    I called around since my windshield was broken by hurricane Nicole. I spoke with Jennifer and she was super helpful! She scheduled everything and got it all taken care of. I arranged to leave my car at a friend's house while I was out of town. The tech (Ken) called when he was on the way. Arrived on time. Super polite and helpful. Explained the process to my friend so they knew how the repair was handled. They calibrated the windshield and I didn't need to bring it to a facility (which is a way better and more convenient deal than the big competitor company!). Hopefully no more storms come through and break this windshield. But if one does, I would definitely go with this business again - I used the big competitor to fix a chip in my windshield 2 weeks prior to Nicole, and the chip still got bigger (before the 12 inch crack that Nicole caused). I'm sure USA Auto Glass does a better job with filling chips too!! My new windshield looks great, and I'm glad this company replaced it. The factory (Toyota) didn't even seal the original windshield properly (my car is only a few months old)!!!!

    Super convenient quick service. Eric came to my home, and changed the windshield while I was home watching Netflix:) for the camera adjustment he came to my work and get the job done in 15 minutes. Great service, thank you

    USA Glass is phenomenal on different levels, especially with their unbeatable prices. Jennifer the receptionist, is absolutely wonderful over the phone. Plus, she answered all my questions nicely. Eric the technician, handled my glass repair very professionally and in a timely manner. I was able to drive my car shortly right afterwards. I will recommend them to anyone I see who needs any type of glass replaced.

    Very professional help from the moment the representative Jennifer took my call and promptly assisted me with my issues and concern. She tried to get me scheduled for same day even though it was the afternoon. Eitherway the next morning the tech was there very kind and friendly ready to replace my Silverado windshield. Also the beside the fact that they come to you, they are very quick with the replacement . Very pleased with customer service and tech service. Will recommend to all.

    I will never use anyone else again. USA Auto Glass came through with the best service and price. Paige and Luis are amazing! Both helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. They both really went above and beyond. They fixed my window the next morning. (They could have done same day but I was not available) They charged nothing extra for coming to my house to fix, so I didn't have to drop off and wait or arrange another ride. I don't review too often, but I had to let everyone know what a great job they did.

    I highly recommend USA Auto Glass. Paige was so helpful with the process to replace the windshield on our 2021 Civic. The installer, Rodrigo, did an excellent job as well. I'm so happy with the service we received from start to finish!

    Everyone was great and professional. Tiffany made sure she kept up with me early and often when the supplier never delivered the project and Erik was on time, friendly, and took fixed my car in a timely manner. Couldn't recommend enough, especially if you're in Monroe County.

    Excellent customer service! Tiffany was so friendly & amazing! She helped me with my insurance company and got me scheduled quickly for a windshield glass replacement. Our technician Eric was great, he showed up on time, explained what he was going to do and even called me when the installation was complete to explain what I needed to do.     The receptionist at this location is extremely nice. The tech, Luis, who repaired my glass got to my location in time and is friendly. He was quick to get the job done. He went above and beyond to give the best customer service. Same day repair. Highly recommend this company.

    I had an amazing experience! I was attended by Tiffany. She kept in touch with any new information and was a pleasure to speak with. The service was excellent from beginning to end. Tiffany was very professional and had a team here the very next day. I was in shock how efficient and quickly the service was. We were in desperate need to fix our truck's windshield for our employees to go to our jobsites. Our technicians Rodrigo & Luis were great too. I highly recommend using this company for any Glass repairs you need done asap. I give them 100 Stars!!! I wish everyone had such great customer service like tiffany has!     Ken the technician in Naples Fl area was extremely helpful friendly and quick with my car windows. Ken left me a message this morning and he was communicating the whole day till the time of the service on he's arrival..My back windshield broke yesterday and i called multiple repair shop in the area the all gave me one to 2 weeks waiting and crazy prices .USA auto glass came out the next day and repaired the glass less than an hour ..Thanks again Ken and USA Auto glass , i hope i don't have to use it again but saved it in my contacts for future references and will be recommending you for family and friends as well!!
