RecommendedJohn Kenney from Paul Bange Roofing came to our house this week to inspect our roof and give us an estimate to repair or re-roof the flat areas, and (at our request) to also quote a total re-roof of the house (Flat Roofs and Peaked w/ Barrel Tile Roofs). John didn't try to over-sell us on doing the whole roof. He gave us a very thorough and honest evaluation of our roof, and we are grateful for his advice and expertise. John has been great with communication and responding to calls & texts. The quote he gave us was a fair price. Also, John was at our home less than 24 hours from when I called Paul Bange Roofing to request a quote. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

RecommendedToday I was at my rental property and was advised that we are getting new roofs and I needed to have my A/C repaired. The unit was put in 4 months ago. I saw a Paul Bange truck driving by and I waved them down. I asked if they could explain. John Kenney offered to fly the drone and show me my unit. He took pictures and sent them to me. He explained everything to me and helped so much. Thank you Paul for hiring the most amazing staff.

RecommendedI just finished completely renovating my entire house and had Paul Bange do my roof. Of all the trades I shopped around for, roofing was not one of them. As a superintendent for over 20 years for commercial developer, I already knew they were the best in the industry and had every intent on using them, and I could not have been happier!! Everything from start to finish was first class! From the team in the office to the crews in the field, everyone was extremely professional, courteous, and knew exactly what they were doing. I can not express how happy I was with the entire process! Of all the contractors I had do work on my house, Paul Bange was the only one I didn't have to worry about! Last but not least, I wanted to give a special thanks to Aaron who was truly a pleasure to work with! You couldn't pick a better person to represent your company and deal with your customers. He was personable, professional, courteous, and extremely customer oriented. He did an amazing job at making sure everything ran smoothly and that I was informed every step of the way, and I appreciated it very much! For anyone reading this that needs to have roofing work done, do yourself a big favor and reach out to these guys! You won't regret it!!

RecommendedJosh eased my worries about going with Paul Bange. He walked me through the proposal and process with a smile and great customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was happening the whole way through the process. The girls from the office who called and kept the scheduled events moving were kind and helpful. Only thing missing from a 5 star was the on site crew could have communicated better with me about leaving the tar on the roof without giving me the options. I ended up having to go up and paint the remaining tar on my own which was fine but wish I had been asked about it. The scheduling of permits, working with HOA and getting the plumber onsite was a huge bonus and I thank them for doing that. Overall I would recommend this team as they were transparent with pricing and got the job done in a good turn around and the roof looks good and is safe. Thanks again to Josh who was an all star sales person and handled the whole process to a TEE!

RecommendedAaron was prompt, calling or texting before he arrived, and then went above and beyond in helping me scope out any issues and what can be done to correct them. I only have a few more years left on the life of this roof, so when the time comes I will remember Aaron and his superb customer service and call on Paul Bange Roofing for a replacement.
