    Wow. These guys came to my house, replace the windshield took the old one with them a day or two later another guy came to our house and calibrated the windshield for turn signals, etc.. this was more convenient than a drive-through. I highly recommend USA Auto glass. Also, no deductible from your insurance for windshield replacement!

    Jose was tremendous took a call from me afterhours and then got on the computer at 6:30am with me to locate and deliver on replacing rear glass on bmw X7 the next day; geico wanted safelight to do it 4 days later and I am thankful Jose and Eric took care of us - we had a trip over the weekend and needed the car.     *****EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE*****One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.Paige was excellent since the second she answered my initial call to inquire about a windshield replacement. Not only was the service great, I got a better deal than the other two companies I called first. The technician called before arriving and once he got here, he explained everything he was going to do with detail. He was very pleasant, very professional, and he installed the glass in a timely manner. I am not looking forward to another broken windshield but if it ever happens again, Paige is the one I'll be calling for help. I will also spread the word among family and friends. Thank you for everything, guys.

    Ask for PAIGE. I cannot express how refreshing it is to speak to a professional in the auto industry that CARES about the customer. I spoke to Paige at length about various issues we're having with our truck that we thought were related to the windshield, and she walked us through each of our issues to get to the real root of our problem. She then went on to give us advice on multiple scenarios, which will save us a lot of money and headache. I just cannot say enough glowing things about this person. She took the time out of her day to genuinely help us despite the fact that we wound up not needing glasswork. BUT I tell you what, if I ever need anything glass-related, Paige is the first person we will call. And if I ever talk to anyone who needs anything glass-related I will go out of my way to make sure they call you guys. Just like Paige went out of her way to help us today. Google needs more stars because five just isn't enough. Thank you for making our day!

    I am very happy. Excellent service from everyone. From the moment I called I felt Jennifer wanted my business. She was super professional and went out of her way, late on a Saturday, near closing time, to communicate the process and expectations. Landy arrived on time and walked me thru the process. He then scheduled a follow up to test everything.

    I am so pleased with my entire experience with USA Auto Glass! Jennifer helped me make my appointment for the next day! I was surprised I didn't have to wait weeks for an appointment like most places. Jennifer was very informative, and professional! My NEW windshield is beautiful! The technician arrived early given it was a 3-4 hour drive to my location, Perfect timing actually! The technicians name was Landy he was professional and worked efficiently and quickly! He did a great job ! THANK YOU SO MUCH USA AUTO GLASS THE FLORIDA KEYS IS SO GRATEFUL TO HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR SERVICES! I KNOW I AM !

    I was driving on the highway when the hood of my car went up and completely shattered my windshield. After getting a quote from Safelight ($400) to replace the glass, I called USA Auto Glass. Jennifer quoted me $250, set up the next available appointment and provided me fantastic customer service. Technician Rick arrived at my job within the promised time and completed the job in less than 45 minutes. He was friendly, called me 30 minutes ahead as promised and did a great job. Highly recommend this company. Thank you.

    Completely satisfied in the lower keys. USA Autoglass is a partner provider through USAA insurance even though it takes some phone calls to get it approved (because the main partner provider does not service the lower keys). I called and texted with Jennifer at USA Autoglass to get it all figured out. Eric was my tech who was ahead of schedule and met me where I happened to be at the time. He was very pleasant, helpful and professional. Newer windshields with lane departure warnings require a second visit for recalibration and that also went off without a hitch.

    USA Auto Glass quickly located and delivered new door glass to my location and within a short period (an hour and a half) cleaned the car from the old broken glass and installed a new one. All door window functions were fully restored.

    USA Auto Glass was great. We were down from NJ and a stone hit the windshield. After a few days the crack was six inches It was Easter weekend and we were down watching our granddaughter everyone one else wanted a week to repair Jennifer scheduled us for the next day Good Friday Yunior came and did an excellent job even transferring the easy pass and NJ inspection sticker and it was the price quoted I would use them again

    THOROUGH JOB Repair Tech Rick did an awesome job with my rear window. He didn't hesitate to disassemble the window, cleaned the area, explained what h was doing, and cleaned up afterwards. Was timely and professional.

    Paige was outstanding at customer service in assisting and scheduling and went above and beyond! Alex had great people skills and did excellent work. Alex was neat and efficient at his work. It was neat experience to watch and learn the process. Both deserve a raise in my book! I will use and reccomend as a result!

    I would like to say this company went above and beyond. Jennifer was extremely helpful in ensuring that my window was going to be correct. I had to drive from Texas as Miami had the only dealership that had a window for my Nissan in stock and not on the 6 month backorder. Jennifer kept me informed during my whole trip that everything would be correct after my 2 day drive. When I arrived, the window tech (Eric) was quick and efficient and also was through to ensure everything was back to normal. I had them put in a front windshield as well, just because I was there. The business was very convenient getting to and there is a decent waiting area. They even texted a month later to make sure I didn't have any issues. Id highly reccomend them for any window needs.

    Outstanding service and follow up by Paige. She was very proactive in sourcing and locating the exact quality (Mercedes) windshield needed for our vehicle and had it delivered in a timely fashion so that her mobile installer (Eric) could do the replacement ASAP., all within 4 days from the time Paige and I first spoke.

    Im very satisfied with prompt service from USA auto glass. As soon as I made a claim with my insurance, Jennifer from USA auto glass called the very next day in the a.m. hours. That same day couple hours later my glass was replaced by Yunior. Witch I stayed with and talked to during the process of him replacing my windshield. Thank you USA auto. And thank you Jennifer and Yunior.
