    I had the pleasure of meeting with Ralph Amoretti on 1/5/23 to discuss replacing my roof. He was punctual, professional, and courteous. He was patient with me and I never felt rushed. Ralph was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I texted him in the days following with more questions and he was quick to respond each time. Ralph is a true asset to your team.

    Paul Bange put on a new slope and flat roof on my home. It appears they did a good job. Time will tell. Scott Busch in particular was great at answering my questions and keeping me informed throughout the process.

    We have been attempting to work with Paul Bange Roofing for over a month now regarding transferring a roof warranty for a house we purchased in December. After talking to 4 different people, we still do not have it completed. Each time we call we are referred to a different person and even worse, the information they share with us changes. UPDATE- Company responded by updating internal policies to better serve customers in my position and have gone above and beyond to make sure we received the level of customer service Paul Bange is known for! Need a roof? Call Paul!

    Working with Ralph made my roof repair process very easy. He was responsive and followed up when I needed information. And his roofers documented the repairs by taking photos of their work.

    I recommend Paul Bange Roofing without hesitation. Replacing a roof is a complex operation that involves many aspects of the house. Their salesman Galen was exceedingly knowledgeable about the roofing industry and gave me an excellent education all along the way. The company was extremely efficient at executing the process, planning inspections. They performed their work well and the finished product was excellent. The entire process was streamlined to accomplish an excellent outcome.

    Had my roof done by Paul Bange what an Awesome company. The teamwork from putting the permit in,tearing off and installing new roof was incredible. Everything went very smooth and passed inspection the first time. Very professional. The new roof looks so nice. Thank you so much to everyone that participated.!

    Paul Bange Roofing redid the roofs on both of our buildings here at Lakeshore Townhomes in 2020. Recently we had an issue at one of our buildings. I reached out to Communication Manager, Evan Jacobs. He got back to me quickly and said he would be out as soon as possible. He came shortly with Senior Estimator, John Kenney, who used his drone to inspect the roof. Turned out not to be a Paul Bange Roofing issue but they helped us out. No charge! THANKS PBR!!!

    I had the opportunity to work with Scott Busch. He has been excellent in his service and responsiveness. He is easy to work with, responds within 24hours or less, and really takes a consultative approach in hearing what you have to say before making recommendations. He also tries to find a way to work and level with you when it comes to your concerns before moving forward. I worked with him to replace my roof, and glad I did.

    Paul Ben roofing did a wonderful job on my roof thank you Evan and Johny for the wonderful work the quick turnaround and the great experience I had from beginning to end.     I like to recommend Paul Bange Roofing my husband and I needed assistance to repair our home roof and we reached out to Paul Bange and spoke with Galen. We asked for an appointment to get an estimate and he showed up in our home the following day. Gale gave us his professional opinion and freely repaired some of the damage in our roof. We never had a company offer to us professional assistance and honest advise about home repair. Gale of Paul Bange Roofing showed to us that there are still good honest companies like Paul Bange and excellent honest employees like Gale who could provide expertise and outstanding customer service.

    I have used Paul Bange Roofing for many years primarily because I have an excellent contact inside the roofing company named Evan he is one of the on the ground sales people that comes out with his team to evaluate leaks. They're very professional. They come when they say they're gonna come and they do what they say they're gonna do that gives them five stars in my book. Evan gets an additional five so he's actually a 10 definitely would give them a shot. Call them and ask for Evan.!
