    JUST GREAT! From the triage nurse/assistant to Dr. Grubbs - awesome service. Clear and concise questions, answers and future directions. Answers to my questions, were clear, not rushed and full of the necessary information I needed. I have already recommended this Office to so many of my friends and family. My husband will be making his appointment today.

    Always dependable The doctors and staff manage to be friendly and welcoming in spite of the enormous number of patients they see each day. We always feel we have been treated well and that our eyesight is being carefully monitored so that our vision remains excellent.

    All of the staff are friendly and do excellent jobs. My only complaint is the wait times. Almost three hours passed from the time I arrived until I checked out. Didn’t feel like I was really needed at this practice Hopefully next visit will be a better experience

    Great group of Drs, and Staff. Dr Mark's and the staff have always been great to me since I unexpectedly went blind in one eye. They are caring and sympathetic. I was also referred to Dr. Steedle who was also very professional and caring. I wouldn't go to anyone else!

    It's all true what the commercial says" I had moved to Winter Haven, and to be quit honest; their is no Doctor like Dr. Sandoval. Very professional , speaks Spanish, and most of all manages your eye needs. Her tech Grenda is also the best , with a great attitude, friendly and very compassionate!!! and my check in and out was so smooth and quick. Keep up the great customer service Florida Eye Clinic - Kissimmee
