    So I deleted my old review, but I attached a screenshot of it. This guys deserve another awesome review from me. Words cannot fathom how phenomenal of a job they do. I had the windshield replaced a few years back with another company, recommended by my insurance and they did a lousy job. USA Auto Glass made sure there were no fingerprints or anything. What a great job they did to my 2022 Toyota Corolla

    Incredible communication and service. Thank you Sarah! Woke up to my car and 17 others broken into in our parking garage ? Totally tragic. Called up USA Auto Glass and spoke to Sarah who was the most accommodating, and empathetic rep to have in that moment. We had reassurance and an appointment so fast. We had both our cars, all 3 windows fixed by 2 pm today. Price was better than safelite and my deductible. Book it. Now. Thank you Yunior!

    Great service safe light cancelled my appointment these people showed up 30 minutes after the call did great work did fast work and my cars fixed for almost 200$ less then safe light very friendly workers and i would recommend any one to use them

    I've always used USA auto glass ... Jennifer in the office is polite, friendly, and they will work with your schedule to get your glass repaired and the fellas that did the repairs...Rodrigo did my windshield on my 2500 pickup and Alex did my Trail Blazer vent were just as polite and friendly!

    Broke my windshield due to a coconut. Called Monday morning at 9am and worked with Paige on the phone. She was super helpful and took care of everything. I am located in lower Islamorada and they got a tech down there and fixed it before 2pm THE SAME DAY. Eric was the tech, he was super efficient and kept it easy. Hopefully I don't have another incident but will 1000% be contacting these guys again.

    Highly recommend. Tiffany was so thorough. She kept me informed every step if the way. She took care of everything from insurance, timeframe, incidentals, etc....... Roberto was the GENTLEMAN that replaced my windshield. He was professional and wonderful to work with. What a great team.

    Excellent experience with this shop. They always answer the phone. Martin was very helpful in solving my issue with a cracked windshield. He helped me deal with Geico to get them to cover it.     While on tour, I was headed to a performance in West Palm Beach when the rubber strip around my RVs window fell out from shoddy workmanship by the company that had installed it. Driving was a nightmare with an ear piercing high pitched whistle from the wind. I made several calls to RV glass companies but could not get anyone to service me. I finally called USA Auto Glass since they were in the direction of my next stop. Jose said they would get me in when I arrived. Upon inspecting my window, which was actually loose on the lower driver's side, they decided that the best course of action would be to run adhesive all the way around the window, and deal with the company that originally installed it when I return to Phoenix. All of the employees were very kind and helpful, and made me feel like they cared. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if I ever needed to.

    What a pleasure it was to work with Paige. She guided me through the entire process to make sure that there was no problem with the insurance company covering the cost of the replacement windshield's for both of my cars. She was also very responsive either with a text or phone call. Our tech, Landy, was great too! He made sure both our windshields were perfect!! I definitely will be recommending to all my friends and neighbors who need a windshield replacement! Thanks!
