    Great staff and MD Staff is always so nice. I am a nervous patient and they are great. Dr Xavier is wonderful and personable and an excellent doctor. My vision has improved so much since I started coming here. It’s a process but they make it easier.

    A+ All staff I interacted with were friendly, efficient and professional. Dr. Xavier was informative, congenial and reassuring, as always. Just under an hour for the whole appointment, nice surprise since in years past I’ve been there 3 to 4 hours on occasion.

    Everything was great except the delays in getting to the Dr. Dr Steddle was busy and the virus may have contributed to the delays. Otherwise the service and expertise was great.

    Very efficient and overall positive experience. Completed the eye exam in the College Park Office. Doctor was efficient and great rapport. They referred me to the Michigan office for a eye procedure. . Completed the procedure another day and went smoothly. Only hiccup, They were supposed to call in a prescription to my pharmacy that day, the n I went to pick it up the next Morning and The prescription was not sent to the pharmacy. I proceeded to call the clinic and they said they will send it again within 20 minutes. I came back later in the day to pick up the prescription and it still was not there. Prescription was not called in. I then had to contact me after hours doctor to get the prescription called in late that night.I was disappointed with that part of the engagement. Dealing with but I clinic was a pleasant experience.

    Safe and Cared For I was impressed with the safety details that all the staff Presented with, from the triage nurse, the behind the scenes crew that made it possible to electronically fill out paperwork ahead of time, to the admitting personnel, the doctor’s thoroughness in both explaining the issue and in his expertise in resolving it, his assistant and the discharge folks. All exhibited compassion and caring, with an emphasis on patient safety that also included following CDC guidelines to protect against the spread of COVID-19.

    I have appreciated the staff, whether it was the techs or the doctors. The office staff also has been very courteous, kind, and considerate. I have been going to the Florida Eye Clinic for probably 10 years. Everyone has been great. However, the phone system is terrible. You rarely can call the office you want to call. You get the main office and get an automated system that takes forever. When you leave a message, messages are not returned. Having said that, I still will continue to go because once you get there it is professional.
