    I called USA Auto Glass around noon, and the tech showed up around 2 pm. Larry was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He knew immediately how to access the interior of the door and had it apart in no time. No drama, huffing, or puffing. He vacuumed out all the old glass, put in the replacement window, checked for adjustment, and closed things up. The whole thing took about 35-40 minutes. He cleaned up any remaining shards and was on his way. He takes pride in his work and showed me a few photos of big rigs and other vehicles he has worked on. Not bragging; just proud. Good company. Price quite reasonable. Less than 3 other companies I checked.

    Amazing experience with USA Auto Glass Homestead!! I highly recommend their services! Extremely quick and quality job! Especially Paige (consultant) and Eric (mechanic) were really nice and helpful.They had to deal with my 2007 Mercedes Benz back window issue and they did a terrific job!     I called the Homestead branch of USA Auto Glass and was immediately met by Paige, who called my insurance company and managed the entire procedure on my behalf. I received a call shortly after asking where they could meet me to install my new windshield and they were at my location within 5 minutes of that call. Incredible service! Installer was polite and professional. Entire install with my factory windshield took less than 30 minutes. I can't recommend USA Auto Glass highly enough. I drive the 18 mile stretch daily and with the rock quarry and heavy dumptruck traffic, I am on my third windshield in 4 years. I won't ever call anyone else!

    Had a car accident recently. smashed my whole right side windshield. From the first contact I made with USA Auto Glass, they were simply awesome! Very professional, courteous and understanding as well as prepared to replace my windshield as early as the next day, before any other glass company can do so. Jose and his staff were great to deal with and easy to communicate with. Once they came out, Carlos took his time to not only replace my windshield. but to vacuum all the little shards of broken glass from inside the engine area to throughout my interior of the car. He did a great job, was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend USA Auto Glass to all my family and friends! Thanks for a job well done!!!

    We live at the Key West Golf Club. The other day, a golf ball came casually flying over the house next door to ours....bounce once....and proceeded to smash the windshield on our brand new 2018 Kia Sorento! I immediately called USA Auto Glass in Homestead. Nellie, who answered the photo, took right over....got my insurance company on a conference call with us, and filled them in on what was needed. BOOM! DONE! THAT fast. I thought that it being a brand new 2018 car, with all of the new high tech autonomous braking etc. involved with the windshield.....that frankly.....it was going to take a while for the part. NOPE! An hour later Nellie called to tell me that the brand new FACTORY REPLACEMENT windshield would be there 2 days later.....and that they would have a Tech here in Key West, 160 miles away from them......on Monday! I didn't believe it! BUT IT'S TRUE. It is now Monday......and my car is already DONE! Nellie called to tell me , on Friday, that a Technician would be here at 10 am. on Monday. Sure enough.....Erik....their Tech.....called me 30 minutes out to give me a heads-up that he was close.....and at 9:55 am....Erik was here! An hour later......I had a brand new windshield! YOU CAN'T BEAT THAT. I WOULD NEVER THINK....OF USING ANYONE ELSE. EXCELLENT from beginning to end. Especially if you anywhere in the Florida Keys....don't waste your time calling anyone else. It doesn't get any faster....or any better than this company.

    I have to say when my windshield cracked on my new c7 corvette I was Devastated! I was so concerned with a replaced windshield because there are so many Aftermarket ones out there. One thing I did not want is an aftermarket windshield. I didn't have to worry with these guys, they are the real deal!! They got me the exact same windshield I had on there before made by GM. I'm extremely happy with the job quality and the customer service these guys provided me. I spoke with the owner Jose, Who helped me out throughout whole entire process with my insurance to get the replacement. I definitely will recommend these guys to any of my buddies especially if you have an exotic car! these guys are real professionals. Thank you so much USA auto glass !!!

    Recommended by my uncle. USA gave me an appointment a day earlier than the national company. They came on time and replaced windshield in less than an hour. Everyone I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable and courteous.

    Wonderful and professional staff. I was stranded with a flat tire and pulled into their shop with my fourteen year old son. The person that owned the tire business was not there that early. The first gentleman there was kind enough to call the tire fuy, allow us to sit in their office, and allowed me to use their office phone. His fellow owner arrived and was just as pleasant and helpful. While sitting there, I overheard their prompt and courteous treatment of their customers. If you have a doubt in your mind, GO WITH THEM FOR ALL YOUR NEEDS!

    So thankful for this place! My boyfriend and I popped a tire with no spare next door to Gilbert's while trying to take our jet ski out. My boyfriends cousin came down and took the tire off and we went to Walmart originally. They told us a 4-6 hour wait just to switch the rim off the old tire to the new tire. Well after being "stranded" for three hours already that was not an option we were up for. We kept driving north and saw this place. So thankful we stopped. Very kind people. Very reasonably priced. Extremely fast service. We weren't there more than twenty minutes! So so so thankful for this place!

    Great service, friendly staff, and great work!! Very fast! My daughters back window broke one night, I got in touch with them, the next morning I dropped off the car at 0700 and by 12 noon the car was ready to be picked up!!

    One of my rear seat windows got broken into while visiting Cutler Bay for business, and I'm glad I found USA autoglass. The receptionist was very nice and helpful, they are able to replace my broken window the same day, and at a reasonable price!

    They are fast, they are amazing and they make it easy. There is no reason not to use this business. After having my car broken into, and feeling like every step I had to take would be a long and dreadful one. This company made it easy, Within one hour they fixed my window and I didn't even have to leave my home. They make it easy on you and their work is exceptional.     I was traveling through the Keys with my family when we needed a last minute window replacement (broken into). We were referred to this shop. After speaking on the phone, the shop owner stayed open late on Saturday waiting for us to get there! He couldn't have been more helpful and kind during our vacation mishap and he really saved our trip. My car was fixed by Monday morning - and it was a perfect job. Everyone was really kind, caring, and hard-working. Great place and great results.

    USA Auto Glass is a first class organization in South Florida if you need new auto glass such as a broken windshield or another car window replaced. After one of my car windows was scratched by someone trying to break into my auto in downtown Miami, I called a very well known auto glass company and had a horrible experience. I finally called USA Auto Glass in Pembroke Pines, Florida. They were great to deal with and their technical knowledge and the manner in which they treated me as a customer were first rate. When you are victimized by damage to your auto, the last thing you need is to be poorly treated by the Auto Glass Vendor. But USA Auto Glass customer service representative Nellie was very good at ensuring I received a quote, the correct glass for my car (from several choices) and an appointment in a few minutes. The installer George arrived at my residence, took the panel off my car being very careful not to damage and replaced the window.When replacing the glass on a car door window, your car dealer doesn't typically do these repairs so they let the glass companies take care of it. With some makes and models of cars, the installer will need to have the technical competence to not damage the window motor and will need to retime the window. I would trust USA Auto Glass if I ever need a car window replaced again.
