and heavy equipment!

    I had an issue with water leaking through the inside of my back window. I was told by another mechanic that my window had to be re glued. I called USA Auto Glass and got a qoute for a new back window. When I arrived the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The owner said before we put the window on let me see if that's the issue, (even though they already ordered my window.) So turns out my window was not the issue and it was the seal in my back light was not good anymore. So instead of them making $345, they only made $80. But what created a customer for now on, is the honesty of this company. They cared about fixing my issue and being honest, instead of just making money off me. Amazing company, and amazing staff!

    Top rate customer service. Everyone from office staff to the guys in the bays were great. I brought my Kia Sorento in for a rear window replacement. This proved to be a little problematic with the glass. It took several attempts with the glass, hinges and molding. Thru it all everyone was positive and reassuring.     Just wanted to thank Paige in customer service. She is very helpful, kind, and truly does just want to do whatever she can to guide you in the right direction. We had an incident this morning where a duck flew in front of our work van and hit windshield and completely cracked it. After figuring our our insurance doesn't cover it, I called here (a few times) and after excellent customer service and fair pricing we decided to go with USA Auto Glass. They said they had our window in stock and do same day installation which is very convenient. Thanks Paige for all you do! P.S. Give the girl a raise!

    Came here after a bad experience with Safelite (had a scheduled windshield replacement and the technician never called, never arrived and I spent over an hour on hold on the phone trying to speak with a representative). I must say Paige did an excellent job. She not just walk me through the whole process, including filing the insurance claim, but she was on top of my case so that it could be quickly fixed. She probably called me at least 4 times to keep me updated. Thank you so much Paige! You're the best! Technician arrived as scheduled and did a great job.
