    Very Good Experience Entire process was very good, the staff was very professional and were reassuring and took extra precautions considering the current pandemic situation we are in. I had cataract surgery on both eyes 3 weeks apart and in both cases everything went perfect, no complications or unexpected outcomes. Everything went on schedule and I am very pleased with the out come.

    Great emergency care. Needed eye care and they were great accommodating me as walk in. I ended up having a virus in my eye. Dr. Steedle and Terry provided great service.

    Efficient and high quality service Dr. Xavier is very efficient; she answers all of my technical questions with patience and knowledge. I would very much recommend her for all retinal issues. I appreciate that she keeps up with the latest technology in her field. I also appreciate her confidence in her work work and services. It gives me confidence that she will do her very best during surgery and after.

    I was Happy with my right eye experience with Dr. Pappas, not so much with the Clermont office an my Left Eye. I was quite happy with the Optical department at Altamonte & Ocoee with Dr. Livingston ! Unhappy that Optical department did not accept my UHC insurance !

    More efficient regarding time, testing. staff was attentive & glad for the social distancing, mask wearing amongst patients as well........... I would like to comment that it has been very difficult to have my results sent to my primary Dr. & also the Diabetes Dr. These are very necessary for my treatments...& have requested more than once, via email, & written letter. Please do this............I have been a patient for quite a few years.

    Actually caring about patient out-of-pocket ependitures and informative medical personnel. Like the time spent in examining my eyes, great suggestions to help with "dry eyes". Very clean office, patient rooms and waiting room. Following protocols for health safety. Love the staff!!!
