    I have been with Airworx for 12 years as a customer! I have recommended them to my family and friends! They have serviced all 3 of the homes I have lived in, my in-laws home, my aunts home, my sister's home, and I have yearly maintenance plans with them for my two apartments. Of all the various palm beach county locations I have been serviced in, Wilbert was my technician in Jupiter for my yearly service in 2022 and came again this afternoon to complete an install that began last night. He was a true lifesaver! Wilbert is knowledgeable, clear in his explanations and above and beyond in his professionalism. It was raining and he took great care to put booties on his shoes to keep my apartment clean, regardless of how many times he had to go back outside to work on the compressor and come back in to the handler. He treated my home with care as it was his own. He was sure to demonstrate what high performance should be vs what I was getting from my capicitor knowing I'm not a pro, he gave me honest advice without pressure to make my decisions on how to proceed. I knew he was great a year ago, but today, I learned he is the best tech Airworx has! Thank you Wilbert!! Please keep my units on your schedule for the future! Eternally Grateful! Rashad, Zach, and Mike in Delray are equally amazing, fast and efficient! I can always count on Airworx to be honest and try to help us manage our costs.

    I engaged Airworx air conditioning on a small job 2 years ago and they did a fine job. I recently renovated a home requiring far more comprehensive HVAC work including new A/C units and whole home air duct replacement. Evid made a presentation and we chose his company again based on his successful past performance.     Been a customer with Airworx for almost 10 years from first time I used them. On my second home that I have used them as my AC maintenance company. Most honest company I have ever dealt with extremely professional staff. About 7 years ago we moved into current house. The previous owner had a contract with a different company so when immediately the AC went bad I called this other company. They couldn't find a clear leak but recharged system charged me and within 10 weeks AC was hot again. I instantly called Airworx. They came out found pretty small leak after about 45 minutes and told me it's a newer coil it's covered under warranty it's still so new. They replaced it and it's been working fine. When I saw the old home owner who still lives in area I told him we found a small leak in coil and he couldn't believe it. He said they could never seem to locate it. He asked me what company so I told him I use Airworx. Recently I had no AC very suddenly. Airworx came the very next morning an hour early, called me said we are ahead of schedule I can come now. When tech David (I believe) came I told him all about the unit and he instantly said it sounds like capacitor but I'll check everything. Sure enough bad capacitor but checked the entire system. Changed capacitor in 3 minutes, checked the system, vents, returns, very thorough. Had my AC ice cold again in less than an hour. Prices are very fair. They come to service my unit 2x per year no questions and if I have an issue they come almost always same day or next morning. I have referred this Airworx company to several neighbors and every home now uses them that I referred. I highly recommend giving Airworx a try and I think you'll find your new AC company. It takes a load off your mind knowing they are ultra honest and extremely reliable and professional. Thank you.

My service technician roshad was very professional and and courteous. They showed up Exactly when promised and there was no hidden charges.     Our AC was broken, called late in the evening and Will the AC technician came over first thing in the morning and was able to fix it and get it going for us. He was very professional, very respectful. Took time to explain the problem and the solution. The service was phenomenal.

    I have used Airworx for three years and had a new AC system installed by them this week. Technician Daniel was knowledgeable and professional, carefully explaining every detail. Installer Adrian was excellent. Polite and respectful of my property and the condo building. The installation was meticulous in every detail. He showed obvious pride in his work. Price was comparable to other installers. I would definitely recommend Airworx for installation and routine maintenance.

    We chose to completely swap out our old Goodman AC system after multiple repairs were adding up to thousands of dollars. It had run out of warranty as the original installer failed to register our system to enable the 10 year warranty. This last failure was the condensor and given the cost of parts, refrigerant and labor, and the possibility of even more future repairs, we chose to upgrade to a Lennox based on some very informative discussion with Airworx representative Daniel. He was super in answering any of my and my wife's questions. We had our new system installed within two days and on a Saturday to boot. Our installation techs, Jamie and Bryan were on time and very efficient, knowledgable and friendly. We could not have asked for a better crew! We highly recommend you over and above other AC companies we have dealt with in the past. Thank you to ALL at Airworks!
