    USA Auto Glass are life savers! This morning on my way to work an object struck my windshield creating a large crack on half the window. With it being a holiday weekend, I was not hopeful I could find someone on the fly and was sure that I would have to cancel my plans. I called around 9am and spoke with Paige who was the saving grace and did everything she could to get me setup quickly, she made my day! It's now 3PM and my windshield has been replaced and calibrated! Shout out to Chris and Junior (I think that is the two replacement techs names) and Helly, the calibration tech who were able to make it out same day and were communicative and professional the entire time. 100000% recommend this company!

    Awesome customer service from Paige she took care of everything and dispatched the installer very fast, Rick did a awesome job installing the back windshield on my lexus Is in a very timely manner professionally definitely recommend prices are reasonable as well

    I've used USA Auto Glass Inc. twice now to replace windshields on my cars, and they've been nothing short of fantastic. Each time, Paige has been my initial point of contact, and she's been courteous, efficient, and thorough in following up throughout the process. The entire team has been great at keeping me informed and ensuring I was taken care of every step of the way. Impressively, they were able to replace my windshields in less than 24 hours each time. It's been a delight working with them, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto glass services.

    I just had a great experience having my windshield replaced by USA Auto Glass. Called and spoke with Jennifer, who is very quick at arranging for Rick to show up at my doorstep to replace my windshield as well as my rear window in my truck. I hope I don't need the service in the future but if I do, I know I'll be calling USA AUTO GLASS again

    Driving to North Florida on turnpike, we had a bird (a heron ... It's bigger than a pigeon!) strike our windshield. It shattered the entire windshield, yet we were able to make to our destination. Once there I started calling auto glass shops in the area to get windshield replaced. The places I contacted either did not have the w/s available, or if they did the wait time was over 5 days (I was only going to be there for 3 days). One of the places I called however, strongly suggested I have the work done by a glass place close to my home, for warranty purposes. I was told if I had it done there, since I did not live within 50 miles of them, they would not offer a warranty for the job. That's when I decided to look for a glass place where I live. USA Auto Glass was the place I chose. Tiffany answered my call to USAAG. First she was very courteous, informative and professional. I explained the situation, and she went through the process for getting the w/s replaced through my insurance. She said she would call me back to let me know of the availability of the w/s and when I could get the work done. Good to her word, she called me back in a matter of minutes letting me know that w/s was available and asked I let her know when I would be back home to replace w/s. Once I was back home, I called USAAG to let them know I was back. They told me to come right over. Rodrigo was the tech who worked on my vehicle. I watched the process from the customer waiting area. He was very careful of protecting the areas of my vehicle where the work was being done. Seemed to be very proficient and skilled at what he was doing. The work was done quicker than I expected. Rodrigo then gave me instructions for the care of the install for the following days. Overall, I was pleased with the handling of the process, the professionalism of the staff, and finally (and as only time will tell) the workmanship.

    I highly recommend this business! From the knowledgeable office staff to the technician that installed a new windshield on my 2023 Cadillac Escalade, I couldn't be more impressed! The thorough communication, quick service, knowledgeable staff, and absolute professionalism from start to finish, over exceeding my expectations! Absolutely top notch service and quality!

    Excellent work by USA AUTO GLASS . I just set up an appointment with Jennifer over the phone in the afternoon and next day , early morning Landy , a technician from this company , was in my house doing a windshield replacement in my truck. I was really surprised by the fact that we still have in town professional business like this one: Honest and Caring.     Exceptional service. Rear quarter window glass on my wife's explorer was cracked by a rock and within 3 hours of my initial call the glass was fixed. Landy, the technician, did an outstanding job and Jennifer's customer service and prompt answers were outstanding as well.

    I have a 2013 Ford F-150 that the sunroof stopped sliding properly to close. According to research on the internet this appears to be a common problem with the F 150's. I attempted to find a vehicle glass repair shop that would do the repair. After contacting seven shops, all of them refused to do the repair if the headliner needed to be removed. My last call was to USA Auto Glass. I spoke to James who took the time and effort to explain the process if the entire sunroof frame needed to be replaced. He took a look at the unit and attempted to find a Used replacement unit to no avail. A new unit was ordered from Ford at a ridiculous price. James installed the new unit in less than two days. He was precise and his work was excellent. The headliner was reinstalled with no damage found and looked as good as new. James was always polite and kept me advised of the status. I would highly recommend USA Auto Glass and in particular James for repairs.

    I have never needed a windshield replaced before and USA Auto Glass made it such an easy process for me. They are professional, efficient and super quick with every aspect. Jennifer was awesome too and made sure to call me beforehand when there was a slight price change (since my vehicle needed an extra part) which I greatly appreciated so that there were no hidden fees. I couldn't recommend this company more! 10/10 service and experience. Thank you!

    Amazing service. Jose was incredible since the moment I called the office. He went above and beyond to look for my quarter glass even though it was on back order. He called several suppliers and after a few hours and many calls, he found a supplier up north that had my glass in stock. Rodrigo's installation was also great. Quick and flawless and very friendly. Thank you!!

    USA Auto Glass Repair is my go-to spot for any auto glass needs - they're just amazing! Super quick and efficient, and chatting with them over the phone is a breeze; they explain everything so well. Scheduling an appointment was easy peasy, and guess what? The technician showed up early, which was perfect for my schedule. He was super professional and incredibly skilled at his job. I can't recommend them enough!

    I noticed my broken windshield, and it is stressful by itself, I googled and choose USA AUTO GLASS Inc, my best decision yesterday, first to all, the guy at the phone (James) incredible phone experience, he explained everything , we set up an appointment today 8.30 am, and the technician (Roberto) came early as we arranged, very professional, he made his work with great ability and skill! Highly recommend!
