    USA Auto glass is a great company to work with. Jennifer handled the all the arrangements. Rodrigo installed the new windshield and made sure the camera was adjusted correctly. I highly recommend them.

    I've always used USA auto glass ... Jennifer in the office is polite, friendly, and they will work with your schedule to get your glass repaired and the fellas that did the repairs...Rodrigo did my windshield on my 2500 pickup and Alex did my Trail Blazer vent were just as polite and friendly!

    Broke my windshield due to a coconut. Called Monday morning at 9am and worked with Paige on the phone. She was super helpful and took care of everything. I am located in lower Islamorada and they got a tech down there and fixed it before 2pm THE SAME DAY. Eric was the tech, he was super efficient and kept it easy. Hopefully I don't have another incident but will 1000% be contacting these guys again.

    Highly recommend. Tiffany was so thorough. She kept me informed every step if the way. She took care of everything from insurance, timeframe, incidentals, etc....... Roberto was the GENTLEMAN that replaced my windshield. He was professional and wonderful to work with. What a great team.

    Excellent experience with this shop. They always answer the phone. Martin was very helpful in solving my issue with a cracked windshield. He helped me deal with Geico to get them to cover it. They have a lot of positive reviews, and it is for a good reason. I highly recommend USA Auto Glass. Thank you, Martin, and the entire team there. Youry.

    Had the pleasure of speaking with Paige who represented this company exceptionally well. She went above and beyond professionalism and her customer service is second to none! She answered all my questions and even sent an employee the same day I called. While other companies would rather stay complacent and lazy...this company is readily willing to work. They have an impressive display of work ethics! Will definitely be recommending this company to family and friends. 10 out of 10!!!

    Wonderful experience. Very professional and helpful. Jennifer was our first contact and she handled our situation as though we weee family. Roberto our technician was quick and professional.     While on tour, I was headed to a performance in West Palm Beach when the rubber strip around my RVs window fell out from shoddy workmanship by the company that had installed it. Driving was a nightmare with an ear piercing high pitched whistle from the wind. I made several calls to RV glass companies but could not get anyone to service me. I finally called USA Auto Glass since they were in the direction of my next stop. Jose said they would get me in when I arrived. Upon inspecting my window, which was actually loose on the lower driver's side, they decided that the best course of action would be to run adhesive all the way around the window, and deal with the company that originally installed it when I return to Phoenix. All of the employees were very kind and helpful, and made me feel like they cared. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if I ever needed to.

    What a pleasure it was to work with Paige. She guided me through the entire process to make sure that there was no problem with the insurance company covering the cost of the replacement windshield's for both of my cars. She was also very responsive either with a text or phone call. Our tech, Landy, was great too! He made sure both our windshields were perfect!! I definitely will be recommending to all my friends and neighbors who need a windshield replacement! Thanks!

    USA Auto Glass are life savers! This morning on my way to work an object struck my windshield creating a large crack on half the window. With it being a holiday weekend, I was not hopeful I could find someone on the fly and was sure that I would have to cancel my plans. I called around 9am and spoke with Paige who was the saving grace and did everything she could to get me setup quickly, she made my day! It's now 3PM and my windshield has been replaced and calibrated! Shout out to Chris and Junior (I think that is the two replacement techs names) and Helly, the calibration tech who were able to make it out same day and were communicative and professional the entire time. 100000% recommend this company!

    I've used USA Auto Glass Inc. twice now to replace windshields on my cars, and they've been nothing short of fantastic. Each time, Paige has been my initial point of contact, and she's been courteous, efficient, and thorough in following up throughout the process. The entire team has been great at keeping me informed and ensuring I was taken care of every step of the way. Impressively, they were able to replace my windshields in less than 24 hours each time. It's been a delight working with them, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto glass services.

    I just had a great experience having my windshield replaced by USA Auto Glass. Called and spoke with Jennifer, who is very quick at arranging for Rick to show up at my doorstep to replace my windshield as well as my rear window in my truck. I hope I don't need the service in the future but if I do, I know I'll be calling USA AUTO GLASS again

    Driving to North Florida on turnpike, we had a bird (a heron ... It's bigger than a pigeon!) strike our windshield. It shattered the entire windshield, yet we were able to make to our destination. Once there I started calling auto glass shops in the area to get windshield replaced. The places I contacted either did not have the w/s available, or if they did the wait time was over 5 days (I was only going to be there for 3 days). One of the places I called however, strongly suggested I have the work done by a glass place close to my home, for warranty purposes. I was told if I had it done there, since I did not live within 50 miles of them, they would not offer a warranty for the job. That's when I decided to look for a glass place where I live. USA Auto Glass was the place I chose. Tiffany answered my call to USAAG. First she was very courteous, informative and professional. I explained the situation, and she went through the process for getting the w/s replaced through my insurance. She said she would call me back to let me know of the availability of the w/s and when I could get the work done. Good to her word, she called me back in a matter of minutes letting me know that w/s was available and asked I let her know when I would be back home to replace w/s. Once I was back home, I called USAAG to let them know I was back. They told me to come right over. Rodrigo was the tech who worked on my vehicle. I watched the process from the customer waiting area. He was very careful of protecting the areas of my vehicle where the work was being done. Seemed to be very proficient and skilled at what he was doing. The work was done quicker than I expected. Rodrigo then gave me instructions for the care of the install for the following days. Overall, I was pleased with the handling of the process, the professionalism of the staff, and finally (and as only time will tell) the workmanship.

    I highly recommend this business! From the knowledgeable office staff to the technician that installed a new windshield on my 2023 Cadillac Escalade, I couldn't be more impressed!
