    Super awesome customer service and repair guys This is my 2nd time using Airworx. I switched last year as they have much better service and pricing than the other 3-4 i’ve used. I had a part under warranty that they saw yesterday and immediately replaced today, even before the hurricane ! Great repair man “Mike”, super communicative, polite and responsive.

    Been a customer with Airworx for almost 10 years from first time I used them. On my second home that I have used them as my AC maintenance company. Most honest company I have ever dealt with extremely professional staff. About 7 years ago we moved into current house. The previous owner had a contract with a different company so when immediately the AC went bad I called this other company. They couldn't find a clear leak but recharged system charged me and within 10 weeks AC was hot again. I instantly called Airworx. They came out found pretty small leak after about 45 minutes and told me it's a newer coil it's covered under warranty it's still so new. They replaced it and it's been working fine. When I saw the old home owner who still lives in area I told him we found a small leak in coil and he couldn't believe it. He said they could never seem to locate it. He asked me what company so I told him I use Airworx. Recently I had no AC very suddenly. Airworx came the very next morning an hour early, called me said we are ahead of schedule I can come now. When tech David (I believe) came I told him all about the unit and he instantly said it sounds like capacitor but I'll check everything. Sure enough bad capacitor but checked the entire system. Changed capacitor in 3 minutes, checked the system, vents, returns, very thorough. Had my AC ice cold again in less than an hour. Prices are very fair. They come to service my unit 2x per year no questions and if I have an issue they come almost always same day or next morning. I have referred this Airworx company to several neighbors and every home now uses them that I referred. I highly recommend giving Airworx a try and I think you'll find your new AC company. It takes a load off your mind knowing they are ultra honest and extremely reliable and professional. Thank you.

    Emergency Drain Line Fix Will showed up in the time frame specified on Saturday. The job was done in a timely professional manner. Not cheap but the service you can count on.

    I have been in the home improvement business for over 30 years. I don't write reviews very often, but in this case, I felt I had to give a review on this company. I had a major condensation leak in my attic. Airworx worked with me by sending a couple of different technicians to try to solve the problem. I have to say how lucky they are to have an office manager such as Pillar. She is an absolute professional and made me feel comfortable that they would be able to solve the issue. She scheduled an appt with a lead tech, Will, who is an AC genius. This tech is the best I have ever had work on any project at my home. He refused to leave without a solution. He came up with one, and I could not be more pleased with the way Will and Pillar dealt with this issue. Airworx is the best AC company that I have ever dealt with and would highly recommend using them.

    Mike arrived well within the window provided, called to announce his pending arrival (and received an email). Very personable, professional, informative and receptive to questions. He did a great job with the inspection/preventative mainenance while explaining what he was seeing and doing. I look forward to seeing him again next year for my check up.

    The absolute best technician I have ever had. Max Lamothe helped me set up NT contract and helped me set up my thermostat. None of which I could done myself. Nobody could have done anything more to help me. Every company should have a Max Lamothe!

    High quality efficient service comparable to larger companies Wow! Airworx is a stellar HVAC company that is a gem yet to be discovered by many more customers. They offer the same, if not better high quality work as the big well known establishments at a more reasonable fair price. How do I know this? Airworx has a tight team, not a gigantic organization, so they can afford to be agile. I actually was able to chat with the boss as it appears most jobs are first evaluated by him. The company provides a very thorough list of what will be included in the service. They are professional, efficient, organized, and neat too. They ask if you want them to wear a mask. They arrive with disposable foot covers in hand to ensure they don’t mess up your floor. The efficient team arrives at the ready to clean up any mess they make thoroughly with drop clothes and whatever else is required. They arrive the time they state they will be there and inform you you when they are just about done. The functionality and features of the thermostat was explained to me. [ I was asked what type I wanted before the new install]. Never once did Airworx try to upsell me with something that I had not planned on or couldn’t afford or didn’t need. They pulled the permits needed well before their arrival date. Of course it passed with flying colors when it was assessed the next day. No, I never met these workers in my life until Monday , 3/4/2022. If you want to walk away confident that you were not scammed , and you got well over you money’s worth give them a call. Not only will it be worth your while, you will want to tell a friend. With such good quality workmanship and service, I know I will ! Yes, a gem has been discovered in the HVAC area of Charlotte and Gastonia and Airworx deserves to be recognized. A satisfied customer!

    I went to "Busy Bodies" to work out this morning, and as I was working, I noticed two guys installing(it looked new) a air-conditioning unit. I was watching them work and I was amazed by how meticulous they were at making sure every little item on those two units were safely secured and even. One of the ladders was in front of a work out bench and this guy asked Mike if he could move the ladder, Mike responded immediately and was very professional and polite as was Robinson (great name ;). I noticed that anyone who would ask them a question, they responded quickly and you could tell that they loved their job and they were proud to work for Airworx. It is rare to see that nowadays. Mike and Robinson represented Airworx very well. Congratulations to Airworx for running a great company and hiring professional people who love what they do and the company they work for!

    Emergency Service Spot On I needed after hour service on my A/C. Andersen the technician was excellent and on time. He solved my A/C problem. I highly recommend Andersen and AirWorx. The Emergency Service fee of $129 for just showing up is a bit high compared to other companies but I am glad I called this company.

    I can't say enough. We are new to Florida. We are from NYC. So we know noone to ask opinions. I used my own instincts based on speaking g to Pilar *spelling? She was so pleasant and professional. I called July 4th. She had assured me you could have someone here Monday morning. She did as she promised. Let me tell you about Mike. As honest and kind and knowledgeable as one pcould be. He found the problem w our A/c unit right away. It wsnt a big issue so that If he wasn't honest(which is so rare these days)..we wouldn't have known the difference. Anyway..he also told us he is very happy working for Airworx. Numerous reasons but the one that stuck out was that you guys are honest. You don't want your guys to push unnecessary new A/Cs on unsuspecting customers. The fact that he's a happy employee says a lot about Airworx. Believe me, yu have a customer for life.     If your not using AIRWORX you are missing out! I manage a large property that has several AC units. After working with several other AC companies I called Airworx for a quote on a new unit and I am so glad I did! The guys in the field are great, super knowledgeable, trustworthy and efficient! The sales department is wonderful to work with and even the ladies in the office! Yes you read that right the office staff is amazing, in my opinion and experience the office staff has in some cases made or break some vendor relationships we have. They have been our preferred vendor for the past 3 years and many more to come. I even started to use them at my new home and referred them to family members that needed new units. Thank you Airworx! Call them you will be glad you did!

    This was my first time buying an AC unit. I got five quotes and Airworx was among the most competitive. The staff is very nice and felt like genuine straight shooters. My AC is on the roof and they are notorious in my community for leaking into the inside stairwell, so they tried a new way to do it, up on a curb, and it looks great - no leaks and it's been raining like crazy the past few weeks since the install. Very happy, definitely recommend Airworx!

    I've used Airworx several times and have always been extremely pleased. Polite and professional staff at every position and very fair pricing. Most contractor dealings end up being quite a hassle for one reason or another. My most recent technician Wilbert was exceptional. Perfectly on time, polite, patient (willing to explain the situation thoroughly for a layman), and clearly very skilled in his craft. Very highly recommended!

    We had an issue with our condenser unit outside the house. Being a Sunday morning and a holiday weekend, I honestly did not think that I would get someone to service the unit until Tuesday. Airworx was able to have a technician out before noon. Mike diagnosed the problem, stated that the parts needed were under warranty and that he will be back to remedy the situation once the needed part is in hand. I was SO impressed with the promptness, knowledge and professionalism of this company that I even called the owner of the company to express my feelings. The owner actually picked up the phone on a holiday weekend to answer my call! Now THAT is what I call customer service! Airworx deserves an above five star rating and a loyal customer for years to come.

    SUPER HAPPY! Airworx is a Fantastic company that truly cares and isn't out to hustle anyone. The man Robinson showed up on time. Knew right away everything I was trying to explain from the previous company that tried telling us we needed to basically get a new unit or literally spend over $10,000. Robinson came here, on time, was very professional, kind, Genuine, worked hard and timely and totally got the job done. He got our AC unit cleaned up put back together and all around fixed up! Looking and running Brand New!! After a year of it actually beeing shut down, pulled apart and "broken". (From previous company) Robinson/Airworx is Amazing. We could had easily gotten at the Least told we need something new to get replaced, but Thankfully he'd gotten it fixed up, looking Brand New & running Perfect!! Blown away from the amazing job he had done. Life saver!!! Our family and myself are SUPER GREATFUL!!! and thankful for Airworx/Robinson! Great Company!     Once again I would like to compliment AIRWORX Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Inc., on another outstanding service appointment. The technician, Mr. Anderson was extremely polite, and professional. He exercised all COVID-19 precautions., wearing his protective gear, etc. He was expertly proficient in all aspects of his maintenance, and noticed that I needed my capacitor replaced. Each time that AIRWORX has performed maintenance, I am extremely satisfied, and I appreciate the recommendations.
