    Donna was very helpful and polite when I contacted the company for our roof repair, and we were very happy with results !! A few companies came before to repair our roof but they didn't solve the problem...but Paul Bange did !! For any further repairs we ll contact them right away . Thank you guys !

    I first called Paul Bange Roofing in August 2025 after dealing with ongoing problems from a previous roofer who had replaced my entire roof but unfortunately did a very poor job. For nearly two years, I experienced leak after leak after leak, despite countless attempts to "fix" the problem. By that point, not only had I reached my limit, but so had my wood floors, ceilings, master bedroom, and guest bedroom. From the very first phone call late in the evening on August 22nd, I knew I was finally in good hands. Even though the office was technically closed, Wendy answered the phone with kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. You could truly hear the smile in her voice. She immediately reassured me that her team would take care of everything properly and quickly. Wendy promised Jordan would contact me the very next day and assured me they would prioritize getting me on the schedule as soon as possible. Sure enough, thanks to Donna on the daytime shift, everything moved forward exactly as promised. Donna made sure I received a prompt call from Jordan and that my roof repair was scheduled with urgency. Thank you, Donna! Jordan took the time to thoroughly explain why Paul Bange Roofing is different. He walked me through exactly what was wrong with my roof, how they were going to repair it properly the first time, the costs, timeline, warranty, and even assured me they would provide photos throughout the process. Paul Bange Roofing did exactly what they said they were going to do, and they truly stood behind their word. It has now been almost one full year since my roof was repaired by Paul Bange Roofing, and I have not had a single leak since. We have had many heavy Miami rainstorms this season, and my home has remained completely dry. A huge thank you to Wendy, Donna, and Jordan for their professionalism, communication, kindness, and dedication throughout the entire process. It is rare these days to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers and takes such pride in its work. I highly recommend Paul Bange Roofing to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and high-quality roofing work.

    Aaron was incredible. Professional and very thorough. The company is one I would recommend to anyone with the dreaded roof issue. These guys are on time and run an incredibly professional organization. As for Aaron, Can't say enough good things about the guy.
