    Professional, Caring, Expert I have been a patient of Dr. Cady for just shy of 20 years. Going to his office for my yearly appointment is actually something I look forward to as it is an opportunity to check my Eye health is in good standing but more importantly a chance to further the long-time relationship I have with the Dr. and his impressive staff with most having an unheard of tenure in this day and age. They follow up on personal stories we had a year ago and truly love and care about what they do. The devotion, empathy and follow through is fabulous especially from long-time team members Jodi and Stacey. Ashley at the front desk is also extremely sharp. I am very thankful for Dr. Cady’s years of experience and respect in his field. It was several years ago I was in for a routine eye exam and he found a serious condition. He immediately made sure I took the next steps in my medical plan and was the reason the issue has been maintained and not escalated. While I should have written this review much sooner, I was blown away by the team’s empathy and response to an eye issue I had this week. From seeing me multiple times, an emergency visit, home phone calls to make sure the drops were working as they should, and beyond. Thank you for making me always feel like I am a top priority amongst the many patients that I know you see and make feel the same! If you are in Ormond area, there is no other practice to consider!

    As always, my experience at this location was excellent, from the staff at the door taking temperatures, to Cathy who dialated my eyes, to Pam at check out..everyone is always so nice and smiling and very professional. I’ve been a patient for 2 years now with Dr Xavier, who I feel is just amazing...she is down to earth, a straight shooter...and genuinely nice...she takes her time and answered any questions and explained things nicely and in a way you can understand and relate...she is awesome, and so is the staff in that facility...top notch all the way!

    Very careful during pandemic, good service as always. I have been going here for about 5 years. They were very cautious and courteous with keeping things safe and comfortable during the pandemic. I felt my safety was their utmost concern. I was very thankful for their extra efforts. Stacey and Dr. Cady are friendly and professional.

    Great job. One suggestion. I love the high quality care from this office. All staff is friendly and helpful and the doctor is very easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Just one suggestion. If possible it would be nice to schedule my next appointment PRIOR to getting my eyes dialated so I can see my calendar.

    I have been a patient of Dr. Bradley Shoss at the office in Clermont, FL. I have been a patient of Dr. Bradley Shoss , his office staff are so pleasant and efficient and make me feel comfortable while at the office. My appointments were on time ,no waiting and reminders were always kept. I have had two eye surgeries and I trusted Dr. Shoss completely, and the best part (___I CAN SEE!)____________my world has been made bright and clear.

    Great experience Finally I saw a doctor that was able to describe to me what my issue is on and in my eyes her name is Xavier. She was very clear in explaining to me the physics of what’s happening in my eyes as it relates to diabetes and the pressure of the back of my eye and I was very happy with her clear explanation.

    Florida Eye Clinic is professional and well run. Friendly and accommodating staff. Dr Xavier has great procedures and support staff. I find her to be professional and caring. Takes time to explain and answer questions. Everything runs efficiently and in a reasonable time frame. Appointments now run less than 2 hours and most times 1 1/2 hours.
