Everyone I've encountered throughout the process was friendly, professional, and helpful. Especially John Kenny, Lumi the receptionist, Joanna from billing, Marco Reyes, and Brenda Bange. John Kenny guided me through the entire process, helping me choose the best materials for my home without any high-pressure sales tactics. The installation crew was punctual, highly professional, and remarkably efficient. They treated my property with respect, worked diligently, and completed the entire roof replacement on schedule. The cleanup was so thorough that you couldn't even tell they were there-except for the stunning New Roof! Their workmanship and attention to detail are top-notch, and the roof has already perfectly weathered Tamarac's seasonal storms. I highly recommend Paul Bange Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and skilled roofing company. Just give Paul a Call, like the catchy commercial says. ;) they will not disappoint.

    I'm so happy to submit this review on Donna Woods. I had a re-roofing work done at my home for a Insurance Renewal. The work was partially done. I didn't find out until the Insurance Inspector returned. I was upset and very disappointed. Ms. Woods, was the Representative i was so grateful to speak to at Paul Bainge. Ms.Woods, showed so much patience and interest. I must say Ms.Woods, didn't treat me as a Customer she treated me as a person that cared. Ms.Woods, assured me she was stay with my issue an get my mishap to the correct person. She did just that. Ms. Woods would be my reasons for returning for any future projects. Thanks Donna

    We had a positive experience with Paul Bange Roofing. Donna was Awsome and the team doing the work was also fantastic. The cost for what they had to do was very fair for how much work was done. I'm in the construction business and the Permitting was taking a bit long. I reached out to Donna and informed her of the issue after I went to the building department for an update. Her follow-up was awesome and the permit was submitted and approved rather quickly.

    Highly recommend Paul Bange Roofing to everyone and anyone! Our family was having extensive water intrusion in our old roof and needed a full replacement fast. From my initial call to the company I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful representative who promptly scheduled a free consultation. Within 30 minutes Matt was at our home and did a walk through and answered all our questions. From this first interaction until project completion Matt was incredibly helpful, friendly, attentive and provided excellent customer service. Although, during the roof replacement there were some inherent challenges given the old age of our property, the company worked competently and professionally through them and provided us with a high quality and excellent roof replacement. Michael Bange personally oversaw the work during these project challenges and also provided us with excellent customer service. The roof crew led by Milan were excellent throughout and also very friendly and hardworking. This is a testament to the excellent culture of this company and the integrity of the overall team. We couldn't be happier with the end result!
