Larry, the technician also kind and professional and worked at great timing. Their prices beat any other in the area! And I now have a lifetime gurantee.     Highly recommended I called with a broken passenger-side window on a Friday afternoon, and they took care of it before the end of business (for much less than I was quoted elsewhere)!

    Had a coconut palm fall on my kodiak and trash the windshield... called USA auto glass and Paige picked up. Talk about proactive! Paige had Eric out to my location within the hour for $40 less than safelite... and the work was flawless! Highly recommend Paige and the crew and will be using her for all my trucks and heavy equipment!

    I had an issue with water leaking through the inside of my back window. I was told by another mechanic that my window had to be re glued. I called USA Auto Glass and got a qoute for a new back window. When I arrived the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The owner said before we put the window on let me see if that's the issue, (even though they already ordered my window.) So turns out my window was not the issue and it was the seal in my back light was not good anymore. So instead of them making $345, they only made $80. But what created a customer for now on, is the honesty of this company. They cared about fixing my issue and being honest, instead of just making money off me. Amazing company, and amazing staff!

    Top rate customer service. Everyone from office staff to the guys in the bays were great. I brought my Kia Sorento in for a rear window replacement. This proved to be a little problematic with the glass. It took several attempts with the glass, hinges and molding. Thru it all everyone was positive and reassuring. I now have a PERFECT fit window and hinges back on my vehicle. These guys are awsome. They even drove down to my home in the Keys while trying to get the fit. Total professionalism from this group. I would recommend USA Auto Glass to anyone in need of their service. Thank You All

    EXELENT same day service, Mr. Larry is a Pro. Took about 30 min for everything. They took my inssurance and everything whent through fast and clear. I do recomend this company for all your windshield needs.

    Just wanted to thank Paige in customer service. She is very helpful, kind, and truly does just want to do whatever she can to guide you in the right direction. We had an incident this morning where a duck flew in front of our work van and hit windshield and completely cracked it. After figuring our our insurance doesn't cover it, I called here (a few times) and after excellent customer service and fair pricing we decided to go with USA Auto Glass. They said they had our window in stock and do same day installation which is very convenient. Thanks Paige for all you do! P.S. Give the girl a raise!

    Excellence service, very outstanding, they provide all the parts require to repair my driver side window of my Jeep Gran Cherokee. The technician was very helpful and professional, as engineer I always like to ask technical questions and he was very patient to answer all my question and that a long for me was impressive and humble of him. We need more company like this one that put the client first because is not making money along, is to create and build a circle of trust around your community that big corporations don't have and will never do.     Great service. Was recommended to safelite for my rear windsheild. had to wait 3 days for an appointment, only for them to not show up and cancel my appointment. Fast forward to a week later and still no replacement, i started looking for alternates. Called a few places but USA auto was very professional on the phone, got my info and helped with the claim process (i have a cheap deductible) i called at 5pm on thursday, and 10am friday they were calling to let me know they are on the way. about an hour later they had me back on the road good as new. if i ever have to replace my glass again, it will be thru USA auto. Thanks guys

    This place is seriously amazing. I called to get a quote on a crack on my window on my Maserati. Paige guided me and helped me get a brand new windshield for free due to a law in Florida when I was planning to spend a few hundred dollars. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Great service! Paige was on the ball... my husband and I were on our way to the Keys for a mini stay-cation and had a horrific experience of a tractor trailer tire flying into our front windshield! (I am lucky to be alive and writing this review.)When we had to get back on the road to drive, we didn't know what to do. We tried calling several windshield repair shops and NO ONE had time for a week. When we finally called U S Auto Glass it was like hitting the lottery! They located our windshield and had it to us in a day and a half!!! We continued on to our destination in Marathon, FL and they met us out there to replace my windshield. Jose made it happen and Larry came out to install. My husband and I I couldn't be more grateful for such AMAZING customer service. If you're ever in need of glass repairs or replacement...my first recommendation is U S AUTO GLASS (Homestead,FL) The team is absolutely AMAZING!!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being there when we needed you!

    I want to thank Paige for her amazing customer service. She was knowledgeable and friendly, making the process to replace my car's windshield stress-free, unlike the previous company I had contacted before. She went the extra mile, contacting the insurance, finding the right windshield and having it replaced at my office in a matter of hours. Carlos came on time and did a fantastic job replacing it, clean, fast and very professional. It is hard to find people like Paige and Carlos these days. Highly recommend them!!
