    UPDATE: This is a family owned business. When the owners were informed, things moved quickly and they were far more responsive. The roof is not as promised, but does look great and is complete. Very responsive ... until they got paid. They have left my roof shingles on my roof without laying them for over a month. When I called, I was passed between several office people who were very apologetic and pleasant and FINALLY given answers Monday. They promised someone would be here to work on the roof Thursday. No show, no call. Today is Friday, no call and no work done. I called again, no answer. This used to be a good company but ....

    This is the BEST ROOFING Company EVER. Their representative Aaron came out to assess the damage to my roof, took photos, gave me a fair price and communicated with me all through out the work. I now feel safe, and secure under my roof! Thank you, Aaron and thank you, Paul Bange!

    Galen was was there for us at every step of our roof replacement. He helped to expedite our project in order to meet a deadline imposed by our insurance company. Yohana in production was helpful in keeping us advised of updates. Rob was awesome on repairing an interior issue. The entire project was very well done.

    Like many people, I was forced by Citizens Insurance to put on a new roof due to age alone. Picking the right Roofing company can be a daunting task. I got recommendations from co-workers and called three roofers for an estimate. I received the estimates, and they were all similar. That is where the similarity ended. With the initial phone call to the office, I found Paul Bange to be very helpful and accommodating. Aaron, the Roofing Specialist came out for an inspection. His presentation is what sold me on going with Paul Bange. Everything was discussed up front with full disclosure on costs. He showed me how they did roofs with a slide show on his computer and explained how the process worked. They were able to start the roof in a timely manner. They came with an army of people who tore the roof off and sealed it. They protected my landscape and air conditioner, and they left my property very clean. All the crews were polite and professional. They documented the wood they replaced with pictures and provided them to me. Giselle handled the scheduling, and she was awesome. I met with her an explained my situation with Citizens and the pending non-renewal that I was facing. There was a lot of communication, and she kept me informed on when I could expect the next process to be completed. She worked hard to get the job done in time. I spoke to her and Aaron many times and they never made me feel like I was bothering them. Paul Bange has exceptional customer service, which is hard to find. There were no issues or surprises, and it cost me what they said it would. I definitely would recommend them. Call them and you will see what I mean.

    I hired Paul Bange roofing to do my metal roof, they sent over Ralph who came over and went through the whole job and pricing with my sisters and I. From start to finish Ralph has been wonderful to deal with, not only did he have on hand other company's needed for me to get my screen patio detached for the roofers and yet another to get new gutter systems put in place before the roof was completed. Ralph was always there either in person or by phone anytime i needed to get a hold of him " even on Sunday". Ralph had made dealing with Paul Bange's Roofing such a pleasure. Thanks Ralph for everything!!

    John Kenney showed up on time and resolve my issue and gave me great advice on roof care and maintenance. Very knowledgeable individual! Plus the person that answer my call Tea made me feel like the Paul Bange Roofing was on the job and ready to help. She is great... Will continue to use these guys they are Pros!

    I really appreciate Ralph of Paul Bange Roofing working with my son in NYC to repair my roof. Quick turnaround, great job, professional service.     I'm VERY happy with the service provided by Aaron and the entire team at Paul Bange Roofing! Heavy rains exposed a roof leak and Aaron came out on a Sunday morning to pinpoint the source and arrange for a crew to come out and fix it promptly. I will definitely be contacting Aaron for all future roofing needs and recommending Paul Bange to anyone who asks.

    Thank you Evan for acting fast to get out to my apartment complex. We had a ceiling collapse on a weekend from a bad rain storm. I called Evan on a Saturday night and he answered the phone right away and had a crew come and look at it and fix it on th spot on Sunday. It has now been a couple months and the inside of the unit is still dry. Thanks so much Paul Bange roofing and Evan for acting so fast.

    Paul Bange and our salesman Ralph, took a ramshackle old terra-cotta lined, mostly flat roof and made it into a gorgeous modern metal safe roof (and this is the second house we've used them on) no matter what they always stand by their work and good customer service and good warranty should be appreciated in this day and age ... both houses in photo are PB roofs

    Simply impressive. From the first contact with Ralph Amoretti, who quickly answered my many questions and made the small changes we needed, to the crew that showed up to rip off the roof, it was amazing. 16 people were there at 7:30 and worked till after 7 to get their job done. I could not have been happier with everyone. More company reps like Ralph and the world would be better.

    I have had the best experience working with Ralph Amoretti. I originally had the pleasure of meeting Ralph last year when he came out to give me a quote to repair my patio roof - within a day after speaking with him, he came to my home to give me a quote and the project was completed within a couple of weeks. This would have been completed in less than a week but weather delayed it. Not only was Ralph quick with responding to me and scheduling to come by to give a quote, their work is impeccable and are extremely quick with completely the job. It's a major added plus working with someone that is so pleasant and greets me with a smile :), I highly recommend Paul Bange Roofing.....ask for Ralph!!!!!!!
