USA Auto Glass I would highly recommend this company to repair your windshield. After removing the glass and replacing it with a new windshield, you can't tell that your windshield was replaced.The truck windshield looks like the factory one. The men who came out to do the repair were very polite and professional .

Filed a claim with Safelite for an AMG Mercedes. They order the glass and tell me I have to go to their location because they have to calibrate the cameras with the new windshield and can't do it remotely. They schedule an appointment for the following week. Next week comes and I go to the location and discover that they can't do the install because they have the wrong glass and don't know when it will be in. I didn't want to deal with them any longer so I looked for other companies and I'm so glad I did. I reached out to USA Autoglass and couldn't be happier. Paige answered the phone and I explained the situation. She was extremely helpful and as it turns out is a windshield expert. She located the right windshield (OEM), had the manufacturer text me pics to make sure it was the right one and handled the claim with me on the phone. The windshield isnt a common one so its not readily in stock, however she located it, had it sent to her shop and then installed and calibrated at my location (even though Safelite said it couldn't be done that way). Thank you USA Autoglass and most of all, thank you Paige. I hope I never have to speak to you again, but if I need a windshield, I'm definitely calling you.

She was a pleasure to work with and immediately got me an appointment the next day for a windshield replacement. Their service guy showed up on time and he was great! These people are awesome. First of all when the store was closed on a Sunday and I needed help they answer the phone. He even gave me a quote over the phone that ended up being spot on. Jennifer helped take my information down and set up the appointment, she even went out of her way to get the part for me, which other companies told me I would have to do it on my own! Her customer service skills were impeccable, and the price was right! Raimel the technician did a fantastic job with the installation, he was punctual, efficient, and very precise! USA Auto Glass, Inc. rocks! Came all the way from Miami two different times to fix our cracked windshields. Eric and Raimel did a fantastic job. Both were very pleasant and went above and beyond on both jobs. Very professional both jobs! Jennifer bent over backwards to get me scheduled at a convenient time for me. I was also kept informed of appointment and right before appointment by 30min.

I had my windshield replaced within 48 hours. Did a nice job of moving my window stickers and calibrated the driver assist cameras so my active cruise control worked properly. The best part is this was all done at my condo. Raimel was my tech and he knew his stuff.

Don't waste your time at Safelite. They told me 5 hour wait time. I called Jennifer at USA Auto Glass had an appt. set when my glass was available. Miguel who was my installer was professional and knowledgeable. He came to my house and completed the job. The same job that Safelite said couldn't be done at my home due to the need for calibration. Smooth and seamless operation. Highly recommend.

My CSR was Paige and she did an excellent job scheduling the crew and making absolutely certain that the window ordered was the correct window for my Cadillac Escalade. She went above and beyond what I expected would be normal. I cannot say enough about how great she and her teammates are. Her window Glass technician was Landy. He did a very quick and professional job. He was extremely careful not to scratch the paint on my car and did a very professional job of cleanup after the window installation. Ruben was the calibration specialist and he was extremely quick and very knowledgeable about how to do the calibration on my Escalade camera monitoring system for lane assist. Both the window specialist and calibration specialist were extremely quick and very professional. I cannot say enough about how pleased my wife & I are with their work. The tech named Eric did a great job. He was very quick and clean. He did 2 cars for me at the same time. The work was done a few weeks ago and everything is still very good and no leaks.
