    Friendly, professional, excellent customer service! From the moment I walked in the door, the staff was friendly & professional. The woman at the front desk was warm & welcoming. I didn’t catch her name. Dawn was absolutely phenomenal! So pleasant, caring, & fun. Dr. Hymann was friendly, professional, & informative. She communicated with me throughout my exam & after. I had a great experience, & I am so happy I found this wonderful location!

    Friendly, Efficient Service This was my first appointment at this office. Everyone was very kind and the office seemed very efficient. I was caught off guard by the expense and the amount of out of pocket payment I was going to have to make but I guess that is more related to my insurance coverage.

    Well run, great people I’ve been with FEC since it’s beginning, but have been going to Lake Underhill for about 6 years. People there are professional, friendly and efficient. On my recent visit I was also able to see how well they are providing their care while taking precautions against COVID. Dr. Nguyen is wonderful.

    Dr Sterling and staff provided care in a caring and professional manner. i was treated promptly, Dr Sterling was very thorough in the examination. She provided a detailed explanation of her findings and advice on my treatment.

    Even tho I got lost getting there and was 15 min late...the girls in the office still acomodated me and was still seen. I had a good time connected with the staff nicely. The girls in the office were very nice and sweet! I really liked the Dr very much. It was overall a great experience! The office was also very nice and clean.

    FL Eye Clinic in Winter Springs is the only place to go for customer satisfaction!! The minute you enter into Dr. Sterling's office, you are greeted with warmth and smiles from everyone! The front desk employees are always kind and patient, the nurses take the time to help you throughout your visit, and the optical department is always willing to work with you to fit you into just the right pair of glasses! We've been coming here for years and absolutely love Dr. Sterling and her staff. Dr. Sterling is the best there is and we appreciate her kindness , honesty, and thoroughness during our visits. Thank you Dr. Sterling and your wonderful staff for always making us feel welcomed!!
