    Good Company and we do recommend them! BUT their new Location at 2755 Hillsboro Rd in WPB is nuts. Their tech block the road to Omar, park their trucks in the roadway, parked a truck at the Omar/Hillsboro W bound Stop sign. Almost caused an accident. This is just poor planning. Our street was hard before but none of the techs even move just stare ya down as you drive. Just a Huge concern for Safety. Still no change for the better even worse now.

    This is the 2nd time I have used them for a service call. Both times, the technician was courteous and straight forward. I find the prices to be fair. The gentleman today helped with with something else as I am injured and on crutches. He went above and beyond.

    High quality. Job well done Hi: Christopher performed the repair for my 99 year old mom at her home in Florida. He was polite and attentive and did a great job. He also kept me informed (I am in New York), so that my mother would be comfortable with the proceedings.

    I call to fix my AC last week March 1,2023. They told me that I needed to replace the AFC board, The next day they called with the price of $660,00 I paid for that, I thought they had fixed my problem One hour and half lakerthe A/C stopped working. I called and they said someone would between 2 and 5 PM. Finally someone come at 6:15. He spend a couple hours fixing the A/C. After 2 hours the A/C was not working again. The same problem, I spend. 724.00 That night wanted me to pay another $224. I told him I would not pay because the A/C I already paid $724 and they never fixed the real problem. He told the manager would call me on Monday.. He never called. On Saturday I had to call another company. They fixed the problem. I had to pay for this also. I would never use this company again. I would not recommend them to anybody.

    After getting several estimates I chose Airworx as I was impressed with their advisor Max who listened to me, and came back with good answers. Time was of the essence and he assured me that he had sourced the equipment and could accomplish a quick, probably one-day install within the next few days. I was a bit skeptical, but what the heck. Sure enough, on the morning of the scheduled install there appeared to be a glitch concerning equipment availability. With the expert help of Max, who I reached out to and Kathy at the office my crew showed up before 10:30am. I went over the job with them as I felt that the situation was very demanding. The install crew who are actually company ambassadors, Bismarck and Dienier were patient, super polite, and respectful of the property (and me.) These guys spent like ten hours of focused hard work doing my complex removal/install. They were at all times good natured, friendly, and professional. They did a great job. Some slight tweaking was required and they were back taking care of it within an hour of my aggravated New Yorker call. A minor cosmetic finish was slightly delayed but did not require my presence, as I was leaving town. I was assured that it would be done ASAP and it was. My thanks to all. I would highly recommend Airworx.

    I wish I could give these guys SIX stars! They are exceptional in every way -- super professional, always quick on the responses AND well priced. We've used AirWorx for years for our home and business -- the team members have always impressed us with their knowledge and work ethic. And you don't ever feel like they're trying to oversell you like so many AC companies these days. This month we had to replace an expensive AC system for our business. We did our usual due diligence and called around for other price estimates and timeframes. AirWorx beat them all by thousands of dollars while also being able to get us a unit faster than anyone else. This is quite a feat in this pandemic-related supply chain issues world we're in -- added on top of the Hurricane Ian mess that has all of Florida scrambling for equipment. One final example of how far they'll go for you. Because our business parking lot is high-traffic and heavily-used from early lunch hour onward, AirWorx rescheduled their team and crane crew to arrive super early. They were there at 6:30 a.m. just like they said they'd be. They got the crane out of the parking lot well before it started to fill up. And then the team kept at the project all day and into the evening to finish us up. Four of the guys who started early in the morning stayed for hours after the workday normally ends to finish the set up, just so we could have a working AC again. Amazing their dedication! You don't need to go any further, AirWorx is who you want to work with. They are thoughtful and competent, and seem to always have your best interest at heart. Seriously, this is the team to go with -- you'll rest easy knowing you're in good hands.

    Super awesome customer service and repair guys This is my 2nd time using Airworx. I switched last year as they have much better service and pricing than the other 3-4 i’ve used. I had a part under warranty that they saw yesterday and immediately replaced today, even before the hurricane ! Great repair man “Mike”, super communicative, polite and responsive.

    Been a customer with Airworx for almost 10 years from first time I used them. On my second home that I have used them as my AC maintenance company. Most honest company I have ever dealt with extremely professional staff. About 7 years ago we moved into current house. The previous owner had a contract with a different company so when immediately the AC went bad I called this other company. They couldn't find a clear leak but recharged system charged me and within 10 weeks AC was hot again. I instantly called Airworx. They came out found pretty small leak after about 45 minutes and told me it's a newer coil it's covered under warranty it's still so new. They replaced it and it's been working fine. When I saw the old home owner who still lives in area I told him we found a small leak in coil and he couldn't believe it. He said they could never seem to locate it. He asked me what company so I told him I use Airworx. Recently I had no AC very suddenly. Airworx came the very next morning an hour early, called me said we are ahead of schedule I can come now. When tech David (I believe) came I told him all about the unit and he instantly said it sounds like capacitor but I'll check everything. Sure enough bad capacitor but checked the entire system. Changed capacitor in 3 minutes, checked the system, vents, returns, very thorough. Had my AC ice cold again in less than an hour. Prices are very fair. They come to service my unit 2x per year no questions and if I have an issue they come almost always same day or next morning. I have referred this Airworx company to several neighbors and every home now uses them that I referred. I highly recommend giving Airworx a try and I think you'll find your new AC company. It takes a load off your mind knowing they are ultra honest and extremely reliable and professional. Thank you.

    Emergency Drain Line Fix Will showed up in the time frame specified on Saturday. The job was done in a timely professional manner. Not cheap but the service you can count on.

    I have been in the home improvement business for over 30 years. I don't write reviews very often, but in this case, I felt I had to give a review on this company. I had a major condensation leak in my attic. Airworx worked with me by sending a couple of different technicians to try to solve the problem. I have to say how lucky they are to have an office manager such as Pillar. She is an absolute professional and made me feel comfortable that they would be able to solve the issue. She scheduled an appt with a lead tech, Will, who is an AC genius. This tech is the best I have ever had work on any project at my home. He refused to leave without a solution. He came up with one, and I could not be more pleased with the way Will and Pillar dealt with this issue. Airworx is the best AC company that I have ever dealt with and would highly recommend using them.

    Mike arrived well within the window provided, called to announce his pending arrival (and received an email). Very personable, professional, informative and receptive to questions. He did a great job with the inspection/preventative mainenance while explaining what he was seeing and doing. I look forward to seeing him again next year for my check up.

    The absolute best technician I have ever had. Max Lamothe helped me set up NT contract and helped me set up my thermostat. None of which I could done myself. Nobody could have done anything more to help me. Every company should have a Max Lamothe!

    High quality efficient service comparable to larger companies Wow! Airworx is a stellar HVAC company that is a gem yet to be discovered by many more customers. They offer the same, if not better high quality work as the big well known establishments at a more reasonable fair price. How do I know this? Airworx has a tight team, not a gigantic organization, so they can afford to be agile. I actually was able to chat with the boss as it appears most jobs are first evaluated by him. The company provides a very thorough list of what will be included in the service. They are professional, efficient, organized, and neat too. They ask if you want them to wear a mask. They arrive with disposable foot covers in hand to ensure they don’t mess up your floor. The efficient team arrives at the ready to clean up any mess they make thoroughly with drop clothes and whatever else is required. They arrive the time they state they will be there and inform you you when they are just about done. The functionality and features of the thermostat was explained to me. [ I was asked what type I wanted before the new install]. Never once did Airworx try to upsell me with something that I had not planned on or couldn’t afford or didn’t need. They pulled the permits needed well before their arrival date. Of course it passed with flying colors when it was assessed the next day. No, I never met these workers in my life until Monday , 3/4/2022. If you want to walk away confident that you were not scammed , and you got well over you money’s worth give them a call. Not only will it be worth your while, you will want to tell a friend. With such good quality workmanship and service, I know I will ! Yes, a gem has been discovered in the HVAC area of Charlotte and Gastonia and Airworx deserves to be recognized. A satisfied customer!
