    Good job It was surprising that this was the first time that the whole procedure took less than an hour as before it always took more than 3 hours , amazing !! the same procedure , how is it possible . Before it seemed that only Pam was the efficient person , but this time everyone did a great job . Thanks

    Very pleased Don't need new glasses. Ain't got no retinopathy and the Cateract lenses are still ok. I am glad to see an eye doctor MD.

    Professional staff I am so grateful to the Dr for his diligence Of finding a retina tear. He is so thorough along with his team. I used to go to the Altamonte location for years but will continue to come to Ocoee location as I am so pleased with the positive outcome.

    Great staff and appointment was as scheduled Very cautious with Corvus protocols. Masked and social distancing observed well with plenty of space in the waiting areas. Exam was thorough as always and Dr. Parks is pleasant and explained everything in detail. Clear and precise.

    Excellent staff from front to back I had an emergency with my eye being in pain and completely red. The staff immediately got me in without a wait. It ended up being an ulcer and I was able to get treatment right away. Excellent patient service, would recommend this clinic to everyone.

    Excellent Quality of Care I have been seeing Dr. Thomas Steele for over a year. I am sorry I a haven't sent a review sooner. Dr. Steedle and Teri the triage nurse go above and beyond to resolve eye issues that cannot wait. You always receive a call back from Teri within less than or equal to 4 hours maximum. The issue is assessed and an appointment with Dr. Thomas Steedle is confirmed to be seen within 48 hours at the most. They obviously care about you and resolution of issues. In todays world we can sometimes feel as if we are a number. Not here at this office. All of the staff I have had contact with are professional, friendly and genuinely concerned about you as a patient. Highly recommend this practice for any eye issues. Dr. Steedle is the best in the field. Along with Teri you cannot ask for better care.

    It was a good experience. I especially liked that the initial staff member did most of the pre injection prep, one less room to visit and not as much wait time as previously. Also, much less congestion in entering the office.

    Good people, professional, kind, friendly! As usual the length of time waiting is just that, “lengthy” . I get the impression that the senior management is much like the senior management at the healthcare facility I formerly worked at. Only interested in numbers and not employees! Please treat your people as human beings and not a means to profit! Treat your people well and they will insure your profitability.

    I got into my appointment right on time. People were constantly cleaning and that made me feel safe. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. the doctpr listened closely to me, answered my questions in language I could understand. It was a very nice experience.

    I've been with Florida Eye Clinic for ... well, decades! Dr Xavier istop notch as well asthe rest of the staff... consistantly! I'd recommend to anyone!n Glaucoma test and other exams performed as usual, with explanation and thoroughness as always!
