    High quality and I always leave being educated by Dr.Grubbs. I leave with a smile no matter the circumstance. The staff greet you and work very efficient. The way it’s strategize from the time you walk in unto the time you leave. All have expertise in customer service . High quality efficient and courteous experience . No complains. I love Dr. Grubbs and staff. I called for an emergency and at first the lady said Dr. Grubbs schedule is full until October. I requested if someone cancelled to please “add-“ me in. She then transferred me to front desk and a kind representative said there was a cancellation open and if I could make it in within that time. That same day, I got the service and left happy. Thank-You very much for listening to my concern.

    Excellent service as always From the greeting when I first until I was checked out I was treated politely by every staff member I encountered. Dr. Hanley is very professional and has an excellent grasp of how to interact with patients.

    Job well done! Crystal was calm, efficient and pleasant while completing my field test. Jessica was very friendly, competent, and professional. Front desk personnel were well organized. I was in and out, but felt I had a thorough examination. It goes without saying my Opthamologist is amazing!

    Super friendly staff, and great iverall service. Everything was was great, the staff is very nice and friendly, and my doctor well is one awesome dude. The only thing i am hoping you guys do away with is getting rid of those rediculous safety meassures that you and I both know are just a for show and do not help in the least against a phony virus. Hate wearing masks. But aside from that i love visiting you guys.
