He went up on the roof and thourohly inspected it. He then took the time to walk around the house and show me the important issues. We then discussed the options with absolutely no pressure. After his detailed explanations I made a decision to purchase a badly needed roof. He the put a drone in the air and took areal photos and measurements. Very impressive !! He departed and promptly contacted me with fully transparent pricing. I have since reached out to him twice and both times he immediately answered and helped me out. RecommendedI called Paul Bange Roofing for an estimate to have my roof repaired. I could not believe how nice Lumey answered the phone when i called and how fast she sent someone out to my home. When John got there I showed him where the stains were and he told me he was going to go in my attic and then on the roof to access the leak. When he was done he said i have good and bad news for you. He told me the good news was i did not have a roof leak and the bad news is it is my AC and he showed me picture that he had took in my attic showing the AC dripping. I really could not believe it because i had another roofing company come before and give me an estimate to fix my roof but the guy never went in my attic or on my roof. Thank you Paul Bange Roofing and especially John for being honest! I will recommend them to my friends and family.

As promised, Alex showed up the next day to take a look at the leak and set us up for our repair. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Before the end of the day Tuesday, Ernesto had repaired our roof and did an excellent job. This is my second experience with Paul Bange Roofing and while I hope my last, LOL, it's very comforting to know I have a relationship with a great roofing company!

RecommendedBack in 2005 we got hit by Hurricane Wilma. We went with another roofing company that did a shoddy job. The place where our flat roof met our hip roof leaked badly. After going through all sorts of "fixes" by other companies that FAILED, we hired Paul Bange. They fixed the problem immediately. Over the next 10 years or so, we would have a couple of leaks and Paul Bange did a great great job. So in 2024, when we decided we needed a new roof, the first company we called was Paul Bange. To do our due diligence, we got three or four other estimates from other reputable companies. But we were most comfortable with project manager Galen from PB. He patiently answered all our questions, gave us advice on what we needed (we have a shingle roof), and did not give us "hard sell". We even thought about doing a tile or metal roof, but Galen suggested the more economical shingles would suit our needs. He did suggest a solar-powered fan and a secondary water barrier as "upgrades" to our roof. We went with them. The team putting the roof on was quick, efficient and clean. We had a fantastic experience with Paul Bange, and recommend them 100%.

RecommendedPaul Bange Roofing was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. Aaron was our salesperson and our liaison for the duration of the job, and he was amazing! Definitely ask for Aaron when you call the company! He gave us a thorough understanding of our options, and helped us make decisions about roofing options. He brought not just catalogs but whole tile samples that he left here to help us choose, and was always accessible when we had questions along the way, sharing his cellphone so that we could reach him easily. We appreciated that Paul Bange Roofing was able to get us our roof tiles in record time, which made for a speedy process from contract to final inspection. The teams that did the take down of the old roof and installed the new one worked efficiently and with great precision. They prepared our property with care - it looked as clean as a surgical suite! Each day, they cleaned up so that it was as if they had never even been here. It should be said that not all roofing companies are this careful; we know of other roofing companies whose workers left lunch containers and discarded water bottles on neighbors' property; the workers from Paul Bange were always considerate and left our property and the neighboring area spotless each day. We now have a beautiful new, high quality roof that we will enjoy worry-free for many years to come. Many thanks to Aaron, and Paul Bange Roofing, for a job well done!
