Staff was friendly and efficient, and Dr. Shoss did a great job of explaining what was going to happen and listened to my questions and concerns. He took the time to answer my questions in a way that I could understand. After surgery my vision is much better with minimal after affects.

RecommendedHighly recommend Dr. Shoss and his TEAM. I am one week post op for Cataract repair and Lasik for astigmatism. I had excellent assessment, prep for OR, surgical repair, recovery , post op assessment and care. I have 20:15 vision in the repaired eye! No complications. I am extremely grateful to the Dr. Shoss at his Clermont location.

RecommendedDr. Samantha Xavier diagnosed with macular degeneratiom...Dr.Xavier, on my first consultation, reassured me on the injections and was very patient and asked me if i had any questions or concerns. was diagnosed with macular degeneration and sent to Dr. Xavier. Our first visit was for any questions and concerns I had. She was very informative and explained everything. Went today for my first eye injection. Needless to say, still a nervous wreck at the thought of a needle being stuck in my eye! Now there are doctors and then there are doctors! Dr. Xavier is so friendly and warm I immediately felt at ease. Has a great sense of humor, listens to you......and guess what........felt nothing!!!!! I highly recommend Dr. Samantha Xavier if you are ever in the same position as me.. thank you!!!!!

RecommendedNot sure why there are so many bad reviews on here. Everyone there was super nice. The receptionists, technician, and Dr. Kady were very kind and answered all of my questions. I was seen at my appointment time and did not have to wait long. This was actually the best experience I've ever had with an eye doctor. Very sweet people.

RecommendedI have been using Florida Eye Clinic for my annual eye exams since I moved to Orlando three years ago at the recommendation of my PCP. Recently I had to have a laser assisted cataract operation in my right eye. The care and attention I received every step of the way was extraordinary. My surgeon, Dr. Ross Parks, performed my surgery with great skill. I am extremely pleased with this clinic and its staff

RecommendedDr. Wang has been my eye doctor for over 10 years. She is very gifted, professional, and caring. I have had cataracts removed from both of my eyes. I have never had to be concerned or anxious over the surgery, as she has earned my complete confidence. Their post surgery follow up care is also excellent. I appreciate the Florida Eye Clinic for it friendly, efficient staff, it's cleanliness, and everyone's professionalism. They are very busy, and you do have to spend some time with them, but they let you know about the wait ahead of time. I would (and do) recommend Dr. Wang, the staff, and the clinic to every one.

RecommendedDr Wang removed a very aggressive cataract from one of my eyes a few weeks ago. I just turned 50 last year and noticed the vision in my left eye was deteriorating. My regular eye doctor detected a small cataract but said it was too early to operate. Within a year though it had advanced rapidly to a stage where I could barely see out of my left eye. My eye doctor said it needed to be operated on as soon as possible and recommended someone for me that she usually works with. When I told my Dad who had both of his cataracts removed by Dr. Wang a few years ago incidentally he didn't hesitate in recommending her and only her. To be honest I was nervous about going as I'm prone to panic attacks when it comes to doctor visits. I don't know why but I've been that way ever since I was a kid. I started thinking about putting it off as long as possible and even started contemplating living the rest of my life with just one good eye and wearing an eye patch. Thank goodness my wife stepped in and dragged me to Dr. Wang's office for an exam. Dr. Wang immediately put all my fears to rest and calmed my nerves. I was extremely impressed with Dr. Wang's expertise and equally impressed with her communication and social skills. She explained all the facets of the exams leading up to the surgery, was up front about her findings and her recommendations. My eye surgery was unique in the sense that I'm extremely myopic and also in danger of having a detached retina due to the shape of my eye and severe astigmatism. After meeting with a retina specialist we agreed it was worth the risk and when he heard Dr. Wang was performing the surgery he said I have nothing to worry about because "she's the best there is." Dr. Wang laid out an action plan and we were off and running. The surgery was a success and the experience was wonderful. My eyesight which wasn't even good enough to see my alarm clock in the morning is now 20/25. My eyesight is better than when I was a kid. It's like having HD vision. Anyone who needs this procedure done should go to Dr. Wang. She is the absolute BEST and I can't recommend her highly enough. The Florida Eye Clinic with it's courteous and professional staff is a place I can highly recommend to anyone who seeks a truly life changing experience. Thank you Dr. Wang for giving me my sight back.

RecommendedCalled up and made a new patient appointment. Showed up expecting a bit of a wait but even after filling out all the paperwork it was an hour before I got taken to the back, and another hour on top of that because in the back was another waiting room. Both waiting rooms were nearly full of people waiting to be seen.
But then a Tech came and I actually got shown to a room and she was quite pleasant and very professionally on point.
After I was done with the tech she had me wait in the 2nd waiting room but that didn't take long because I didn't even have time to sit down before I was whisked into another room where the Doctor himself showed up.Timothy W. ·

RecommendedShe is very knowledgeable and wants to help with any phobias you may have pertaining to catarac surgery. I was a little nervous and put off getting both eyes corrected as long as possible. The experience was wonderful and my eyesight which wasn't even good enough to drive a car anymore is now 20/25. My eyesight is better than when I was a child . Every person who needs this procedure done should go to Dr. Nguyen. She is the BEST!!!

Never been There! I received a review request from The Florida Eye Clinic. I have never been to The Florida Eye Clinic. I have been waiting for an appointment from a clinic, the appointment was set up between The Veterans Administration , and the Eye Clinic. I got the call from The VA, but the Eye Clinic has not contacted me to set up an appointment. Now I get an email from The Florida Eye Clinic, asking me to review their services. NEVER BEEN THERE! If I’ve never been there, what do I know! Wait a minute, was this the clinic that was supposed to set an appointment up with me to have my eyes checked. Well wata u no!
