I drove around for almost 6 months with terrible wind noise on the driver side of my dashboard. It sounded like killer bees swarming when I was in the highway and it was very unpleasant. I went to my local auto repair shop they could not help me. I took it to the Ford dealership and they could not help me. The team at Auto Body, was awesome. I called them. They had someone come out the next day and assess what was causing the issue and then the next day they came and did the repair in less than 20 or 30 minutes. They were polite, professional, and clearly had the expertise. It's amazing how simple it is to fix a major problem once you have the right team. The price was very reasonable, particularly given the size of the problem. I paid for the assessment and then they applied that charge against the cost of the repair. Thank you to Larry and Kevin who replaced the cowl on my Ford Explorer resolving the issue! He was professional, pleasant and I couldn't be more pleased with the work. That's the other thing. It was all done at my home at my convenience. I'm so happy.

USA Auto Glass replaced the cracked windshield on our Chevy pickup truck several years ago and did an excellent job. We got a new truck a year ago and when that windshield recently developed a large crack after, again, getting hit by a stone while driving down the highway, we knew just who to call. Jennifer in the office was extremely professional, friendly and helpful, taking care of the entire claims process with our insurance company for us. She dispatched our technician, Eric, in a very timely manner, who drove to our home in Key West and replaced the windshield right in our driveway in practically no time at all. Eric was prompt, professional and courteous and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company for your auto glass needs here in South Florida.

We were heading to Key Largo when we had a windshield crack appear just north of Miami. We called the well known company and was given an appointment that would require us to return to Miami on the following day. Considering that would take almost a full day given the commute and installation times, we looked for an alternative solution. We found USA Auto Glass was able to provide the service at our hotel in Key Largo first thing in the morning. Christian arrived early in the morning and had the windshield repaired within 90 minutes. Reuben arrived about 10 minutes later and aligned the cameras. From start to finish was under 4 hours allowing us to continue our vacation with minimal downtime. We would like to thank Jennifer for coordinating the services. She went above and beyond scheduling this repair. This is a professional team that gets 5 out of 5 stars.

highly recommend this place, professional people....Jennifer was great handling the insurance. for me ..they work on every vehicle.. I was apprehensive in the beginning being a brand new electric car, ionic 6 which is probably the first one in United States to have the windshield broken. They handle it they installed it, and they did it better than Hyundai. and if you owned high-end cars, including Bentley , you're more than welcome to take it there. and for the two installers, that handle my car. Those guys are so professional. and attention to detail even me being ocd could not find a defect 25 stars from me this will be my second review. Got a chip in my motorhome windshield on the way to Islamorada, they were able to send someone down the next day to complete the repair. Very quick and professional work and saved my motorhome windshield from cracking. Well worth the money!

USA Auto Glass I would highly recommend this company to repair your windshield. After removing the glass and replacing it with a new windshield, you can't tell that your windshield was replaced.The truck windshield looks like the factory one. The men who came out to do the repair were very polite and professional .

Filed a claim with Safelite for an AMG Mercedes. They order the glass and tell me I have to go to their location because they have to calibrate the cameras with the new windshield and can't do it remotely. They schedule an appointment for the following week. Next week comes and I go to the location and discover that they can't do the install because they have the wrong glass and don't know when it will be in. I didn't want to deal with them any longer so I looked for other companies and I'm so glad I did. I reached out to USA Autoglass and couldn't be happier. Paige answered the phone and I explained the situation. She was extremely helpful and as it turns out is a windshield expert. She located the right windshield (OEM), had the manufacturer text me pics to make sure it was the right one and handled the claim with me on the phone. The windshield isnt a common one so its not readily in stock, however she located it, had it sent to her shop and then installed and calibrated at my location (even though Safelite said it couldn't be done that way). Thank you USA Autoglass and most of all, thank you Paige. I hope I never have to speak to you again, but if I need a windshield, I'm definitely calling you.
