    Great support staff Husband had an appointment at two different locations and both locations gave us a very hard time about allowing me to join due to my husband needing assistance due to vision condition. They would not let me join even though we called ahead of time and explained the situation. I was hoping being an eye clinic they would be more understanding of someone with a vision condition. At this location my husband said Taka was amazing during his appointment, she truly cared about his health and took great care of him! He said she was wonderful and made his day better.

    Above high quality of care. Dr. Harry Pappas has been caring for my dad catarac surgery in both eyes. He has gone out of his way to make us feel comfortable through the whole process. Him and his team are wonderful and caring people. i would recommend them for your catarac needs and care . Your not just a number to them your family and friends. I can not thank them enough for all they have done for my father and family.

    Very clean and organized office. Doctors very experienced and helpful. Been going to the Altamonte office for many years and have been very satisfied with their doctors and staff. On three occasions that I had concerns about my eyes was able to see a doctor the same day, or the next day at the latest. This was in addition to my regular visits. Doctors are very experienced and caring. Took time to explain findings or address any concerns I had. Do I recommend their services? YES. I feel I have to give credit where credit is due.

    I have been a patient of Dr Sterling 's for several years and would highly recommend her as she is the very best eye doctor . My late husband was also a patient of Dr Sterlings and because he suffered from Alzheimer's disease he was not an easy person to deal with but Dr Sterling was always very patient and kind and always managed to get him to cooperate and perform the necessary eye exam .

    Small office, and very low-key. Waiting time was longer than expected, but doctor and staff very nice.

    My first Visit to Florida eye was awesome. Dora greeted me at the door, took all the necessary preventions for COVID. I had my tests done and then I was with Dr Pressly. She was thorough and answered all my questions. I can’t remember the opticians name but she was wonderful helping decide what glasses compliment me . Definitely would go back there next year. Wonderful and compassionate

    I recently switched eye providers and decided to visit Dr Hyman office. She took her time with my exam and answered any questions I had. So happy I switch providers and I will be back next year. Her staff is professional and very caring.

    All the people who took care of me was very nice, but ...... only the one sitting on the desk in the front was not very friendly, only when she thought that I was going to buy and spend $ 600 she could help me, but don't ask her anything else.

    Good explanation of the test The doctor was very good at explaining what had to happen for my insurance to vover the problem, a developing cataract.

    Too-notch care! My annual eye exam was a breeze thanks to Dr. Sterling and her highly efficient team. They provide individualized attention and answered all my questions. Great for family care!

    Great Dr Xavier and Assistants Except for the inital wait time of 40 min. Everything went as scheduled. Elana does a great OCT by being very efficient and friendly; Monaca printed my scans quickly and also very efficiently. Visiting every 2 mos or so gives one a good idea as to how the process should run. Thanks for everybody's time and efforts.

    New eye doctor, friendly staff Dr. Hoatson and staff were friendly. This was a new doctor for me. I came in early for my appointment and waited . My wait was pass the appointment time for an hour, the delay is why average review.
