    I have no words, but I'm gonna try from Jordan to Michael to Marcelo - this company has been amazing with transparency and accommodations and response. It was beautiful from the beginning with answering all my questions, Following up with any concerns and doing amazing work, I am at the point of first inspection, but I'm extremely happy and satisfied with every aspect of this endeavor. Jordan was amazing and clearly explaining And identifying every issue and answering every question, every call and every text, Michael was equally supportive, and insightful in his executive position to further explain appease my concerns, above and beyond, and then Marcelo on the job site was terrific as was his entire crew - They worked exceptionally hard all day and yet took the time to answer my questions professionally accurately, and very politely. I have not had such a wonderful experience in decades. This is truly the company to go to. If you need anything done with your roof they are a class act and a machine?? I will update if there are any issues, but I truly do not anticipate any because of their professionalism. In addition their customer care is amazing, everyone that I spoke with Has been professional and efficient?? And no, I am not friend or family. I was referred by a neighbor that did two roofs with them and equally happy.

    We have been in our house in Cooper City for 45 years, so we've had a few re-roof jobs over that time. The quality of service we experienced with Paul Bange Roofing was the best! Our salesperson, Aaron, responded quickly to our request for an estimate. He explained everything that would happen at each phase of the project and send all the necessary information by email. He was in touch throughout the process and everything went exactly as described. The crew that did the tear-off (the messiest part of the job) did an amazing job protecting our landscaping, pool and surrounding areas. Not a single plant was disturbed and there was no debris left behind. Our new roof looks great! And we feel comfortable knowing our home will be secure and more valuable in the years to come.

    I was in need of a new roof. I reached out to a handful of roofing companies to get quotes. There were only 2 companies who kept in touch with me as time passed. Aaron @ Paul Bange would check in with me to see if I had any questions. He came over on two seperate occasions to go over paperwork and such for the re roof process. Aaron was patient and not pushy.I had been asking around about Paul Bange Roofing and heard all good things.     Responsive, professional, quality! Paul Bange won our business from Day #1 after much research on roofers. Alex, the estimator, came to our home, spent the time answering all of our questions and kept in touch during our vendor selection journey. Once we decided, Alex got the process moving right away, Within a month, we had our new roof fully installed with all inspections passed. Alex always answered our calls/VM and resolved any concerns promptly. He even provided a recommendation for an excellent tarp installer which we had to use while conducting our roofer research. We enthusiastically recommend Paul Bange Roofing and, in particular, Alex. They are fortunate to have him; he's a key element to the company's success.

    I'm Paul give me a call. So I did. Matt came out, checked things out and gave me an estimate. A few days later I called Matt to firm things up. From day 1 the crew showed up timely and worked well together. The shingles arrived and Tony went to work doing a great job. Along the way, some concerns popped up and thanks to Giselle they were quickly resolved. I now have an awesome new roof and I recommend that you, give Paul a call.

    I am writing this review cause the day I met Mr.Evan I cut his hair at Sport Clips and I was telling him about my roof after about 5 haircuts I had a leak at my house.I contacted Evan from his buisness card and he was out the next day! He got me a proposal for my roof leak immediately. Also he kept in communication before , during and after the repair he even checked up on me. A big shout out to Paul Bange roofing and Evan for a great job done!!! 10 Stars!! I wanted to update my review.I had Evan come out again and I showed him a couple broken tile I had and he gave me a proposal to replace the tile.I signed it and Paul Bange roofing was out within 3 days to replace the broken tile.Thanks once again Evan and Paul Bange roofing

    Evan came by the house and looked at our roof leak and gave us a proposal the same day. We signed it on the spot and they were out within a week to repair it. I'm leaving this review because it's been over a month and it has rained a couple times and there was no leak

    If you need a new roof or a roof repair, I highly recommend Paul Bange Roofing (PBR) and furthermore, I recommend that you ask for Aaron Massre to help guide you through the process. Aaron was highly recommended by a neighbor who had their roof replaced several months prior to mine, and I can see why. He is a subject matter expert in the roofing field. When I first discovered the brown water stain on my closet ceiling, I knew I was looking at either a roof repair or full replacement. In my mind I already knew the company I was going to contract the new roof with, or so I thought. I interviewed that company along with Paul Bange and five other companies that I had heard good things about. I called them all on the same day and Aaron (PBR) was the first one who responded AND he was the ONLY one who went into the attic and the roof to do an inspection. In the end, with careful consideration and weighing the pros and cons of each company, I decided to sign the contract with Paul Bange Roofing and felt confident in my choice. Aaron walked me through every step of the way! He helped fill out my HOA paperwork, met me at the showroom (on a Sunday) to make my tile selection, and he set up the expectations of the timeline. He and the entire staff of Paul Bange had excellent communication throughout the entire process. I found that the crew that was onsite to do the work, adhered to the same high professional standards as every other department I had dealt with. They cleaned up at the end of each day and were meticulous with the workmanship. I could not be more pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in the need of roof work, whether it be new or repairs. If you are looking for a company that will take the best care of you and your home, call Paul Bange Roofing and ask for Aaron.
