    I was expecting the worst, and was extremely pleasantly surprised. As a new patient I arrived 30minutes prior to my 10 AM appointment to fill out paperwork. I was seen promptly by 10:05am. Two wonderful techs (Allison and Mark, I believe), performed several visual tests for a routine eye exam and glaucoma screening, and Dr. Gruenberg saw me after all results were forwarded to him. From the receptionist to the techs and opthalmologist, each staff member was courteous, patient, and respectful. The techs and doctor took their time to explain the results of the exam, and I was done by 11:30am! I never felt rushed or just a number, and they have a very efficient system. I will certainly be returning here.

    Great staff-Dr. Shoss is a caring, good doctor I felt like I had an excellent exam-done in a timely manner (considering my eyes needed to be dilated). I would highly recommend this practice.

    I highly recommend Dr. Shoss at the Florida Eye Clinic. The staff is very friendly and helpful. After suffering a very painful eye infection Dr Shoss provided treatment that made the infection go away. I was very lucky he was extremely knowledgeable and very calming and always took time to make sure I was okay. I appreciate the quality of service that was provided.

    Very caring, friendly, highest standard Doctor and Staff I had Cataract Surgery in both eyes and my recovery was excellent. I feel very confident with the care I received from FLORIDA EYE CLINIC - at the Clermont office and at the Surgery Center in Altamonte Springs. Dr Shoss is very thorough with the examination and also with my surgery and explained everything he was doing. Well done! Highly recommended.

    Quick and Pleasant I had the first appointment of the day, and I didn't have to sit and wait for more than a couple of minutes during the whole process. Everyone who worked with me was super-nice and friendly.

    3/29/2018 - update I wanted to share the experience I had today on a follow up visit. The admin staff was professional and courteous, unlike my initial visit. I overheard one staff member ask "would you mind...." to a patient in a pleasant tone. At every step of the visit the person that I was assigned to had excellent patient interaction skills and never left me guessing on what was going to happen next and made me feel welcome. David Letbetter, M.D. and his team are top notch. He took the time to help educate me on my issue and explained everything.

    I needed a Yag capsulotomy and it was painless and vision is so much better at this time. Dr. Shoss (Clermont office) is very professional at each appointment and explains my eye conditions very well.

    My wait time in the Winter Springs office was minimal. Staff persons were pleasant and helpful. Dr. Hyman was cordial, capable, and caring, and took time to make sure all my concerns were addressed.

    Job Well Done I went to Florida Eye Clinic for an eye exam. I was seen after a very short wait, was examined by a technician and was then seen by Dr. Gruenberg. Following his examination, Dr. Gruenberg explained his findings to me. I requested a written script even those my vision hadn't changed because I need new frames. My husband and I have been patients at Florida Eye Clinic since moving to Florida in 2014 and are very satisfied with the physicians and staff.

    Very satisfactory! After reading some of the reviews which were so negative I went feeling very anxious about the clinic but found everyone to be very pleasant and helpful. Did not have to wait too long at all and Dr. Hyman was delightful she answered all my questions in such a pleasant manner - so grateful and relieved to have her as my doctor - made me feel very comfortable. Yes, it would be nice if they updated the equipment as I feel the docs deserve that. Thank you for caring. This also goes for the gentleman who helped me with my eyeglasses!!!

    WOW! My left eye was only usable as a light detector, my right eye was developing the same. Cataracts had formed on my eyes at 56 years old. Dr Jochum replaced my natural lenses with Crystalens IOC's. This procedure has changed my life. I can see perfect, and enjoy life without glasses so much. Trust Dr Jochum with your vision, as he is truly skilled, and a great doctor
