    Easy to get an appoinment and Dr. Goncalves is fantastic. Had to get a quick appointment to get contacts and they fit me right in on my day off. Also, day of, were able to move my appointment forward. Did not have to spend a lot of time sitting around the office when I got there so none of my time was wasted. Even though I only see the Dr. once a year, she always remembers me and takes the best care of my eyes.

    Thankful for the great service I have been dealing with Mami's health for a while, her eyesight in particular. Her retina specialist sent us to Dr. Catherine Wang to have her Cataracts looked at. We did one eye surgery at a time first the right and last week the left. Her left one was really bad though, she could only see 2 feet in front of her. Dr. Wang told us that the cataract was really dense and that she might not have the same sight as her right eye but that it would definitely be better. So that's what we prepared for. A little improvement would've been a lot for Mami since her sight was so bad. On surgery day we said a prayer and left it in the hands of God and the doctor. Dr. Wang called that afternoon to see how Mami was doing and to tell me the magnitude of the cataract. That mami might have headaches and be nauseous (which of course never happened cause it's Mami) and that she wanted to see us the next day for the post-op. The moment of truth came the next day when they did an eye exam just to see what she could read. First came the HUGE E that she couldn't even see last time. She read it. Then the next line. She read that too! By the time she finally reached a line she couldn't see my lady was now having 20/40 vision!! Needless to say I cried of happiness. My mom could see! All of this to say thank you to Dr. Catherine Wang and all the staff at the Florida Eye Clinic in Ocoee and Altamonte Springs for the amazing care you provided to my mom. Your attention to detail and the genuine care you demonstrated for my mom are some of the reasons why I will always be thankful for you.

    Flawless service From the welcoming staff to Teresa Goncalves it was friendly, welcoming and professional. I was thrilled to find Teresa Goncalves again. She was my doctor at the Doctor Phillips location for years. The office on Edgewater was in a perfect location for me. Flawless from the start.

    High quality, very professional, great experience on every visit. Both my wife and myself have used the services of the Orange City office several times over the past couple of years. My wife for cataract surgery and me for diabetes related macular degeneration. We can't say enough good things about Dr Yochum and his staff. They all seem genuinely interested in their patients and have been employed there for a very long time. I consider myself lucky to have such an office close to my home. I was scared when I learned I would need to get shots in my eyes but the office staff knew just what to say to calm me down. A special thank you to Regina, Amber, Jackie, Dan and all the staff that helps me through each visit. Thanks also to the person responsible for hiring these wonderful Angels of mercy.

    Clermont Florida Eye Clinic location Rocks It must be odd to hear that a visit to a clinic for a medical exam was enjoyable, but I walked out smiling. From the time I entered to the time I left, everyone was courteous, but more important, personable. I was treated like a person, not a chart. The front office staff were welcoming & as we chatted it felt as if I were talking with my aunts. The physician's assistants were very kind & patient. The doctor was funny & knowledgable; I enjoyed his stories & learning about my eyes. They all deserve my highest rating at the Clermont location.

    Love them Love them. Dr Helbling is great. She know just how to distract me to complete the tests needed. I can't say enough about the staff. Dawn is hilarious, we joke about almost everything. Jackie & Theresa are warm and inviting. They are also great when I have to pick out new glasses. They have always taken great care of me.

    Excellent service, issues resolved, I'm bi-fold polar My wife and I went for exam and glasses. My wife loves her glasses and both love the staff. I am weak in sales situations so I will offer this as a"heads up" to those with a similar backbone.
    I knew that I was done with progressives and did not want bifocals. I knew this from almost 40 years of experience and knowing my habits, but i was weak upon facing Sal, Master Optician. When he stood up, waving his arms and shaking his head saying, "No, no, no!" I caved and accepted the bifocals he insisted on.
    After 4 days of wearing the bifocals and succumbing to taking them off to read easier in all close up situations, I finally went back to my old progressives until Sal agreed to put the new lenses in the frames I originally bought for free.
    Over all, the situation was resolved easily and professionally.
    Sal's a nice guy, just be prepared to stand your ground if you are confident of what you want. On the other hand, If you are willing to hear good advise from a friendly Master Optician, Sal really knows his stuff.

    BTW, I'm Bi-polar so please ignore any angrier reviews that I can't edit. ( Yeah, lol, but it's true)

    Very professional and thorough I have been going to the Florida Eye Clinic for several years and have had only positive experiences. They will first check my vision then will perform a comprehensive eye exam. They will check for cataracts, glaucoma etc.The office staff is very professional and will make sure you have all the information you need. I highly recommend.

    My visit was on 3/09/2017. My appointment was at 1:30 PM with Dr. Jayakumar Ananthan Nair OD. This facility is very clean and comfortable. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment and was greeted by the front desk promptly, professionally, and courteous. I was seen right on time. The entire evolution was completed within 45 minutes. Dr. Jayakumar Ananthan Nair OD and his staff were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Thank you so much for an excellent visit today.

    Love Dr. Mahootchi and his staff. Dr. Mahootchi and his staff are so caring. Everyone made me feel so at ease. They explained everything they were doing and asked more than once if I had any questions. After cataract surgery and crystalens in place I am so glad I am glasses free and can see to drive at night. Everything is now so white and clear. I couldn't be happier with the results from Dr. Mahootchi.

    Excellence each and every time, and for multiple years!! Dr. Helbling and her wonderful staff have attended to my vision needs for numerous years (even in their former location) and the results have always been the same . . . professional, friendly, engaging, and actually a bit of fun thrown in as well. It is extremely easy to recommend this location to others who might be looking for an excellent eye clinic. I will continue to use them despite many others being in more convenient locations. They are truly that good!

    Exceptionally professional and courteous care. Have been a patient since 2012. The entire staff has provided excellent care and took the time to answer any and all questions. Explained conditions in an easily understood manner. Very pleased with the level of care.

  • I had no idea where this office was when I first selected it off my insurance website, but my original thought process, besides the fact that it was rated well, was that as this office also does optical surgery, such as LASIK procedures, that it would be a convenient place for my eye exam and future consultation for corrective eye surgery. The building itself is much larger than I expected and the parking lot is really full, so it seems that people are always going here for something. The waiting room is nothing to write home about and needs to be updated quite honestly. But my experience with Dr. Boodram was great! He made me feel very comfortable and explained exactly what he was doing as well as his thought process in some of the suggestions that he offered. Something that I believe helped me to have a more productive visit was that I brought both my glasses and contact lens box with me to show the office the exact prescription I had been wearing. Because of this, Dr. Boodram was able to help me figure out something in my previous prescription that may have been wrong, so we're still in the process of rectifying that. He, as well as the front desk and optical staff, provided me with great service and I felt very comfortable here. The wait time to see the doctor is pretty long though, even with an appointment, so make sure you bring something to read! For me, the wait was worth it, but factor that in before deciding to come here.

    I went to Florida Eye Clinic complaining of flashing lights and floaters. They worked me in the same day. Dr. Steedle, neurophthalmologist, was kind, explained what he was doing, answered my questions and addressed my concerns. He was very thorough. After my exam he was concerned about what he had observed and made an appointment with Dr. Feldman, a Retina specialist, for the next day. Dr. Feldman conducted a very professional and complete examination. He explained the results in laymen terms for which I'm very grateful. The entire staff treated me with care and we're all very professional. I would highly recommend Florida Eye Clinic to anybody that is having an eye problem or needs an eye exam.

    Excellent Service Excellent service right from the phonecall scheduling my appointment. Convenient location and professional staff! You can tell it's an older building, but everything inside was clean and comfortable. Dr. Feldman made me feel very comfortable and was informative of what he was doing, or testing for, during the entire process. Definitely will recommend this office to my friends, family and associates, and will be sure they will be treated as well as I was great.

    I know that the waits are long and there is no such thing as a quick appointment here, but if you have strabismus, like I do, you won't find anyone better than Dr. Gruenberg and his team.

    Alison really took her time to get my prism right. The doctor explained things to me that no other ophthalmologist or optometrist had. I feel like I understand my condition much better because of him
